Taco Bell closing drive through line 30 minutes early

Dear Taco Bell. Last night I arrived Taco Bell drive through to get a bite to eat. This guy was doing hand movements to me to turn around! I rolled down my window and asked why because I had phoned earlier the place closed at 8 pm. Several times, he ignored my question. Customer service sucks there. He was speaking to a guy in a truck laughing at me! I've seen him in Taco Bell preparing food and will get his name and resent my complaint next time I go there. I'm very disturbed by his actions.

Taco Bell missing food/rude employee

I was at the Taco Bell on Farnsworth in Aurora IL 60505. I frequent this location regularly and have never had an experience like this. I ordered 2 $5 boxes as they come and then an array of tacos and other food items made with out meat. This is the same batch of items I order on nearly a weekly basis with no issue. After getting to my cousin's home that was now 20 minutes away, I noticed that I was missing two meatless tacos for my son. I checked all the bags and found no tacos. I double checked that I did in fact pay for them then I went back to the location. On my way, I called to let them know that we had a couple of missing items. I was very polite and not upset at all. The woman who answered the phone was very brisk and told me that she personally bagged my food. She then told me that the two veggie tacos were inside of the $5 boxes and that she instructed the drive through guy to let me know that. When I told her that he did NOT inform me and that I was still left with no tacos for my son, she refused to remake them. I ended the call and called my cousins house to see if the tacos were in the boxes. Of course having no idea, her and her husband ate the entirety of the boxes by the time I called. I immediately called the Taco Bell Back and spoke with the same woman. I was patient with her and asked her several times why she couldn't just remake the two little tacos. My son is 4 years old and this was his only lunch. She proceeded to tell me that it wasn't her fault that someone else ate his food. She took zero responsibility for the misplacement. How is it not? She said herself that I was supposed to be informed and I wasn't. I understand that I was given all the items I paid for. The point is that even though that may be the case, the items were poorly placed, hidden even, and in the end, eaten with the rest of the food in the boxes. I go to this very same restaurant on a nearly weekly basis. I have NEVER had the meatless tacos stuffed in a box full of meat items. Why would anyone assume that was how the food was packaged? Even the meat eaters did not notice when they ate the bean tacos. The woman refused to call the general manager. I called back several times in an attempt to get the contact info for the manager and call myself but there was no answer. I called back with two other numbers and still no answer. At the end of the day, it's two tacos that are worth a couple of dollars. I obviously could have just bought more but because of how incredibly rude this employee was to me and how she insisted the fault was mine, I will never eat at Taco Bell again. Neither will the rest of my family members that go there regularly. It's just so disheartening because Taco Bell is my son's favorite. We don't eat meat so it's one of the few fast food places we can safely go to.

Taco Bell customer service

Took 55 minutes in the drive thru. While sitting at the window, I notice the drive thru girl was also working the counter and cleaning tables, I saw one worker go out the door and take a 20 min break. When asked to speak to the manager, he instantly screamed at me. I said, "there's no reason to yell." He screamed that he didn't care. I simply told him I was going to report him, he said he didn't care. I asked for his name, he said he didn't have to give it. He slammed the window shut and left me sitting there.

Taco Bell steak quesadilla

I went to the taco bell in East Windsor Connecticut 06088 because I was in the mood for a steak Quesadilla. I have never ordered a quesadilla from taco bell before, although I have from many other restaurants. I was surprised that their was no salsa or sour cream in the bag so I asked for them. I was told that it did not come with the quesadilla and that I would have to pay another 1.32 for them. I was shocked and a little upset I paid, and when I got home I realized that they didn't give we a fork and knife either! I couldn't believe that ! You need to look into this! If this is your policy let me know so that I don't waste my time going there.I have never been awarded a quesadilla without salsa and sour cream

Taco Bell rude manager

Manager called Deedra was talking about an employee who had just turned in his uniform (that employee happened to be my husband) but im guessing she didnt know i was there but i heard her say "[censored] mike! Hes gonna be pissed when he gets his check because i docked his hours to where he only got 20!" I walked out without ordering and was gonna let my husband when he got home from his new job. I got a call from him a little bit after i got home and he told me another employee Mason had gone to his new job and told him the exact same thing that Deedra had told him. A few weeks ago a person who had recently quit when to go pick up her check and Deedra told her that coorporate didnt send her check and that she would call her when they sent it and when someone asked why they didnt send her check Deedra responded with "i have her check at my house but im gonna make that [censored] wait".This is not the only problem my Husband has had with Deedra she cusses and attacks the employees and gives special treatments to her brother who also works under her. Durinf closing she shoved my husband out the door and locked him out because he was not cleaning fast enough when he was the only one cleaning refusing to let him back in the store to get his phone. He was standing outside for 45 mins waiting for her to open one of the doors to get his phone and when she finally opened the door she threw the phone at him. This manager is very disrespectful and talks [censored] about employees behind there back and same about customers. I have been a customer since they opened here and i will not return till there is a more respectful manager running the store.

