Incorrect order
We were at the Toco Bell at 3644 Reynold Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27106.
We ordered our food at the drive-through window. We ordered a number 1 and a number 5 meal. The number one meal was with a Dr. Pepper and a sweet iced tea that came with our meals. When we looked in the bag and my order (A number 1) was right but the drink (Dr. Pepper) was more soda water than it was syrup. I had to through it out. The next order (The number 5 was totally wrong.) It was some kind of wrap. I tried to tell the girl at the window that it was the wrong order. She in turn tried to tell me that it was what I ordered. I told her that it was the number 5 meal. The nachos in the tray with no tomatoes. I finally had to go inside and tell them it was the wrong order. They redid the order and I received the same thing. This time I pointed right at the sign on their wall and said that this is what I ordered. They came back again with the same thing. This time I went behind the counter and pointed right at it and again it was the wrong order that they made. There were times I was asked what I was waiting for. After telling them 3 times, I finally received the right order but this time they added the tomatoes, which I didn't want in the beginning. I'm very disappointed with the service and having to wait until they got it somewhat right. We do not what our names and address handed out or used in this complaint.
Desired outcome: Hire competent people also, I think we should be compensated for the entire meals we ordered, and please make sure it's for another TocoBell.

Hello, I live in Hays Kansas and we have one Taco bell. A few months ago I went through the drive-thru at about 7:20 am, (on my way to work) and there was a sign on the speaker that stated due to not enough help, the store was not going to open until 8 am. I totally understood because a lot of restaurants at that time had to work around the worker shortage. However this morning, I pulled into the parking lot, the lights were on and the menu board was lit up, but as I got to the speaker, there was a sign that said they open at 8 am.
I could only think "how dumb is that!"
In Hays, and I'm sure a lot of cities the size of Hays, most businesses and schools open or start at 8 am.
If a large majority of your potential breakfast customers will be at work or school at 8 am, why bother opening at all for breakfast? Every morning I drive by other fast-food restaurants at 7:20 and their drive-thrus are backed up, but after 8 am they are not. I guess I am saying, Taco bell is missing the boat in regard to the breakfast crowd. That's like starting your lunch menu at 1 pm after most people are back to work after their lunch break. I do know there is still a labor shortage, but come on... other fast-food restaurants in Hays are open for the morning rush. Hopefully, this is not the "New Norm".

billed for food not received because of kiosk
FRAUD
You have taken money out of my account for food not received. I was told I had to order at your ridiculous kiosk. I waited for my order but when it never came i asked about it, which was difficult because no one wanted to make eye contact with me as i stood at the counter. Customer service is awful. After I was told they don't show my order on their screen they walked away. I asked what i should do, and they said go back to kiosk and order again. So I did.
When i got home I checked my account and I was billed for both orders. I need to be reimbursed. You can call me at [protected]. I will be filing a complaint with the state attorney general if I do not hear from you. I have already emailed twice. I live in canby oregon but this happened at the 19531 Pendleton store.

I visited the Taco Bell location in Stillwater Oklahoma where I have went many times before. I ordered the deluxe nacho fry box with a unsweet tea and a Doritos Locos taco. I got home and was eating my food. I got to the last bite on my taco out of the box and it had a piece of grease pencil in it. I don’t know how much I ate because I didn’t notice till the last bite. I’m super upset that this happened because Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite places but since Covid their customer service has really went down

I placed an order with a total of $31.41 through the mobile app. The app said it was ready to be picked up so I left traveling 30 miles to get our food. They said they couldn't find our order but I informed them that the app notified me that it was ready. They didn’t know how to check the mobile app and didn’t know what to do. After waiting for an hour we left. So I’m still being charged for food they couldn’t give us. They told me to call the 1-800# to get my money back bc they “don’t have anything to do with the app”. Problem is there is no phone # listed on the app. There’s no way to contact them.

found a small timer in my food
I ordered a nachos bell grande , a steak queserito and drink on 10/13/22. i came home and ate the steak queserito , and then proceeded to eat the nachos bell grande. Halfway through the nachos i discovered a small kitchen timer in the bottom of the tray that had my nachos bell grande. i do have pics of reciept and timer in tray. i still have the food and timer as well in my possession . I immediately call taco bell and was told i could get another meal. Even the next morning I went to same taco bell to speak with a manager and was told the same thing. I do not want to eat another meal from your stores. I do feel my health could be in jeopardy due to not knowing how many ungloved hands touched that timer. I also feel that could have been placed there deliberately. I feel a compensation is the solution. I do plan on hiring an attorney to handle this case.

Cheating me
I ordered a Mexican pizza on 10-5-22 from Southaven ms state line road location. I ordered extra tomatoes and they charged me. They gave me to little chips of tomatoes because I asked for my extra tomatoes on the side. The reason I asked for it on the side is because I always order extra tomatoes and I never get extra. The cheesy potatoes were cooked to death and beyond. They were inedible hard rocks. I ordered that specifically, with the box deal, as the item I was going to eat. Someone else was to eat the other items.

I ordered a soft taco supreme combo received 3 soft taco shells with 1 spoonful of beef. I ordered 2 regular double steak grilled cheese buritos received 2 spicy buritos. I tried to return mistakes 9/29/22 in drive thru but was told I had to come inside - I couldn't stop. I tried again to return mistakes 10/1/22 inside and the manager told me that both items were correct, that is how supreme tacos are made and the burito was not spicy. the manager was rude and started yelling at me that I wasn't getting my money back (approx. $15), etc. I left. After long wait & food fixed, it was nothing but a TORTILLA & empty tacos. I asked a guy to remake and she yelled out, he cant do nothing w/o me & he quietly walked away looking scare. 1st of all, I don't deal with RUDE ppl and why have her remake what she messed up purposely. On Thursday September 22, 2022 at approximately 7:20 we placed an order on the Taco Bell app, paid with our credit card also on the app and then headed to the store at 2000 S Coulter Amarillo TX to pick up our order. We got to the Taco Bell and the doors were locked, the drive thru was blocked with cones and there appeared to be no one inside. Several other customers were also there attempting to pick up their orders. My husband finally spotted someone in the kitchen area, walked around to the drive thru window and knocked and finally got her attention. The worker told him that the night crew had walked out and they were closed. My husband explained we had placed an order and paid on the app and the app told us our order was ready to be picked up. She said there were no orders ready and that we would have to get a refund for our payment. We informed other customers what the worker had told my husband. Several frustrated and inconvenienced people were without food but had paid for it. This morning the $16.30 charge for our Taco Bell order was deducted from our bank account. We would very much like to be reimbursed this amount for the food we did not receive. We would appreciate a quick response and refund.

On 09/20/2022 in whiteville nc location I stopped by after work about 815pm and waiting to be assisted for 10 minutes no one else was in dining room and at least 3 employees were seen. After 10 minutes standing was told by one that register was done and to use the kiosk then was told I had to leave since dining room was closed. During my 10 minute wait the window employee and someone on line were talking to each other and moving about and one looked directly at me and no response till several minutes later.
Desired outcome: Not sure if new staff is needed or more staff but if dining room is closed at 815pm on a Tuesday then a sign or locking doors would gelp
