Ordered a phone a month ago. No phone, can't get any help from Straight talk. I am being told, that they have my order, then I am transferred to another person, to go over the same info., told they have my order, then i am transferred to another for the same thing still no phone. I am being texted by straight talk that i have till 2/22/2022 to get a new phone

Straight Talk service; lost my phone number, shut off my service, and sent me used phone with wrong IMEI and sim numbers.
Tuesday, Feb. 8, we received our "free phone" from straight talk. There is a red card that comes in the box with the IMEI and sim card numbers. We followed the directions to connect our phone. All seemed fine until we realized that my husband couldn't receive calls, only make them. I tried calling him from my phone and a woman answered. She was having the same problem and was on her way to Walmart to get hers fixed. She had my husbands number. I checked his phone for the IMEI number and sim and it was not the same number on the red card from the box. We immediately began trying to straighten this out but nothing worked and now I have spent 4 days talking to ST workers that I couldn't hear and barely understand. I followed the same directions over and over to finally be cut off when they put me on hold for a person with higher tech skills. On day 2 the phone stopped completely and would no longer call anyone. When I began trying to fix this new problem I went through the same old thing except now when I tried to just cancel the phone service to start all over, I wasn't able to answer any of the security questions, pin number, mother's maiden name, email address. I told them those had to correct but somehow I now became a "security threat" and was refused help. I went through this same routine over a dozen times in the next 2 days. Now, today is Saturday, this all started on Tuesday, I still have only one working phone, and I have been talked to like a criminal several times. Oh and get this. I will be charged for my non existence in a few days for my missing phone service. Apparently the only piece of info left on my account is my credit card information.
Desired outcome: I want my old phone number back and I want my service turned back on.
Transfer of number from Straight Talk phone to new phone with different carrier.
I have been trying to have my cell phone number on my Straight Talk phone transferred to my new phone/new carrier since Jan 21, 2022 (three weeks!) Communicating with Straight Talk has done nothing to help. I have been put on hold for long periods of time, cut off more times than I can count at this point, yelled at by a Straight Talk rep, when being transferred to "supervisors' I am cut off (4 times just yesterday), etc... Not only have you not transffered our phone number, we've had for 20+ years, you keep shutting off my Straight Talk cell phone service every other day even though the service is paid for in advance. This is my husbands business number! due to my husbands medical issues this phone is also his lifeline in case of an emergency!
Desired outcome: Transfer my Straight Talk cell phone number to my new phone with Lively. This should not be so difficult!

Purchased an iPhone 11 on 2/3/22 and paid for next day shipping.

Received email that my order has shipped on 2/5/22 with tracking number
Tracking number says it is not valid through UPS.
Contacted straight talk customer service on 2/5/22 and was told I would have my order by 2/7/22.
Did not receive order on 2/7/22 and tracking number is still not working.
Contacted UPS again and they state this is an issue with Straight Talk.
Spent over 2 hours on the phone and live chat with Straight Talk just to get told that they are unsure what is going on and they can’t refund my money until the phone is received.
I have no way of tracking this order and the tracking number provided was invalid and fraudulent.

I hv been w straighttalk for several years now but recently I was refilling my phone online & was asked if I wanted autorefill to wich I answered No! But they added it anyway 😡 I called & again asked to be taken off of it. I was told they had. They HAD NOT‼️ I was out of the country for work Oct/ Nov 21 & did NOT USE THE PHONE SERVICE as it is not usable out of the country. So I was lied to & stolen from yet after speaking to 3 ppl at straighttalk including 2 managers‼️‼️‼️ no refund‼️

I purchased phone service for my plan and my service has not worked properly for almost 6 months. I have called multiple times to be hung up on and on hold for hours. The employee I talked to said he would not refund me because in his opinion he said I was lying. Worst customer service ever, I not only still have not had my issue resolved but also have not got a refund or any correspondence from anyone at straight talk not even upper management. They are breaking several federal laws and let over seas companies have my personal information that was used to steal my identity and the company still will not do anything to protect my identity or fix their mistake.
Desired outcome: I want a years worth of free service, because of all the time and money I have wasted is worth more than that. I also want that employee fired who discriminated against me.
Forced to replace a perfectly good $800 phone with $150 phone and wont connect my service
Straight talk is doing forced upgrades for their service. Sent me a $150 phone in replacement for an $800 dollar working perfect phone. Been 3+ days so far and countless hrs on the phone trying to get connected to the new phone with no cure in sight. They all have you do the same maneuvers over and over no matter how many times you tell them you have done it and it doesnt work. The phone dont work, the service is just repetitive "do this and itll work" with no solution in sight. Called for help to transfer my number to the new phone and couldnt understand the accent of the person on the other end, asked for someone I could understand and they transfered me to 6 different countries, none of which spoke english.