Taco Bell unethical behavior

9/7/17 & 9/8/18
I am a very frequent customer at Taco Bell in West Lafayette. Manager Tammy is extremely rude to employees, and not only in private but in front of customers. Yesterday and today I witnessed her swearing at a new employee working the register, the employee even started to cry and walked away out of embarrassment. I also witnessed her speaking very nastily to an employee on the line for making a slight error. Extremely unprofessional.

Taco Bell customer service

Last Saturday I was at your location in Denver co 009599. I was only third in line. I could see the workers laughing and joking on the line. After I ordered. it was seventeen minutes to receive my order. Just before I was going to leave a woman walked up to the counter. Woman came up to the other side and said; what do you want. (That was rude I thought.) But as the customer was telling her that her burritos didn't have any cheese. a second woman from the back and asked what she needed. so the customer repeated that her burritos didn't have any cheese. The first woman said she didn't like the customers attitude. The customer said; she just wanted cheese on her burritos. The second woman said; did her burritos come with cheese? What kind did she order. ( as far as I know all of your burritos come with cheese. The customer asked to see the manager the first woman said she was the manager. and the customer should check her attitude and behave.
At that point I got involved. I ask for her name. The customer also asked for her name. The now manager. Concidenly said do you want me to write it down for you? The second woman ripped open the burritos to show no cheese. Again I asked for the managers name. she kept telling the customer that she didn't like her attitude. leaning over the counter. More asking for the cheese on her burritos. The manager said that we needed to leave. a third time I asked for her name and got no answer. the second woman goes to the back. And tells someone ( we are having trouble with some crackers. We need you help. ) I got mad! Then a tall man came from the back. He said we had to go. Then he started doing the Hitler salute. If I hadn't left that point. I would have gone to jail.

Taco Bell colerain taco bell

Pulled up at 9 pm the dining room is always open. You had a sign on the door saying dining room closed due to short staffing...all the employees inside gathered at a table eating while the drive thru was backed up 5 cars 😒 Highly disappointed this is the only Taco Bell near me other than mt airy and that's going out of my way for some food. Get some reliable employees that actually want to do their job.

Taco Bell prices

We just drove through our tacobell #031390 at 1106 N Main St. Adrian, MI 49221. At the drive-thru it displays the loaded grillers for $1.69 each. When we paid at the window we were charged $1.89 each (plus tax). We ordered 7 of the potato grillers and 1 chicken griller. I brought this to the cashier's attention (Jacob T) and his response was that they upgraded the system and didn't adjust the board yet. This makes me wonder how many other items on the board are listed for less than what they are actually charging. I'm pretty sure this would fall under false advertisement. I presented the problem to him and he offered no solution to the problem. We paid $1.70 more than the price displayed, and that's only provided if the price of the gordita supreme was displayed right. Since our problem wasn't resolved at taco bell store I figured I woild file a complaint to see if you guys could do something to resolve our issue. Thank you

Taco Bell service at 308 county park rd, scottsboro, al [protected]

A quick story. Carried my 7 year old granddaughter to taco bell because she likes the chicken soft tacos. After a long school day and early lunch she was very hungry. Attached is sales receipt showing we ordered at 5:25 pm and after assuring my granddaughter over and over that it shouldn't be much longer we finally gave up and asked for a refund at 5:53. Please see attached photo of receipt - not just us but most customers were angry at the service inside. To make things worse, the drive thru was getting an order every 30 seconds. Also couple of the employees were walking around outside laughing which is a strange time to have a break in the middle of the evening rush. Before I go to social media I will wait for a response from you.

Is it a company policy that bonuses are based on drive thru wait times?

Taco Bell drive through/ customer service

My husband and I pulled into the Taco Bell drive through in Sylvan Lake Michigan Tuesday 9/5/17 sometime in the afternoon. We got to the ordering speaker and all we hear yelled through the speaker is " The drive through closed!" Not sorry for any inconvenience or an explanation why is was closed. This is not the first time we have been to this location and had rude service. We will NOT be back to this location due to the fact that the workers are rude. Thanks.

Taco Bell arbitrary and bad attitude

On 9/5/17 I was stopped on Knox Abbott Drive, Cayce, SC, waiting to make, a left into the Taco Vell. A young woman was coming from the opposite direction whipped in front of me and I had to slam on my brakes to avoid slamming into me. She was either oblivious to what she had done or didn't give a damn. Anyhow, she spent so long at the drive thru I finally gave up and cut my engine off. I wish I had copied down her tag and called it in. The lady taking her order bent over backward being nice to her. When I drove up it was Dr. JEKYLL AND MR. HYDE. Their attitude abruptly changed and they made me repeat the words large lemonade four times when I know damn good and well she heard me, snapping at me in a rude manner. When I pulled up to the window the employee glared at me and hollered they didnt HAVE NO LEMONAD! And WHAT ELSE YOU WANT! I am 58 years old and I have never in my life been talked to in such a shocking manner at any drive thru, much less a Taco Bell. Afraid they would probably spit in anything drink I ordered I simply said I don't want anything and drove off. I believe the rude driver that almost caused my wreck was friends with some of the TB workers and may have passed it along to them that she had cut off the woman behind her on Knox Abbott Drive because they really gave me a hard time and detained me at the order window long enough for the woman ahead of me to get her food and sped off.

