It doesn't matter how many items are on the menu or new promotions coming out, if you don't have the right people to make and sell a product and to serve in a PROPER way... what good is your company?Seems to me all you guys care about is the number of people you can push through in an hour in the drive thru. Taco Bell in Richlands is a joke and whoever is in charge of that store needs to go! Everything about that place sucks, especially the employees. What a waste of company money.
service not being provided
Every weekend we try coming to this Taco Bell and every weekend they always have an 'issue' where they stop serving food several hours prior to closing usually around 1am. Last week their credit card machines went down, this time they were supposedly on the phone with maintenance and they were not serving any food. The hours displayed showed they were open and I'm pretty sure because it's after hours, they're being lazy and not wanting to do their jobs. This is the Taco Bell on Skibo Road.

Customers before me were complaining saying they were waiting for their for ove 30 mins and it was only 4 customers in total and were in pairs of 2... i didnt expect for my taco to be filled less then half of the size of the shell which was kinda disappointing... apparently according to the other set of customers that were in there, this is a usual issue no matter how many people are in the lobby. I went to get the $5 box. I hadn't gone to that Taco Bell for a least 9 mon to a year.
My previous time there is terrible service
Today I got their at 8:52. The cashier didn't say anything to me even though I was the only person in line.
The lobby was filthy. I got my food at 9:07. For at least 20 minutes no one even tried to the lobby.
The cashier was complaining about making sure he got off at 10. He went outside for 5 to 10 minutes to talk to someone in a white suv.
He finally went out in lobby to empty the trash and that was it.
He was talking other employees about a raise.
There was a total of one customer after me and he got is food before me.
The drive was not busy.
The cashier was bragging he got someone's snapchat number.
I can't remember the last a had at this location.

Ordered a doubledilla and got. Quesadilla, called and lady who wouldn't state her name was rude when i stated they gave me wrong food. She angrily said you got your right order i asked for manager she stated she was and in fact she was general manager. Was having my lunch when 3 young boys walked in asking for water cups. The manager on duty repliled they had to purchase something for courtesy cups. Ive never heard of that anywhere ive eaten. Its 100+ degrees where i live and not in the best neighborhood. I understand its not the companies responsibility but a courtesy cup is a courtesy cup. I purchased the boys a medium drink and tacos. The cashier was very pleasent in helping me.

I went to taco bell in Waunakee, WI. I arrived at 9:50 on 9/1/17. The drive through worker answered my order after I said hello 3 times and instructed me to pull ahead. Once I got to the window another employee instructed him to tell me that they were closed. After I told her it was not ten o'clock yet she paused and said they were closed again with no explanation as to why. Is this standard policy for a branch to close ten minutes early without any explanation as to why? Very displeased.

My order was wrong three times the clerk had a [censor] aditude and one guy that was making my food said yea bet he would like to have extra sour cream on his taco at the point I had asked for sour cream again for the second time they didnt treat me and my family like customers or anything close to that!... I will not go back there again! I thought that the taco bell in my home town would be a good place to have a family set down over some vood food but I will not be treated that way thanks!...

Ordered the steak quesarito box and asked for no lettuce on all the tacos. When I got home 15 min later all tacos had lettuce. When I pulled the lettuce of there literally only 2 tiny scoopings of meat. Didn't even fill my tacos 1/4 of the shell. This is in acceptable when I'm paying for a product and not receiving what I'm paying for. I'm basically eating a taco shell.

I've gone to the store #028922 on 3 different occasions and they are out of the taco shells. So on 8/30/17 I asked why every time I ask for a taco salad they never have shells? Tiffani S told me they really aren't out. They are just too busy to drop one. They are too short of staff. Prior to that in the speaker before placing my order she said there was a 20 minute wait. It was like they didn't want me to order in the first place. This is the third time I've tried to get a taco salad at this location and told they are out of shells. I can understand this happening once but now after being told they don't have time to drop the shells. I'm thinking it is they are too lazy to make it for me. This is very poor customer service. I work in retail and I would never expect this from my staff. I'm very frustrated. I'm not sure I will try his Taco Bell again

The Taco Bell in Trenton GA, is awful! The workers never get an order right. And they take forever to make a single order. Its been going in for years! Putting tomatoes or sour cream on items that simply ask for none. Someone needs to come in and clean house and fix the problems, because Dade Co loves their Taco Bell.
In other words, the Taco Bell in D'iberville MS is great. Each time I've gone there its been very good.
employee conduct and drive - thru experience
I arrived at the Troy, Al in pike county taco bell at 9:45. Couldn't order inside because the closed early and were mopping. We went to order through the drive thru. So, as usual they were out of something. Usually it is tortillas, or cheese. This time it was mountain dew blast. I do inventory for a restaurant and let me tell ya, I've never been out of necessary items like cheese or tortillas. Even more so for drink. Anyways, I pull to the window and am given incorrect change. Then I am given my food before being asked if it is correct. Lastly I didn't get a receipt or a chance for sauce. So, I have to go around and ask to come inside through the glass doors just to have my order corrected. Next I am asked for a receipt to get them. Which I never got. So a drive thru employee decides to start screaming about how it is 10 and I couldn't be inside. It was 9:55. So, she continues to scream and create a scene while a manager and the courteous over helpful employee helped me and attempted to keep her from becoming violent with the helpful employee. As she refills My drink the drive thru employee approaches her. She attempts to push and hit her and is stopped by a male employee who was also kind enough to speak to me. I WANT TO BE NOTIFIED THROUGH EMAIL WHAT IS DONE ABOUT THIS. Everyone in this town knows they will receive horrible food and incorrect food if they go after 9 at night. This angry employee needs to be reprimanded if not fired. However, the manager and employee who helped me are sincerely helpful and I applaud them for dealing with me through the screaming of how I shouldn't be there. Unfortunately, you don't have to worry about that again, I won't be there again.

