Quality of product
I have never sent a complaint in to any food service in the 45 years I have been eating sporadically at various places, but today this ends. I frequent the taco bell once a month in Jordan, Minnesota purchasing the same Taco Bell Party pack and making them supreme tacos which you are supposed to get more on them. All at a price of $26.20. I am very disappointed when these softshell tacos were opened up to find very little in them and an embarrassing looking what someone not sure who would call a taco. If you ask me these 12 soft shell tacos look like Wantons.
Desired outcome: Please refund my money or a coupon.
Complaint
My wife and I stopped at the Monroeville Taco Bell, parked next to the front door entrance, locked, no sign. Used a side door and went to the automated ordering machine and placed a combo order, specifically asking for no sour cream on the nachos. Noticed that it was colder inside than it was outside, the outside temp was 42 degrees, its after Thanksgiving in Pittsburgh. Order came up without a glass for the drink, everyone was in the back working so that took a bit to get someone's attention. The nachos had sour cream of course so it's back to the counter to try and again get someone's attention, she said that's the way I ordered it, I don't believe that but gave her the benefit of the doubt and went back to my seat with sour cream on my nacho's. Now its scrape off the sour cream while sitting there in the cold. Eat fast and get the hell out of there, again thru the side entrance. Another retired couple passed us and tried to use the locked door, we pointed them in the right direction and warned them about the refrigerator temps they we're about to encounter.

we love taco bell/ and KFC and have one close by which is nice. in the last few weeks i have tried to get KFC and was told "we only have taco bell tonight" then the hours lowered to closing at 9:30pm. they refuse to do any special requests, and then tonight i left work a few minutes early to get TBell and the whole building was dark and shut down before 9pm. What's going on? I have been in the hospitality business for 36 years from expo to regional director. this is sad and I hope it can be fixed because like I said it is 2 of our favorites and its right in the neighborhood.
Desired outcome: Up to you. you either need some information about when the management isn't there (which appears to be always) or you need new management
Nacho Taco Bell grande
First two chips tasted fine, then the third a bit funny by the fifth chip it taste almost chemical taste to eat- so bad. This happened over a year ago from the same location with the cinna twist- I called the store and let them know. I thought maybe they were store next to something that caused the bad taste. Maybe this location is not following protocol, but that tasted crazy and can’t believe they can actually sell food like that. Starting to move stomach pain and I only ate 5 chips.
Desired outcome: I would like someone to go out to the store and investigate- if this is normal Taco Bell food, they need to be closed. Something has to be against food regulations - the taste was absolutely awful of chemical. This is NOT OK.

I just ordered $38 worth of food at Taco Bell on Dave Lyle Blvd. in Rock Hill, SC. They were extremely slow even though there were only a couple of people in there when we came in. Then when we received our order several items were missing. The manager was not in control of the staff. When the one guy started making my iced coffee the manager was fussing that the coffee needed cinnamon the guy said I didn’t ask for it. I said I didn’t care either way but they kept arguing and cussing and just walked away. The guy on the drive through started helping the guy on the line and we finally got everything. However as I was walking out the door the 2 guys that had disappeared arguing came back and the manager announced that he was comping everyone’s meal because of what they had just witnessed. However there was only one other person in there that was there before the argument and was actually outside when it happened and didn’t know what was going on. After waiting 30 minutes to get our order and 39 for it to be corrected I feel like I was the only that should’ve been comped.
Desired outcome: Compensation and the 2 guys that continued thanked
Cold food after a 15 minute wait
Not sure how after a 15 minute wait I get cold food? But I did. Taco meat cold. Fried, cold. I added one extra item still at the order menu after I thought I was done. Asked for a Mexican pizza and I get a scoff, a pause, then a yes. If someone doesn’t like their job, if they don’t want to be there? Then don’t be there. Female working tonight was rude. Someone needs to learn proper costumer service. Disappointing that a new location is already having issues 🥴
Desired outcome: Nicer people. WARM FOOD NEXT TIME AFTER A WAIT. Maybe get better training officers? Most people here in Kenosha have no manners or respect, or even social skills. And it very, very much shows.
Worse Chicken Taco Ever
This evening my husband stopped by our local Taco Bell and ordered 6 chicken soft tacos. When he got home I opened my to put some sauce and found that it was fill with a little bit of lettuce, lots of melted cheese instead of grated cheese and no sign of tomatoes or chicken. Using queso sauce which is very salty unlike grated cheddar cheese. I understand things are hard with inflation and it effects everyone and that is not a excuse to cheat your customer. You have lost a lifetime fan.