Since June I have called them spent well over 200 hours on phone. Only to be treated very very rudely when they couldn’t fix my phone. Not only that I payed for a service they didn’t render Was told needed to get SIM card four times They cost me to be hacked and then they hang up etc they double dipped me which wasn’t found out till the unauthorized charges were made in apps then I see Verizon wireless and straight talk cards bought Don’t even get me started on their leasing portion. A day late on last payment and they cut service 230 in morning I had to walk 20 miles as broke down on road and phone was out And oh yeah took the government ebb money for service they did not fulfill or even try to fix and oh had my accounts locked with apple and google cause of This lost my photos of my dad who just died

I purchased a galaxy ae10 from Walmart. I had heard straight talk was a good carrier. So I bought a calling card. BOY WAS I WRONG. I HAD NO CONTRACT WITH NO ONE. IT WAS A PAY AS I GO... I have had this problem for over a month and the problem is still not fixed! When I browse the interent it locks up and I have to hit the airplane mode for a few secs and then turn airplane mode off and then I can again use internet. I have called many, many times and talked to a supervisor who hung up on me and still not fixed! I have been a long time straighttalk customer and I am thinking about changing service. Service Pin
I purchased a service refill card. I still have the card and the receipt. I came home and scratched it and the numbers became unreadable. It took the numbers slam off as I scratched. Anyway I can get the pin or somehow still refill my service without spending more money again. Thanks in advance for any help.
My number of over 20 years was ported out to metro without my authorization.
Unauthorized porting of my number of over 20 years to metro in Dec. 2021. I have called every 24 to 72 hours as they have instructed me. I get the same repeated script. Escalation team, off line, waiting on a response, let me check for updates, yes I can transfer you to a supervisor (disconnects me every single time), let me put you on hold to check for updates, can you call back in 24 hours, can you call back in 72 hours, no response received from the escalation team. I have been without a working phone since Dec. 16, 2021. They gave me a ticket number and reference number. However, I have to explain the entire situation to each person I talk to every time I call. Their response, I am sorry they are offline, no the escalation team has no update, call us in 24 hours.
I have to wait until I get to work to call them since my phone doesn't work! I then spend each of my breaks on hold with them only for them to tell me no updates. But the autopay kept coming out of my account.
No one will give me any contact information for someone else higher up rather than customer service.
Desired outcome: I want my phone number back and compensated for the data I did not use the time I was without my phone number.
This exact thing is happening to me right now. My phone number I’ve had since you could chose which number you wanted. Was given to metro with out my authorization and now it’s been three weeks of calling everyday to get the same story. How can someone take my number online and switch it to metro in a matter of minutes but no one is able to get it back for me…!

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever received with ANY COMPANY! On Sunday, 1/9/2022- I received a text message from Straight talk telling me that my number was ported to a new carrier. If I did not authorize this, please call them immediately, which I did! They let the number be ported over the MetroPCS and it's been a nightmare ever since! I have spent called daily twice a day to only hear things like "don't worry- we will have your number back in 24-48 hrs", or "we are working on it", or on Thursday- they lied to me and said they received the number back and I would be up and running within 24 hours... so when I called on Friday- they said- Nope, haven't heard from MetroPCS yet. ALL THEY DO IS LIE! and the worst part is that my cell phone number is written all over my advertising so now I need to spend over $700 to get new advertising material for my company. Absolutely- worst company ever! DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM STRAIGHT TALK!

Same thing happened to me but I didn’t receive a text about the unauthorized port. My phone just stopped receiving calls and texts. That was the only cell phone number I have ever had in my life way over 25 years. Horrible customer service and escalation team!

Security breach
My information was hacked or sold by straight talk today January 13th 2022. They are the only ones that have my pin to be able to transfer to another carrier. This was done this morning and my phone shut off. It was transferred to Metrops and the hacker used my number to get into my coinbase account by using the two-step verification with my phone number. They emptied my coinbase account and then used my coinbase to empty out my checking account. I've lost thousands of dollars including my shares in bitcoin, etc. Straight talk does nothing to help. My father had a stroke and all the doctors are supposed to be calling that phone number and I have no phone number. This is a nightmare and dangerous to my fathers health. Even if I get a new number it will take me days to try to reach out and change my number to all if mine and my fathers contacts. I can not believe that Staight talk takes no responsibility. They have not fixed my number or will do anything about the lost money.

