I bought tickets to a Yankees game for the home opener. Because it was the home opener game, the ticket was extra expensive for a horrible seat. The game was canceled because of weather. It was rescheduled for tomorrow. I cannot go tomorrow as I have to go back to work. I am trying to resell my ticket however so was everyone else and most likely no one will buy my ticket. I even put it for less money so I'm going to lose money no matter what. If it does not sell I'm going to lose out on the whole ticket that I bought which cost me $100.

my tickets were suppose to be uploaded until mare 16, I have a computer screen shot from today that it was not uploaded, I wrote to the service on Sunday 18th marce but didn't get any answer, since the tickets are not there and I lost all the money i bought them because the show was canceled (you call it rescheduled but for me that came to London from Israel with my dsughter especislly for that show that we bought the tickets months ahead, it was canceled..) since you suggested to try to sell the tickets but they are not there at the day they were suppose to be as you declared and promised, please give me my money back

will not refund cost for obstructed seats
Paid for premium seats to Toronto Blue Jays vs the Boston Red Sox Game (Section 110, Row A) Order #[protected]. Front row seats were completely obstructed by padded railing in our site view. Paid $276 total. Called Customer Service from our seats that day, the next day and sent email the next day and called again with no call back. What happened to "100% satisfaction guarantee". The only people whose fault it ISN'T is us!We bought and paid for these tickets in good faith expecting to get 1st row seats where we could enjoy the game but instead we couldn't see the game at all with our site view completely impeded by a covered rail. How can you NOT disclose this obstruction or at least hold the seller that YOU have a contract with to disclose this? We flew from Massachusetts to Tampa specifically to see this game and could not. We are not interested in a partial credit. Again you advertise "100% FanProtect Guarantee".
soccer tickets in london bait and switch
I ordered tickets from the USA for a football (Soccer) game in London. I ordered a specific section allowing views of the players tunnel and players bench on the upper level of the wembley stadium longside in the first 20 rows.
I traveled from NYC to LONDON for this match.
I didn't get the tickets until midnight the night before the match and they were completely wrong tickets. They were on the wrong side of the stadium, no view of the players bench or tunnel, it would be located directly under me. AND the seats were in row 30. These were tickets of significantly lesser value than I had purchased.
The seller had included a note with his phone number that said "contact me as soon as you receive these tickets". First of all, this is 100% against stubhub seller rules. Secondly, he never actually answered the phone when I finally gave up on help from stubhub support.
Stubhub has a policy that if the tickets you receive are not in the section and row you purchased, they will provide tickets IN that section and row or tickets of equal or greater value. This is 100% a lie.
I attempted to contact stubhub support immediately upon receiving my tickets, but the international purchases and london lines are unmanned prior to 9am and the "24hr troubleshooting txt number" was useless. multiple texts sent and I never received a reply. I spoke with support in the USA (calling them from London) and they were unable to help as the international sales systems aren't integrated with those in the US.
I finally managed to speak with someone from stubhub international 45 minutes before the match, standing outside wembley stadium, in the rain, missing all the pre-game festivities, any chance to explore the stadium, and the team warm-ups. I was offered a 25% "coupon" in exchange for their utter failure. No "equal or better tickets", no refund.
This was 100% a bait and switch. Stubhub are liars and thieves. They didn't care that the seller had broken contract by giving his contact info, they didn't care that I had traveled across an ocean for tickets that weren't correct. They didn't care that their HORRIBLE policy of sending tickets for sporting events so close to the event time prevents any chance at fixing problems.
I have never felt so duped and stolen from.
Do not buy from stubhub. They are cheats and will NOT live up to their own policies.

"If you receive tickets that are not the same or better than the ones you ordered, notify StubHub immediately. Upon verification by StubHub and depending on when you notify us, StubHub may do any of the following in its sole discretion: provide you with comparable or better replacement tickets"

tickets to billy joel

I purchased 5 tickets to the Billy Joel concert for the Jan. 11th show for my daughters birthday. When we purchased the tickets, we ordered section 219, row 1, seats 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
We received seats 9, 10, 11, 12, 13. Which was not a terrible issue. However,
after we got to our seats, about 15 minutes later, a party of four said we were sitting in their seat ( #13). They had a ticket from another ticket seller with the same section/seat.
Two Security supervisors got involved and it was determined that both tickets were legit. This took quite some time and we missed the beginning of the show. And the whole episode really put a damper on the night.
We flipped a coin as to which party had to move. Our party of five had to move to seats that were "open" in a separate section, nowhere near where we wanted to sit and paid for.
I cannot understand how the seller could sell the same seat twice?
The order number on the ticket is 20-30467 NY7, the tickets were purchased on 12/17/17. the order number on the original order is [protected]. I am attaching a copy of the original order (screenshot), a copy of the email to print those tickets (screenshot) and a copy of one of the tickets in the group of 5.

