I purchased the phone in November as a Christmas gift. It worked for 15 days. I paid for service on January 3, 2024 and the phone has not been active yet. I spoke to at least 30 people who have tried to turn the phone on and it has not worked and I'm still out of an active phone.
I requested a refund for the non-working phone that I have been working with your representatives and it's documented but no one can get it to work. I was told I was beyond the date of a refund. I paid over $900 cash for the phone and the monthly service fee for January and the phone doesn't work.
My only option was to try to transfer to Verizon to have service. Your organization transferred the number but locked the phone and said they couldn't unlock it until I pay 60 days for service. I explained the situation several times and was told that's the process. I have been with Straightalk for years.
The representative that I spoke to today has no supervisor. Baby Jane #523191 is the name and id # given today at 1/31/2024 at 4:38 pm EST. I couldn't get transferred to no one. I'm stuck with an iphone 15 and service that does not work and you are requesting more money for a phone that is incapable of being turned on and said unfortunately that's the process. PLEASE HELP with your broken process and product.
