Im sorry but I tried waited patiently for your respond and you didn’t bother to get back to me, Ombudsmen is looking for reference number as per email I requested just process of putting a complain on your store with the service I received which you aware of as you escalated to your Area manager as well who didn’t bother to understand my query and just Declined without hearing my side of the story.
I came in your store looking to buy a phone specifically I advised your consultant that I want to buy something on special as I always prefer to buy phones on special, and I asked your consultant more than three time which phone is on special and I even specified that I’M LOOKING FOR HUAWEI as im looking for phone which uses two simcards. THE only thing your consultant did was to ask me of my Budget and she only showed me your normal broachers which has all phones and I even told that those are normal prices.
I WAS NOT GIVEN FULLINFORMATIN FOR ME TO MAKE INFORMED DECISION, BECAUSE WHEN I WENT TO ACTIVATE THE PHONE AFTER SIGNING WITH TSHOLO MODIBEDI THEN I SAW A BROUCHER WITH SPECIAL OF TWO PHONES HUAWEI on that very same day after few minutes.
So why was I not advised on those phone while first things I asked it was a special of HUAWEI phone why I was limited of information while I asked of a specific product?
Manager by the name of Linda Mkhwanazi I tried to escalate to her with email as per agreement to try and resolve this issue as per attachment communication looking like is she is not interested to assist me.
I even logged a request in the store with reference//Case number : [protected] which no one bothered to call and check my complain even not email correspondence. Dated 12.07.2022 time 09:31 this was my second I went to the store.
I went back again 3rd day spoke with manager as per attachment correspondence level of service she gave me as well or myb she’s too busy to attend my complain. She send through a request to the Arear manager which declined without understanding my complain as a client that I was not given full information to make informed decision.
Till today I have the device which I cant use because of this query its been now almost three weeks no one is getting back to.
I don’t want to cancel Contract But I want the special which TELKOM is offering for two phones which I was not informed off, because I asked off that information and when I went to the store I asked so nicely more than three times of any special offering by TELKOM and consultant by the name of Tsholo Modibedi.
Attached it’s a complain I send on Hello peter and haven’t received any sort of correspondence.

Cancelled my land line
I called Telkom on the 19th July …to cancel my wi fi ….. they not only canceled my wi fi….. they cancelled my landline also.. I had the phone number for many many years …now they disconnected me….. I am a church pastor …. the congregation knows only this number …. now they want to give another number

Good day.
I would like to file a complaint, every night at around 21PM I am experiencing problems in your network as a I can't use internet during 9PM and 01AM. Can you please help me in that regard.
Take note I am paying a contract every month it is unfair for me to be treated like that. The LOADSHEDDING issue must not be our problem because we do not pay less, we pay the full amount so kindly please fix that problem I do not want to experience it again.

ADSL Internet Line
I am now without Internet for almost 2 weeks. Why am I paying for a service I do not get from Telkom. I have reported the fault now six times and no person from Telkom is getting back to me. Our ADSL Line is not getting fixed. What is going on Telkom what is going on. Telkom doesn't care about their clients they only care about receiving their money every month without providing a service to their clients, this is the worst service I have ever seen in my life.
Desired outcome: I want my ADSL Internet Line fixed.
Debit order rejection fee
Good day to you,
I got a new contract from Telkom for a LTE router and Data Package. The debit order is supposed to go off on the 15th of every month. Last month my bank decided to take their loan amount off a day early, as I had the monies for the Telkom Debit Order in my bank account. I then paid the outstanding bill on the 17th.
I just received my account and Telkom wants to charge me an amount of R202.70 debit order rejection fee.
This amount is totally and utterly outrages.
What can I do about this matter?