ON 12/21 &22 my credit card was charged $50.00 and $25.00 from FL. [protected]. I was made aware of this from my Card Company. I have never had any dealings with this company. This is all a big scam.
LG440G no longer has voice, attempted to order new phone, unsuccessful after many attempts
On or about December 22nd, I was trying to use my phone, which used to work pretty well for a while, only to have no voice. Verified all settings and reviewed by another to assure I missed nothing. Still NG. Needed to get an LTE phone, and so I thought I would order through straight talk. Received text to use st-w/... type links. They would not accept my order, even to the point I got an order number. Promised to delivery in 1-3 days, and a week passed no phone. Tried to access them again, no luck. Kept passing on this invalid number, [protected], called to receive call can not be completed as dialed. Tried online ordering again, and not eligible for phone. Unable to get into my account profile, and it's time to switch providers.
Desired outcome: Get a new free phone as originally promised in their promotions and a new call plan as I lost service on a newly activited 30-day plan.
Also informed them I can not use my phone as the audio was not working. They kept giving me run-around passing me to another representative. Nightmare and poor customer service.
I was trying to activate my phone. I only wanted to purchase a new sim card. I gave them correct numbers and was immediately told it was an invalid number. I took this number off the actual sim card. I also went into phone and found my mei number and was told that was invalid. I do not have the original red card that came with my phone. All I was is a new sim card!
Ported my number to metro pc 13 days ago without my consent and I still haven't got it back
On dec 19th I refilled my service plan and my phone stopped working so I called only to get hung up on and disconnected 8 times the first day I called! I use my phone for work and this issue has caused me a lot of problems I can't do payroll, check my emails, communicate with employees, get online, nothing! I have called every day and every day I'm told another 24 to 48 hours and still nothing, I have been put on hold for hours at a time, told to chill out by the customer service reps which very unprofessional and does nothing but piss me off more, I have gotten more info from metro pc and their service reps have been far nicer than straight talk has at all! Straight talk told me they sent an email about my number but metro pc told me that they have not gotten an email from straight talk about my number at all! They also told me it was a glitch in their system but metro said straight talk was hacked and there's a big difference in a glitch and being hacked and if their system can be hacked that easy and that many numbers ported out then what other info has been let out with our numbers? I can't get straight talk to tell me anything they are lying to their customers and not telling anyone any Info on how long it's going to take or if we are even going to get our numbers back for sure! This issue has caused me a lot of problems and costed me a whole lot of money and time and problems, I have been placed on hold for hours, disconnected, given the run around and some of the reps are just rude and don't offer any truth to the problem, I asked for a temp number until they can get mine back so I can at least use my phone and I was told that I would have to buy another service plan to get a temp number, I just paid for a service plan that I can't even use and they expect me to buy another service plan just to use my phone? No [censored]! They should be providing a solution at their expense not at the expense of their customers since we already paid for our service! I do not have the money to buy another service plan and if I have to do that then it's going to be with a diff service provider! Since it's taking them 13 days and I still don't have my number back I'll just tell them to let metro pc keep my damn number and I'll use them as a provider from now on and go after straight talk for all the money they have costed me already and if you include two weeks worth of payroll for 20 employees at about $1300 each week for each employee not to mention shut off from utility companies because these ppl aren't getting paid and can't pay their bills, late charges, reconnect fees, I couldn't even buy Christmas presents because I couldn't get paid or deposit any checks since I use my phone to do that and now it's New Years and I still don't have a phone With service or a phone number! I'm becoming more disgusted with the lack of information and getting the run around from straight talk, they are not handling the problem very professional and they aren't being honest with their customers! How many more 24 to 48 hours are we going to have to wait? My phone number was ported out without my permission Dec.23, 2021. Been catching major flack trying to retrieve phone number and regain use of cell phone. Keep getting the run around from straight talk. Absolutely no resolution after days of trying. Seems like to me Straight Talk is in on the hack. How is it so easy for someone to port a number out but, takes an act of Congress to get it back. Phone reps are a complete waste of time. They are reading from a script and have no understanding or pretend not to. Every time they transfer to the port department the phone hangs up and you have to call in again! This is beyond disgusting! I will be changing service ASAP!

Come to find out this is a problem the company is fully aware of because one of the reps said they had an influx of calls about the same issue. So why put customers to all the repetitive calling when you already know there is a problem! I called so many times to no avail I refuse to call again. Finally got my number back after without service since Dec22.. I sent certified letter to their Executive complaint board address in Miami, FL. and filed an informal complaint with the FCC.

I have the same problem. It's frustrating because you want to keep your same number, otherwise it would be easy to just leave Straight talk and get a new number from another carrier. Plus, since I bought my Iphone from Straight Talk, I think I would need an unlock code from Straight Talk to port my phone to another carrier.
