I had ordered a top about 2 weeks ago. It did arrive on time but the product wasnt the right size so I requested an exchange, as they charge 100 rupees for cancellation of a product. I really wanted that top and in the right size. It was collected the same day they dropped it off. I was guaranteed a 15 day exchange policy, but its been over 2 weeks now and theres no sign of my product. I wasnt given any tracking link, no updates on my product, or over text on their website. I tried reaching out to their team through the number given on their website but it never seems to be answered. I finally got fed up and emailed them just now. I even paid cash on delivery for the order. So so upset reading others' feedbacks