Adsl
Service number [protected],adsl out of service sunce 2022-06-17 to date. Each call leaves me more frustrated as I am told there is no turnaround time and there is no progress to report. I have been calling everyday since the service outage and nobody has the decency to call back and let us know whats happening. We do not fibre in this area, hence we are forced to use adsl or LTE for home use. Each time that we enquire about fibre we are told there are no pre-orders. It is frustrating to no end.
Desired outcome: Find another solution to prevent this situation. Sort out the problem and ensure that customers receive feedback. Your team managers are unreachable and refuse to call back
Waiting for voucher
Bought a Samsung Z flip and never received my voucher that I was supposed to get with it..I tried numerous times but with no avail,don't know what to do anymore as the staff gives me the run around for the past few months...I bought my phone at Telkom in N1 city Cape Town...I phone customer care and they tell me to speak to the manager at the store as I did and he just tell me that he will sort it out everytime I come to the store cause now I'm getting sick and tired of it...I'm gonna try and make a case against them and take them to court and c how quick I will get my voucher cause I'm paying for my phone every month...
Telkom is a scam
I have logged a complaint to my legal team, My broadband as well ISPA against Telkom who has lied and misled me, as this has been going on for months now, I have taken out a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra for R699 at Telkom In January 2022, The phone was supposed to come with a Samsung original S case and S pen, as well as 20GB every month for the first 3 months. Upon arrival of my device, I have not received any of the promotional things mentioned above as they advertised on their website other than the 20GB data only for one month, I called in week after week and month after month, yet still nothing. It has been 5 months now since I received my phone and nothing has been done. They created tickets, but it has been closed with nothing being resolved, I called in multiple times and no one has done anything, I went to three Telkom stores and was told that they cannot help me as I got the phone from Telkom online and not in-store. Telkom told me to go onto the Samsung membership app to claim the promotional items yet they did not provide me with any code to claim or redeem. I have then reached out to Telkom again and they have not given me anything. After this, I went to Samsung who informed me that Telkom does this on a regular basis and leaves it to Samsung to sort it as if they created a mess. A month ago I was called after lodging this complaint since January by a gentleman working for Telkom where I have requested again to be put through to management but they have refused just as they do every time I ask them to have this escalated to management, Since the call, no one from Telkom has reached out to me and I am still waiting for them to contact me, yet my payments still go off every month as normal
cellphone insurance service provider *ADMINISTRATION PLUS* not honoring services.
I had lost my cellphone 2021/04/27 and had to make a claim ,of which I did and after the claim was reviewed ,I was informed that it was successful ,and an amount of R1000 has to be made so I can receive a new device.
I took some time before I paid the access amount ,when I did in May of 2022 and it was only then I was told that the claim was suspended and I should
provide them with my account number for a refund and cancel my insurance ,yet I was never informed with regards to these terms and there insurance premium was debited every single month and was never disputed.
please assist as to what do I do as a costumer who paid for services and when having to be rendered to it becomes a little less simple than when one was paying.
Fraudelent debit order
Telkom (Lavashini) call and offer me a Sim only unlimited data for R449 however they send a cellphone which I didn't accept and the courier returned it to Telkom. After some days, I received a bill for the cellphone that I never wanted and did not accept. I immediately called sales and they said they can't help me and they directed me to billing (Mpho) and billing directed me to sales saying that they can't help me, sales must be the ones that should assist me. Then I called sales again and Duduzile assisted me and I receive the message to say my matter has been resolved however end of the month Telkom keeps on debiting my bank account R185 for service that I never received. I wanted unlimited data instead I received nothing but a bill for nothing.
Please assist me in resolving this matter.

Incorrect router
I purchased a router and then it was the wrong one and the manager was extremely rude to me and refused to refund me my money even though I came there immediately. this is after we showed him our old router and he gave us a router that was wrong. He then tell me that I must drive 50km to the next telkom shop to buy a cable to be able to use it. I refused rk do that telling him that he should of advised us properly that why we brought the picture.
But he arrogantly said that that's not he's Job, I should of know what I wanted. I explained to him that this is for the business and I want the correct one or my money back and I asked for someone higher but he refused and he also refused to help me. I find this type of behavior unacceptable.

