lack of customer service and attitude
I went to the taco Bell and Gardendale Alabama and when I placed my order it was given to me wrong. When I address the girl that took my order and told her that it was wrong she told me that I didn’t need to have an attitude, so she slams the window in my face and the manager named “Bo” Said that he would handle her attitude. I asked her twice to give me her name and she refused to do it and “Bo” said he would take care of tj issue b/c he was the Managet. That is completely unsatisfactory and I will not go back to that Taco Bell again if she is still employed there
unethical behavior
Last night, I was at the Taco Bell in Wrigleyville in Chicago, Illnois (1111 W addison) The security guard and managered both threatened a guest I was with who simply had a complaint. When we had went to place an order (the place was very busy) the cashier suddenly walked away stating they were not taking orders at this time. We continued to wait for about 20 minutes. When a guest of mine asked why it was taking so long The security guard (African American male) told her she 'was a [censor]' and 'white girl can go [censor] herself'. He kept calling her names and she left due to complete lack of rudeness. I asked him why he thinks he can talk to her that way and he told me 'why does the [censor] think she can talk to people how she wants' and 'he can do whatever he wants he has a gun'. When I went to the manager to ask for the security guards name, she refused to give me to me. When I asked for hers (she was an African American female) she told me I could '[censor]ing leave and never come back, she ain't giving me [censor]'. This behavior is totally unacceptable and I have never been spoken to like that in my life. If a person who is able to hold a GUN can't take a simple question, and proceeds to threaten others saying he has a gun and can do anything, probably shoudln't have a gun nor work in a place with people. Also, the fact that the manager refused to give names after being spoken to so rudely and being sworn and and also proceeds to tell me to '[censor]ing leave' probably shouldn't have a job either.
the egg taco commercial
Don't like the actors keep saying. "What the"... in the egg taco commercial. That is not cool at all, because you have little children looking at that commercial thinking that is a good to say and it's not. I'm a parent and every time I see that commercial I try my best to turn away from it. Need to change wording or I would not be supporting taco bell no more.

On 9/12/2017 at 12:37 PM I visited Rest J625108: 4727 N Midkiff Drive: Midland, TX. On ticket 3927 I ordered Spicy Double Chalupa Big Box. It was an INCREDIBLE meal---definitely a unique Mexican Food experience---the best Mexican Food I had had in a long time---I was struck by this "new Mexican Food experience."
On 9/22/2017 at 2:17 PM I returned to the same restaurant, anticipating enjoying this meal again. It had been taken off the menu. I was SO disappointed that I seriously considered going elsewhere. On ticket 3560 I ordered the Quesarito Big Box. There was absolutely NO comparison to the Chalupa. There is nothing else on the menu that excites me. Taco Bell, once again, dwells among the plentiful mediocre Mexican Food experiences in Midland, TX. There is nothing in the way of a unique or especially savory experience that motivates to make a special effort to go to Taco Bell anymore.
(Just so you know what you are up against, I often go to Rosa's in Midland for their Nacho Salad. It almost spills over the side of the plate...is a bed of nacho chips; a helping of refried beans and a helping of hamburger meat; a generous layer of iceberg lettuce; topped with shredded cheese and a sprinkling of chopped tomatoes. This can further be embellished from a variety bar that makes other toppings available. The cost (without any drink other than water, but including tax) is $3.89. If I go out to eat for lunch, this is the place I go most often.)

I am submitting this complaint because I have had an on going problem with this specific location. I usually always order crunchy tacos and I just recently moved so I am going to a new Taco Bell and it is absolutely terrible. The tacos are always soggy and most of the time the shells are cracked. Tonight I ordered a taco 12 pack and every single taco was extremely soggy on the bottom & the top of the shell was stale. All of my tacos were cracked and I had to eat them almost with a fork. It was very disappointing and I will never be going back to Taco Bell again.
drive thru
I pulled in the drive thru at 7:40pm and pulled out with my food at 8:26pm . I don't think anyone should have to wait this long for food through a drive thru. I heard cars honking, people yelling at the employees and I thought I was going to run out of gas. Is there anything you can do to compensate me for all this waiting? It is not the first time either. There is never enough staff to deal with the amount of orders inside and the drive thru. The store is #1561 644 Yonge Street Barrie

I am a parent of a minor that works at the fallon nv taco bell... The managers there douglas and destiny are not professional towards their employess.. They belittle them threaten to take hours away from them if they don't come in on their days off.. They talk down to them in front of customers.. Thus has been on going.. But after this last episode something needs to be done. The employess there are pleasant and helpful but these managers are rude and unpleasant.. If your employees are quitting so much this is way... Please I ask to look into this.. My child has been there for a long time but my child should not be treated so unprofessional..
poor food and service
Always go to the same taco bell on hwy 20 racine wis never had a problem always good but our last time was bad ordered 2 spicy tostadas very little on them took them back they looked at them and said that's all they were aloud to put on them and that was it and they were pretty rude about it want to go back and try again but now I'm a little Leary pretty sad hope it was a one time thing we'll see I guess
drive thru
Yesterday 9/21/17 at 8:27pm my husband and I went to taco bell in chapel area of Pine Bluff, AR.
We ordered an 12 pack of cinnabon rolls which we saw get handed to the car in front of us. The car told them that wasn't their order and they handed back the rolls threw the drive thru window to the crew members(which is cross contamination). The rolls were in a salad dish container which they aren't supposed to be in.
When my husband and I pulled up we had to ask 3 different times for a new order to be made, because we didn't feel comfortable eating something a stranger had touched. The manager and two crew members lied and told us that the rolls are fresh and hot out of the grease, when I touched one it wasn't even luke warm it was cold and still the SAME EXACT ROLLS THEY GAVE OUT TO THE STRANGERS!
I don't appreciate arguing about my food which I use my hard earned money on! I don't appreciate arguing about if someone touched my food or not when I saw with my own eyes exactly what happened with my food!
If these are the type of people your going to let ruin your business and drive away 20+ years loyal customers, then I advise you to retrain your management team crew members on proper customer service and representation of your business!
chicken burrito
At approximately 12:30 pm on Thursday, September 21, 2017, we went through the taco bell drive thru located at 1818 Plainfield Rd, Crest Hill, 60403. One of the items I ordered was a chicken burrito. After getting home, I cut the burrito open to eat it & found a plastic wrapper inside. That is absolutely disgusting & unacceptable. I would like something to make up for this mishap.