I order non complicated standard menu items, and they are missing key ingredients like guac or sour cream, or beans. I also order burritos with cold dried out beans. Worst of all, when I do ask to add potatoes or guac or anything. They never put it on. I have lost so much money here. I came here for vegetarian meals, but after being screwed so many times, I will be getting veggie sliders from white castle, or wendy's, or subway. I have never been so dissapointed as I have with this place. Drive thru, inside, day or night, service is always slow and food is made incorrectly and looks unappetizing. I will not be returning here ever, and its a few blocks away. Im done. My last $7. And first meal, wasted on a meal not made correctly and even worse, you cant get it made again correctly because they still mess it up and give you horrible looks and attitude. Just done. Wasted years of time and money here.

My husband went to Taco Bell on South 76th Street in Franklin, Wisconsin. He ordered two double XL chicken burritos, with hot sauce through the drive-thru. When he got home and we open them up they were to normal size burritos with half the filling missing and definitely not the double XLs that we paid for. When we tried to call the Taco Bell to complain, their phone line was a busy signal and we couldn't get through.

I remember Taco Bell used to offer good product/good service. The past 3 years going to the Amsterdam, New York Taco Bell drive thru has proved otherwise. Our family last ordered on August 28, 2017 using drive thru. After driving the 4 miles back home we discover our order to be totally messed up with ingredients, and also sodas, and also product ordered. And let me tell you I could make a better product blindfolded! No tomatoes . A few shreds of cheese. No sour cream. Brown slimey lettuce. And this is just talking about the soft and hard tacos, not the specialty stuff. On another visit we ordered 24 soft tacos. The drive thru chucked a plastic bag at us in the car. These should have been put in a box! Home, and all the tacos were one big soggy mess! Mangled together in a bag with wrappers saturated. Money down the drain again. I don't know why we keep on buying this crap but I guess my family hopes that "the next time" will be a good one. And honestly the meat is unappetizing looking! Taco Bell is losing it.

I went to the drive thru at your location on nine Mile road in Pensacola Florida . I ordered the 12 pack tacos the girl at the window was rude she said her name was Andrea. She handed me a bag of tacos with no napkins and no hot sauce I waited for her to come back to the window and I asked her for napkins she threw two napkins at me and slammed the window so then I continued to wait for the hot sauce and she opens the window back up and I asked for hot sauce she handed me two hot sauces I said can I have more than two and with a nasty attitude she said I'm only allowed to give you two I said for 12 tacos your only gonna give me 2 hot sauce so she slams the window and gets two more and throws them at me and one fell on the ground she then said I have other people waiting for food and she slammed the window this is rediculious and very poor customer service I will never go back to that location and I'm a paying customer for your products her attitude was very poor and I'll make sure to report to the federal trade commission and the better business bureau and you can bet I will tell people not to go there very unsatisfactory!

I often frequent your Taco Bell Stores in Hammond, Louisiana and usually order the Taco Salad Combo customized order with add chicken, no beans, no tomatoes. Almost very very rarely when I get home and proceed to eat my salad after along day work I find that my salad is I have ordered. There is always something that they omitted from the salad that should be there or something there that I asked them to leave out. Every time that I return I am hoping that it will be right this time. Today it was no different they charged me extra for the chicken but left off the beef. The salsa that they serve on the side was something white. So my taste buds suffered once again. I asked for a bag and of course they did not have any. The staff was apathetic today about
their service as usual. The few times that I drove all the way back to get what was left off my salad I was treated as if I had erred. I will let today be my last try to patronize Taco Bell and try to find another place to get a taco salad. if the customer service was better I may could look over the mistakes in the food. But both could be improved greatly.

Not only is their customer service god awful, going inside or the drive-thru LITERALLY takes 20-40 minutes! I have sat in the drive thru for more than half of my hour long lunch break. On top of that, they are CONSTANTLY out of this or that or they just completely get your order wrong, so you wait and wait only to be disappointed-I would say 4 out of 5 times you visit.
The customer service and the way employees handle wrong orders or complaints is definitely the worst I have EVER experienced, EVER.
For what reason at 11am, barely lunch time, should there be a 30 min or more wait for TACO BELL?! Completely unnecessary.
They cant even explain themselves as to why it takes so long or why they can't seem to get an order right. The employees literally roll their eyes and say NOTHING and just hand you food or your change back. No total, no receipt in the bag, no apology, NOTHING.

I buy food here at the Taco Bell on Fallbrook Blvd and today I stopped by to use the restroom and they told me I had to buy something if I wanted to use it.
I think this sort of behavior is outrageous. Especially since there are no public restrooms provided by the government. The manager here should be given a big glass of water and no money and see how he likes it.
I buy food here regularly and the manager won't let me use the restroom because I didn't buy anything this time. I think I won't be eating here any more nor will my friends.

Every time I come to the 38th & Post Rd. Indianapolis In location they either don't have any food or they're not serving at that time. I am here now as I am writing this complaint and they don't have any employees to help I've yelled at the drive-thru speaker and no response I drive up to the window and there is a lady with street clothes on at the window I asked if they were closed she asked the mngr I guess the mngr told her to take my order and she did but then told me to pull around the front so she can bring it out. This store is so ghetto either they need to hire reliable help or shut down