Was at telkom in wynberg there Service is so pathetic. I went to enquire about my contract bill the manager or instead the guy acting as if his the manager said i should phone telkom customer care while his busy laughing to 2 of his colleagues. Im so disgusted by there behavior as this is not the first time something like this happens. I dont see why telkom kiosh is here if they cant help

in November of 2019 i contact Telkom enquiring about a WIFI LTE router contract that was on special the agent i spoke to took all my details and promised to call me back to let me know if i was approved but never did. i called again and spoke to a different agent and i was informed they have no details of my previous call. this agent done the same thing and never called me back. 4 agents later and none of them told me weather i approved. i eventually emailed and an agent told me the same and never got back to me. i decided not to go with Telkom because of their bad service. in February of 2022 (3 months later) the courier showed up at my work place with the router i explained to them that no one told me i approved and to take it back but they told me i need to call Telkom to collect. since February i have been contacting Telkom and i have emails and phone calls and reference numbers all as proof incase i need to go to the lawyers next. every agent was the same story and same feedback that they will get back to me. yet the package was not collected or cancelled. i have proof of agents confirming i have cancelled this and called in the cooling of period. eventually the package was picked up and now telkom started billing me for this WIFI. they have been debiting my account which i gave them no authorisation to do do. i have to cell phone contacts with Telkom which i pay for. they now have suspended my account which incl my cell phone contracts because of payment for this WIFI. the bill has now gone to over R5000 and this is now messing with my credit record. i have opened so many cases but am receiving no feedback and no assistance.
Desired outcome: i would like this account sorted and my cellphone contracts re-instated.
Poor Customer Service
Date of contract cancellation 10 June 2022.I went to Telkom Store in Promenade Mitchell's Plain and went ahead and did a contract cancellation, I was explained nothing at all when one of the sales consultants cancelled the contract. Little did I know the sim that I used stopped working, nothing was explained nor was a migration to pre-paid offered.

No stock of offer in their catalogue
Good day Telkom has the Huawei Matepad T105 64GB LTE offer in their catalogue but has no stock. The offer is a 36 month contract for a monthly fee of R179. Is this a ploy to entice the public to their other products. I did an unnecessary trip. I am very disappointed and upset.
Billing to high
I took 3 Data contracts with Telkom and I laid a complain about late debits and the issue was not resolved, I later received a statement with high billing . I then went to their store at Mall of Africa but when I got there I did not receive the help that I was looking for. I went I do the payment of R1143.00 on the 01 May 2022 but the amount still reflects as money due. So I tried to cancel the contracts but they are not giving me access to cancel .

Wifi connection
I have a telkom adsl line 2 months short of completing my 24months contract. I phoned on the 25th of May with a complaint that the wifi is down. I even phoned back and told them that the branch fell over the line and is disconnected from the box on the pole. My account is paid everytime I phone no one can help or no time frame.
When I phoned back they said they are not replacing copper cables anymore, I must use another point of fibre etc. No one phoned or sms'd me I had to phone and ask them.
after complaining on my customer survey they send me an sms as follow :
and I quote "Dear Telkom Customer, we confirm payment on your account [protected] and your service(s) will be restored during the cause of the day. Thanks Telkom" sms was sent on 03.06.2022 still nothing happened and it was done after 9 in the morning.
Desired outcome: I want my wifi restored please and month reimbursed from Telkom cause I paid and cant use it.Telkom Invoices and Statements - [protected]
Customer service
I lodged a claim after losing my phone, I went to telkom in Canal Walk, they advised me of the process, went to get a case number and aop the other details, sent an email to [protected]@adminplus.co.za as advised at telkom, this transpired on Saturday 28/05/22. I made a call to Telkom on Monday to confirm if they have received my claim, the lady I spoke to advised since I sent it over the weekend, they will only attend to it during the week.
I followed up today again only to be told they never received my email, confirmed my email and advised the lady that was assisting me today to call me if nothing comes through so that I know where I stand, she assured me, till now, I never heard anything. I'm very frustrated and disappointed with their service.
