I put a $23 tile in cart from only supplier that offers it. I received a 1 item @ 90% off, the page that opened showed my tile at less than $2 but‘ sold out’, it was not sold out,11 remained. Since I am a good customer and have spent/ planned to spend $9000 +/- remodeling 2 homes, I contacted customer service and eventually to Brana. She lied several times, offered me $10 credit then rescinded it. I had offered the $10 + a $5 credit for the less than $2 ‘sold out’ tile, which wasn’t, she refused. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional deception by customer service and Temu computer as shown. I deleted $8000 from cart and moved to AliExpress and Amazon over a misrepresented $23 tile for $2 that I couldn’t purchase for $15, laughable. I have refrained from posting this dispute to the 20+ design groups and social media platforms that I belong to until I no longer feel that I was deceived and treated unprofessionally. Brana at customer service is not the best option for dealing with men in the design and construction industry.
Desired outcome: The falsely advertised price of the tile that was marked sold out but not. A more professional customer service manager that is intelligent enough not to lose a customer who offered $15 for an advertised $2 tile that was originally $23.