Wow Taco Bell! I have been going to Taco Bell since they opened and everything on the menu was a quarter. I just saw your add and saw Stephen A Smith. Way to put your company in the gutter right where he belongs. He is horrible! He screams about everything instead of just talking and he is a race baiter. The US is in a state of upheaval and he only adds to the problem. My family and I won't watch ESPN any more since they fired good reporters to keep him. Now it looks like we won't be frequenting Taco Bell. Shame on you for hiring such a repulsive person to be in one of your ads.
found a hair in my quesadilla
On Wednesday, 9-20-17, I went through the Taco Bell drive thru on my way to work. It was around 10:50pm. I ordered the #7 with a Pepsi, and an extra beefy mini quesadilla. Once I arrived at work, I ate the taco, then the first two pieces of the quesadilla. When I pulled the last two pieces apart, there was a hair. I was so disgusted I could not finish my meal. I was not given a receipt, but I would at least like a refund.

On February 16th, 2016 my Mom Sonya Valentine was goin into work as a Manager @ Taco Bell on Ashville Hwy in SC, where she reached the front door, collapsed and died from a massive heart attack. Her Insurance was dropped jus weeks before her death. I am currently investigating my Mothers death. The sore thumb is why I her daughter or her husband could not receive any financial help from Taco Bell Corporation or any kind of help. My mother had to be cremated without a proper funeral.
supreme tacos
To many people having a supreme taco may not mean a lot. To me these tacos are the best and I tend to eat them a lot so I can tell when I have a supreme taco or simply just a hard she'll taco aka no sour cream or tomatos.
I have visited this taco bell many times. I can say out of the last 10 times I have gone and ordered "Surpreme" tacos 7 times I have NOT had supreme tacos. I have literally asked them while I am ordering "please make sure they are surpreme!" Sure enough I drive off and me trusting them and I get disappointed when I see they are NOT.
This is ridiculous. Again I know it's just tacos but if you have been a huge fan for years and pay more for a "SURPREME" taco I expect to see what I pat for.
I dont even want to go there no more. I can only imagine how many times they mess up a meal especially if the customer is specifically asking for special request SUPREME TACOS.

So today I went in to purchase food and I used a book I purchased for a fundraiser and it says Free item w/ purchase of another equal or greater value I feel like she didn't honer that I got a free mini quesadilla instead for free and she took my sticker off my book too. I had ordered a quesarito box and thought thats what I was going to get. Not sure how to feel about it maybe I would be less upset if she wasn't so rude about it.

I went to Taco Bell for a quick lunch. It was nothing but quick. I waited over 36 minutes to get my order. That is unacceptable! I went to the new Taco Bell store #032395 in Eau Claire. I think I will go elsewhere next time so I can get in and out in a timely matter. It's ridiculous how slow the service was. The staff was more accommodating to the drive through then actual customers in the restaurant.

My name is Terry young Quebec and I went through drive thru September 15th at 7 p.m. I went to the one on 66th Street and 42nd Avenue in St Petersburg. I ordered my order and was told at the speaker there was no sour cream and I said okay could you compensate by sprinkling a little more cheese on my taco the girl told me to hold on she asked her manager and the manager said no sewed okay talk to the window told the young lady of wanted to speak to the manager so a young scruffy dark-haired bearded kid came to the window arrogant as you can imagine. I told him I was the one that wanted the extra cheese due to not having sour cream for two of my items. He got very sarcastic with me so it is hands around saying he couldn't do this and that and laughing about it so I told him that I wanted credit for two items that were supposed to have sour cream I wanted the money off of my bill or he could just put a little more cheese or something on my order it was very Petty and he handled the situation so ridiculously immature. I worked for Taco Bell in the early nineties late eighties and we would never ever have treated a customer like that that was the worst customer service I have ever received he told me that he was not going to serve me and for me to leave he was not giving me my food and then in my face laughed. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated. He has absolutely no skills to be a manager I expect more out of Taco Bell being one of my favorites restaurants I eat there once a week not at that location and never will again they're always slow takes them forever to get your order because they're Slackers standing around talking and laughing was not professional at all very I'm very disgusted

sent daughter to pick up dinner. 11 items total, only 8 were in bag. 3 Hard shell Taco Supremes missing. called store and spoke to manager. He apologized and offered replacement plus extra meal. Sent wife back and both Managers looked at her dumbfounded when she came in and explained what happened. Had to pay for everything again. consistently missing food on every drive thru order lately.

I live right down the street from them so i try to go there often.. And hardly ever have my order correct. But tonight is the 2nd night in a row where i paid for supremes amd disnt get them as supremes. The casedillas i ordered hardly had any chicken in them. They forgot my steak quesarito and luckily i checked the bag.. And all of the 3 hard tacos 2 were the firey ones shells were all cracked.. The night before again tacos not supreme but i paid for it. The nacho bell grando barely had cheese or meat and i order extra of both the drinks were watered down as if they were sitting there for awhile.. And the chicken quesadilla was all hard and seem like that was sitting awhile too. I didnt know i could send pictures or i would have save the food most went to the trash. But i do have both receipts