I went thru the drive-thru at Taco Bell on Conner Street in the Bronx on 11/11 between 8 & 8:30 PM. I ordered 3 pizzas, 3 taco fries and 3 chalupa supremes. I saw it all come up on the screen. When I got to the window, the girl charged the credit card. I waited about 10 minutes and she came to the window and wanted to charge me again for a different order. When we straightened that out, she gave me my order and I asked her if she was sure everything was in there and the order was right. She said yes and I saw the pizzas on top so drove home. When I got home (all the way to Pelham Bay) I realized she had forgotten the chalupas AND the receipt. I drove all the way back and into the drivethru and told her. She insisted she hadn't charged me for them, and that the total for the pizzas and fries would have been $27. I told her the screen had said $37.04 and that she had TOLD me it would be $37.04. We got into an argument about it so she called the manager who implied I was lying and kept yelling at me to get out of her drivethru. I was losing my patience so I left, and as I drove off the girl was holding up a piece of cardboard at the window to block our view of each other. I went home, called the credit card service and was told that the charge was...$37.04, like I told them. I never dealt with a waitstaff so rude and incompetent, and will make my displeasure known on social media, and perhaps the BBB.
Nacho Fries Box
I went to my Taco Bell store today 11/11/2022 for the Nacho Fries Box by the Drive Thru. I was excited to get this box. But when I go home, everything in the box was COLD! I was very disappointed and I had to warm up the food before I could eat it. I felt that I was given a box that no one wanted and then they gave it to me. I felt like it had been sitting there for awhile!
I have been a fan of Taco Bell for a very long time, but I never have had such a terrible meal before this one. I am a very unhappy customer and feel like the people at this store were not very good!

Goodevening first Taco Bell is my favorite restaurant in Columbus ! I work at a restaurant and I provide great customer service but everytime I come to this location attitude man always has an attitude if he mad he doesn’t need to come to work ! I’ve had a great day until I came and paid for my food and he claimed the money didn’t go thru off my card and I’m trying to show him that it did Please get attitude’man out yall window ! Drink and one entire meal was missing. Husband picked up from “Grab n Go”. There was no one attending the front counter.
This is a repeat problem. You charge for everything then it’s not there. 50 cents extra for sour cream then WHOOPS! The entire burrito is ignored. This Last night our order totaled 24. The drink was missing as well as a Gordita and jalapeños on a burrito.
When I put those things in your website as a re order it’s $6.78 WITHOUT the jalapeños. So over $7.
You STOLE $7 out of a $25 order. That is OVER 1/4 on one order. We hadn’t been back to Taco Bell in a year because last time we had the audacity to ask the manager to fix it and were gaslit and physically intimidated. (I don’t know how else to describe a huge guy sent over to yell at a woman over missing food claiming he KNOWS he cooked it. It wasn’t in the bag. This is also the reason nothing was said last night. I didn’t want my husband threatened.)
Desired outcome: Fix your theft. Also I want a refund.
Manager told paying customers to [censored] off
Myself and a friend were at the 6th ave location in Tacoma Washington on Saturday 11/5/2022 @ 8:15pm. When we watched the MANAGER OF ALL PEOPLE put a garbage can and the bag of garbage on the service counter were food is served. When I mentioned it I was "told to [censored] OFF" ya by the manager. So who was really in the fault here? I wonder! What a way to get repeat business huh!
Desired outcome: Fire her [censored] what do you think!!!! You don't talk to customers like that, especially being management for crying out loud!!!
Rude/Unproffessional workers
TacoBell - Located at 4605 Calumet Ave. Hammond, Indiana. Incident actually happened around 4:15pm to be exact, 11/5/2022. Drive-thru workers were acting very strange/unproffessional. The young mexican girl who was visibly angry, handed the money to me in a very rude manner and then ran away for no reason(Did not provoke her in any way to cause this), also toppings were wrong on food. Please help with this terrible situation, thank you and God Bless!

Food order, missing items...again
I ordered a Power bowl and did not get what is supposed to come in the bowl. I received no rice, beans, nor the extra chicken that I paid extra for.
This is not the first time Taco Bell has gotten my order wrong, but I am tired of paying for things I am not getting.
This is always the case with Taco Bell and was hesitant to order from here again since the last time I ordered, items were missing and food not prepared per their standard menu. Very frustrating to pay these prices and not get what you paid for.

10/24/22 12:43 pm ordered Nacho Fries Box with Beefy 5 layer burrito. Had a bite of my 5 layered burrito and decided to put hot sauce inside. Opened the burrito to put hot sauce and discovered a metal washer in which would have been my next bite. Think of the possibilities of what out come could of happened with the next bite. I contacted Taco customer service 10/24/22 talked with Valencia and she informed me I would be contacted within 3 days. This is a week later and not a word, from corporate or the Taco Bell it was purchased from. This issue needs to be addressed at once.

Please get competent people at the TB on North Main Street, Forked River, NJ. Went there as a DoorDash driver, about 2P on Oct. 30. Three drinks for pickup, none labeled. Two bags, only one labeled. I knew my customer did not have a drink so I asked if the other bag was for my customer. It got passed around the prep area, no answered me and it got put back on the pickup shelf, still not labeled. So I left. Guess what ... customer messaged me they were missing part of their order. So the unlabeled bag must have been theirs. DoorDash is my second job; I don't need the headache from an incompetent restaurant. I won't be picking up from TB for the foreseeable future until they get their act together (nor will I eat there either.) There are plenty of other restaurants I can pick up orders.

Hazardous environment
This occurred at the Butler, PA, on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, around 6:00 pm. As we entered the store, an employee was finishing mopping the floor. He left it very wet and slippery and made no attempt to dry it. As a result, my grandson slipped and fell on the floor, and my wife, who is in a wheelchair, was unable to use the bathroom. She was afraid to transfer from her wheelchair to the toilet because of the slippery floor. Why did the employee not wait until closing to mop the floor? Why did he not attempt to dry it before customers walked on it? Doesn't Taco Bell have guidelines for this procedure? We are very reluctant to return to this location.