I recently purchased tickets on Stubhub for an upcoming show. Order [protected]. At checkout I used a $100 gift card, and when due amount appeared there was $25 per ticket service charge. I have seen service charges before, but as excessive as this was. I will never use Stubhub again. And as for social media I am posting a clear message to others about your excessive fee pricing.

I made a purchase for 6 tickets for a concert. An hour later I was printing the tickets out on my phone when I received a text indicating I was charged again for an additional 6 tickets. I immediately called the company who told me no refund is available and it was user error. I have tried calling and emailed numerous times for a refund however, the customer service says there is nothing they can do and refuse to transfer me to a supervisor. They only suggested I list the extra tickets for sale which would cost me hundreds of dollars to do. Conveniently for them, these extra tickets are unsellable because they are in an obstructed viewing area of the arena.

I listed tickets on their website. Clearly on the tickets it said nothing about being 21 and over. The tickets sold to someone a month and a half ago. The day of the event, I get an email from Stub Hub that the lady who bought the tickets canceled the order and I owe Stub Hub the original cost plus another $42 on top of that because the venue had a policy of being 21 and over that was not listed on the tickets and I had no clue about. This is not right and they would not give me back the ticket or stop the money from coming out of my account. I see this as theft that this lady got free tickets and her money back from me. I will fight this in court.
Almost the same issue but an $84 charge!
I sold tickets via StubHub, the event organiser then changed the seating allocation to better seats, further forward. I tried to offer the new ticket to the buyers via StubHub (at no charge). StubHub promised to get back to me within 48 hours on 4 occasions. They didn't. Eventually the buyer rejected the new seat allocation and StubHub refunded them and charged me $84 dollars. During 2 live chats the agents accused me of ruining someone's birthday or wedding or special event and said I had not delivered what had been bought!
game tickets being double sold
I purchased tickets for the Seahawks vs LA Rams game that was on 10/8/2017. I am not from LA so I flew in specifically for the game. I get to the gate and was told that my tickets were already scanned. I was then directed to the box office. The individual there took my tickets and said they've been used already and would not give them back as if I was the scammer. I called stubhub and they offered different seats but 56 rows back from my original seats that were 3rd row and a section off to the side and I believe the price was the same. At that point I was pissed and declined to attend the game. Stubhub did refund me and gave a $160 credit but what they should have done was offered free seats for their error, my time wasted, and my money wasted for flight, room, and rental. That credit doesn't put a dent in the cost for my travels.

Ive been trying to reach ms Breanna for my refund, which even so will not cover for all the lost time and money spent just to go to this concert that we were planning on going since last year that i bought this tickets. I lost gas, toll, nanny, hotel, etc...Who will cover this expenses since your company did not fullfill your half of this contract!? I will be contacting my lawyer in regards of this manner and will continue from there since no one will call me and respond to my emails. Truely lost a customer and thanks, for a not very pleasant night.

Your erroneous charge has cost me hours as I try to find the right people to help me resolve the issue. Here’s an overview of what happened:
I was not able to deliver Hamilton tickets for a May 5th performance at 2 PM.
I immediately called customer service and explained the situation. After speaking with multiple Stub Hub representatives, I was told the issue was resolved. Apparently it wasn’t because on August 2 (three months after I was told the issue was resolved) I received an email from Stub Hub that claimed I owed an outrageous amount of money: $2, 540.88. Given I was told by Stub Hub the matter was resolved, I emailed your complaint department. I also thought the request could be a phishing scam.
Here is a detailed account of what happened:
On approximately May 1, I attempted to list tickets I bought for Hamilton. I listed them for the evening and thought I could deliver them electronically because that was a listed option. So I thought I would be able to scan them and upload them. An electronic ticket was also listed as an option. I came to find out later that electronic tickets for Hamilton did not exist so it seems that Stub Hub made an error when offering that as an option. Because I didn’t receive any notice or confirmation that my tickets were listed, I believed they weren’t listed, wouldn’t sell, and decided I would have to go to the show or not go and eat the cost.
Then on approximately May 3, I received an email notification that the tickets were sold. But the email said they were sold for a daytime performance and not an evening performance. This made no sense because my tickets were for an evening performance, not an daytime performance. This is one of the reasons why I believe this issue was caused by a system error created by Stub Hub.
I immediately called Stub Hub, but couldn’t get through so I visited the help chat desk.
After spending several hours going back and forth, I was disconnected from the help chat desk. The time it took to try to resolve the issue took so many hours, I had to cancel several clients that day, which cost my private psychotherapy practice nearly $1, 000 of income.
I had the evening tickets in hand and was happy to give them to the people who bought them. But before I could, I was told the sale had to be cancelled. This made no sense to me so I filed a complaint with the Stub Hub complaint department and was told they would look into the matter.
The next day, I received an email stating that it was not a site error. I was absolutely confused.
I was so upset that on May 4th, I proceeded to tell the story all over again to the complaint department. The phone representative was understanding and said my $1, 500 ( this is the only number of debt that anyone from stubhub told me about) balance was now $0. She thanked me for being a loyal Stub Hub customer and that was the end of it. From that point on, I continued to use my Stub Hub account, buying hundreds of dollars of tickets since, assuming everything was fine.
As I mentioned earlier in this letter, I sent an email to Stub Hub’s complaint department on August 2 regarding the sum of $2, 540.88. Here is what I sent:
To whom it may concern:
This is the first I am hearing of this. I spoke with a lovely woman on May 6th (I think that was the date) and I walked her through what exactly happened (after spending all day on the phone with Stub Hub the day before). She understood the mix up and resolved the issue. She told me my balance was $0. She thanked me for being a loyal Stub Hub customer and as far as my understanding, that was the end of the issue. Please remove this balance from my account. Thank you for continuing to give good customer service!