Taco Bell incredibly poor service

This is a complaint for the Taco Bell located on 21900 Woodward avenue in Ferndale, MI. 48220. On several occasions I have been told they do not have the product in the store to make my order (mexican pizza, gordita crunch etc.). on several occasions I arrived at the drive thru window at 2:30, well before they close at 3:00 am, only to be told the computers are down and they cant make any food for me. This is a complete lie. I peeked through the drive thru window and the computer was up and ready to take order. I am in the service industry and this behavior is completely appalling. Since when do hourly employees get to chose who they serve and what time the restaurant closes. The company sets standards and codes of conduct in its stores and it is the employees job to execute and adhere to those policies, PERIOD. If employees are not acting in the best interest of the company they need to be terminated. If employees are not acting in the best interest of the customer they need to be terminated. These codes of conduct, customer service & hours of service are not anything out of the ordinary way of doing business, in fact, they are considered industry standards.

Taco Bell product/service

First I tried the Quesarito Box today Lso the usual cravings box and was disappointed with quality of both. Made very sloppy and smaller than I ever seen with portions. Also management was in restroom at same time as I and 100% they did not wash hands. Very disappointed. My Family are regulars at both locations in London and normally service and food are way better.

Taco Bell a specific location

I am normally not the type of person to leave a review. Good or bad. However, The taco bell on 740 Nova Rd. Daytona Beach FL, 32114 is the worst taco bell i have ever been too. First of all they service tends to be rude but I have always looked past that because it is fast food and honestly I would be rude too having to wok in a fast food restaurant. However today I spent 45 min in the drive through line. And the real kicker is I was the only car in line! I could see the girl having to go back and forth between the drive through and the register. I honestly began to think she was the only one working. Then about 20 min into my wait (after I had paid) a man came to the window to ask me what i ordered. Then he got the order together finally. Which was cold by the time i got it. My order was wrong, and on top of it my Baja blast freeze tasted like dish water not the baja blast mountain dew. And I was late returning to work even though I work a block away and have a hour lunch. I am a big fan of taco bell and I go often but i will drive out of my way from now on to avoid this location.

Taco Bell fast food

I went through the drive thru and ordered two Ciabatta Fish Sandwiches and was told to pull forward and my order would be brought to me. I waited and waited and waited until finally going into the store myself. I expected many customers and a lot of confusion, however, it was virtually empty inside. When I asked about my order the person at the drive thru said "oh, they're right here" (right next to him). I accepted these cold, soggy sandwiches and no one behind the counter apologized for their oversight or offered to make some fresh ones, a complimentary drink. Nothing. I would think there would be some training in place regarding customer service but it would seem that's not a concern at this location. At the very least I would appreciate a coupon for 2 free Ciabatta Fish Sandwiches or a refund of $6.49. If you don't feel this is an acceptable compensation for my time and grief, please provide me the name and email address of your superior so I can continue my quest for justice. I still have the original receipt if you would like me to provide proof of purchase.

Taco Bell I am complaining about the service at the marysville ohio location

I got 5 chilli cheese burritos yesterday, Sunday sept 3rd. None of them had hardly any filling. I pull them apart to put on the sauce and there isn't anything there. I basically paid over $10 for 5 tortilla shells. I am also sending a picture of what they looked like after I opened them. This is the second time this store has done this. Horrible service.

Taco Bell customer service

The food was okay, except my cinnamon twists were forgotten. The atmosphere behind the counter seemed more like a club scene. We sat as far away from the counter as possible and heard several males saying G****m, and M**********r repeatedly. There was a elderly couple eating that had obviously just came from church, I felt so bad for them. This was so unprofessional and, those men don't deserve a job. We actually left and took our food with us. This was in Attalla, Alabama

Taco Bell food and service

After buying $27 of food from your location we notice we had all the wrong food. I dont eat tomato i become very ill. We ordered hot ranch and nacho tacos we got regular shells. I then called to see if they would fix our food the manager just argued with me instead of asking me to bring our food back and fix the issue. So i brought all the food back and she told us she wouldn't return our money back or fix our food. Only when i said i was calling the cops she returned our money. She was very rude. We come there all the time and our food is almost all the time messed up but we deal with it because we like taco bell food unfortunately we will not be returning to your location i will not have myself our my family talked to this way because we spent our money there and just wanted our food right. Beonca is this managers name and her customers should come first with her but we dont and are treated like we bothered her because we wanted our food made correctly.

Taco Bell customer service

Some of my friends and myself went to Taco Bell in St. Augustine. Store number #026464 the man on front counter wasnt very friendly. And once we sat down to eat we noticed we were missing food and when I told them i was missing a burrito this lady (whom worked there) laughed and they all stood around leaning on front counter while they could have been cleaning. The bathrooms both male and female bathrooms were disgusting. And the trash was also full most tables werent clean even though no one was in there but us for a few minutes. They were very rude. And we will never be going back to that taco bell. To top it off we have a picture of them just leaning against the counter talking. They were making fun of customers in drive thru and people who had left as we got there.
