Taco Bell review: Food and employees

First I would like to say that I really don’t like to complain but i think corporate should know how things are going in their restaurants.First off I went into the Taco Bell in Virginia Beach on Virginia Beach Blvd. right next to BJ’s wholesale club.order.My order was # 277 on 10/22/2023 at 8:20pm.From the time I walked in and ordered my food until the time I left not one employee and I mean not one employee said hi to me and when I left they gave me my order and never ever said thank you or even goodbye.Then I got home and part of my order was a bean burrito with no onions.Well at least they didn’t put onions on it but neither did they put any cheese on it as well as hardly any beans in it.Was almost all bread pretty much.Needless to say the overall experience wasn’t good.I am not looking for anything free after spending 31years in management if any of my people had ever treated customers like this I would have wanted any and all customers to let me know.I will try Taco Bell again one day however if I am treated like I was this evening I will not ever go back.I hope this helps you to be able to make your customers have a more pleasant experience at Taco Bell.
