For the last 2 months, I have been trying to book an appointment with a teladoc mental health professional to no avail. I make the appointment and the day of the appointment it is declined. I need to talk with my therapist but Customer Service teladoc is no help. Starting September 12, 2023, an appointment was made at 2pm and I was never connected. Again on the 26th September, 2023, I was not able to speak with my therapist. Again on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 2pm I was nor able to speak with my therapist. I called teladoc and they said that I would have to retry to schedule another appointment. I did so for the September 19, 2023, the day came and I didn't hear from my therapist. I called teladoc and again they said they didn't know why I didn't connect with my therapist. So I call teladoc and they said I will have to set another appointment . I did make an appointment for September 26, 2023 for 2pm and I called teladoc and they said my appointment was declined but didn't know why. Please help.
Desired outcome: Make an appointment where I will be able to talk with my therapist