I never heard back from Stub Hub, so I assumed the whole thing was a billing error.
Then on August 16th, I received an email from True Accord (a collections agency) stating I owed $2, 540.88.
I have not taken action against Stub Hub when your system was down and I could not get access to the Giant's tickets I bought for my 10 year olds birthday!
Stub Hub assured me the issue was resolved. Then I receive threatening and misguided letters from a collection agency, threatening to damage my credit score. I’ve spent four months trying to remedy this. I’ve lost income over this because it’s taken so many hours during the workweek to try to resolve.
I am asking you to please remove this erroneous debt. If this is not resolved, I will unfortunately seek legal action. I don’t want to do this as I am a huge fan of Stub Hub, but I cannot be penalized for something I did not do. I am happy to discuss this matter, yet again, with any of your representatives. Please call me at [protected] to settle this matter, clear my name, my debt and let us move on from this time consuming matter.

tickets not advertised fairly nor correctly

I have two tickets for sale as we speak, the tickets are for either people who do not use a wheelchair and have disabilities or for wheelchair users. Stub hub despite my argument continues to advertise those for wheelchair users only which is absolutely incorrect and will cost me a sale and someone who is not a wheelchair user may not be able to buy those tickets and would like to see this show!
It is absolutely not factual, nor fair to misadvertise my tickets by putting them in wheelchair sections only and for the tickets not to be even visible on the floor map yet they are available! I want an immediate apology and correction of this fiasco.

But they said that they were not able to do that. They also said that if I really want to get a refund I need to contact people who were responsible for the event. What?

english premier league ticket - fraud and poor customer service
I purchased a ticket to see Manchester United through Ticketbis; I was given a guarantee that the ticket would arrive at my hotel by 10am on match day.
This was not a cheap ticket - but with Stub Hub on the name and a guarantee presented it would be ok right? Wrong: the ticket never showed up. After countless hours of dealing with multiple customer service agents all giving me a different story I had missed my transport to the game and no ticket arrived. An agent told me the seller did not come through but that they would try to find another ticket; I received a text from an unknown source claiming to be a seller that found another ticket - too late & no details about where the ticket was located in the stadium - no communication from Ticketbis Stub Hub.
When I inquired about a refund I was denied and insulted by customer service; I had to rely on my bank to get a refund by filing a FRAUD claim. Shame on Stub Hub having your name on Ticketbis - AVOID THIS COMPANY OR FACE BEING RIPPED OFF.
they made a mistake
I bought two tickets for a show for me and my wife. We were supposed to sit together, but StubHub made a mistake of some kind and as a result our seats were on different rows.
I contacted StubHub right away but they said that there was nothing they could do because all seats were taken.
Of course we went to see the show because we didn't want to miss it, but we were very disappointed and couldn't enjoy the show together.
We had very unpleasant experience with StubHub and will not deal with them again!

I bought two tickets for san Antonio Spurs vs Cleveland Cavs on march 27 th 2017, and I did not received them. Fedex said that they delivered them but I did not received them, I looked for them anywhere. I asked to contact the seller to reprint.them because he is the only who could do that and he did not answer, so if you could not get the tickets for me, I want you refund my money back please.

I bought a concert ticket from www.stubhub.com. Concert was in London and I'm not even from UK. I really wanted to see my favorite band live, so I decided to go to UK just to see them. I booked a flight and a hotel stay and everything cost me a lot of money.
Two days ago I received a notification that my booking was cancelled because there were not tickets left and when I contacted StubHub they said that it was sold to me by a mistake!
And what do I suppose to do now? Hotel agreed to cancel my booking, but airline refused to refund me! Flight was second most expensive thing and I literally lost my money. And all that happened because of StubHub and that is only their fault! I will never use this booking site again, they are the worst ever!
