The HDTV Spot My business partner recommended The HDTV Spot to me when I was building my new studio

My business partner recommended The HDTV Spot to me when I was building my new studio. I needed 27 tvs for the new location and they had it delivered within a week. Prices were far better than anything from Best Buy or Costco. The owner is a great guy that works with your needs and budget. I'll be ordering a few more tvs for my house soon.

The HDTV Spot I've driven by this store a million times and never bothered stopping by

I've driven by this store a million times and never bothered stopping by. I wish I had! These guys have the best deals on all sorts of tvs. They had small 24 inchers for my RV and even 100 inch mega screens for my house! The guys who work here are really cool and easy to work with. I'm really glad a business like this is in my neighborhood. Now I recommend everybody to get their tvs here.

The HDTV Spot We were shopping online for a TV and found these guys had the best deals

We were shopping online for a TV and found these guys had the best deals. Based on the ComplaintsBoard.com accreditation, we trusted the business and placed the order. A week later, we make a delivery appointment with their freight carrier and the TV was delivered at my home. It was a very pleasant and straightforward transaction. I will be coming back for more tvs in the future and definitely recommend them.

The HDTV Spot Our family and friends have been purchasing TVs from The HDTV Spot for about 10 years now

Our family and friends have been purchasing TVs from The HDTV Spot for about 10 years now. The owner and employees have treated us extremely well and have continued to help us with anything we need. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for TVs and recommend them to everybody I know. We are writing this review because this business would never do anything like send a broken TV to a customer like in the other review.

The HDTV Spot Terrible, they will send you a broken, cracked TV, don't do it like I did

Terrible, they will send you a broken, cracked TV, don't do it like I did. I purchased a TV from them and I received it, with several cracks, I contacted them several times and they told me they wouldn't refund me my money or give me a new TV. I paid $550.00 fir the TV and only thing I have is a TV with several cracks, I hope the next person reads my review, before they make a $550.00 mistake and order from this company. Please I'm begging you, don't make the same mistake I made.

The HDTV Spot I found The HDTV Spot through an online advertisement for a Sony television

I found The HDTV Spot through an online advertisement for a Sony television. Being a little older, I am not very good at online ordering so I decided to call the store instead. Unlike other online businesses, I left a message and got a call back the same day. I was not sure which model to buy so the associate explained to me the difference in each one. He was also kind enough to place an order for me over the phone and have it delivered to me the following week. It was a very pleasant experience so I wanted to share.

The HDTV Spot The workers at this store were so kind and patient

The workers at this store were so kind and patient. They helped me get financing on a beautiful 50 inch television for a price much lower than I saw at other stores. As an elderly woman, I find it very overwhelming to shop for a television at a big store. I appreciate the gentlemen who work here that treated me so kindly. The delivery driver was also very nice. He kindly brought it into my living room and hooked everything up so I didn't miss my shows. I just wanted to leave this review because businesses like this are rare nowadays.

The HDTV Spot I am an Airbnb host with a few locations and every single one has TVs from The HDTV Spot

I am an Airbnb host with a few locations and every single one has TVs from The HDTV Spot. I pick up 5-10 TVs at a time and they always take care of me with great prices and service. The staff is really knowledgable so they always recommend me the best TVs for my specific application. Whenever I need TVs I give them a call and they get what I need every time. I'd much rather support this small business that cares about their customers than going to a big box store. I'd highly recommend purchasing through them for larger wholesale orders.

The HDTV Spot Our business does installations for large businesses and event spaces

Our business does installations for large businesses and event spaces. Even through regular retail and distribution channels, we have a hard time getting a reliable supply of TVs to fulfill our contracts. The HDTV Spot has been a great resource for us especially this past year. Many other TV stores are gouging their customers due to the chip shortage, but they have been maintaining their low prices like they always had. As many businesses are shifting towards a more visual centric interface, we expect to get busier and will be depending on the HDTV Spot more and more.

The HDTV Spot These guys are the best TV wholesalers in the industry

These guys are the best TV wholesalers in the industry. I am in charge of purchasing for several restaurant and bar locations across the country. A quick phone call and email are all it takes to get one location fully equipped with TVs. They deliver locally in the Southwest region of the country or they offer freight shipping to other areas. I've dealt with many electronics retailers and suppliers in the past. They have all given me headaches and used deceptive practices. The HDTV Spot has always been open and honest with communication. If there's any issues, the resolve them for me very quickly. If you have a business that needs TVs, these guys are highly recommended.

The HDTV Spot After our kids broke our brand new 85-inch Sony TV, we were devastated and didn't think we could afford another one to replace it

After our kids broke our brand new 85-inch Sony TV, we were devastated and didn't think we could afford another one to replace it. It was literally the most we spent on a TV and thought we would never be able to get another one. We responded to an online product listing from The HDTV Spot and gave them a call explaining our situation. I could not believe the response I got from the business. They were super empathetic and went way beyond what I expected on a 85-inch Sony they had in stock. They also waived delivery fees and had it set up in my living room the next day. Every employee we dealt with were kind and extremely helpful. I couldn't recommend a business like this more highly.

The HDTV Spot I found these guys while doing online research for TVs

I found these guys while doing online research for TVs. I was skeptical of their low prices, so I gave them a call. It turns out it's a small business run by a small team in an industrial warehouse. I placed an order online and scheduled an in-store pickup. Their showroom is a small will call area for order pickups. They have 20-30 TVs on display and will show you the exact TV you will be getting before boxing it up for you. I could tell these guys get busy and work long hours for their customers. I've read other reviews online complaining that they aren't super fast. These guys are your traditional small business. I don't think they can be super fast like Amazon can! Be patient and understanding, because they really care about what they do.

The HDTV Spot On March 10th I ordered an 85" sony from the in the amount of $***

On March 10th I ordered an 85" sony from the in the amount of $***. It did not arrive until the 1st of April, I noticed that the box was very beat up but didn't think much about it because these are usually packed very well. On April 9th when I returned from vacation I open the box and saw that the screen was cracked and that the side of the TV was scratched badly. I called immediately an notified them through voicemail that it was damaged during shipping. A rep called me back within 10 minutes and apologized and said that they would file a claim with the shipper and get a replacement shipped out Monday the 12th. After several unanswered emails and calls I finally got an email on the 14th asking for more pictures again, which I sent. Then they replied again saying they will ship out a unit on Monday the 19th. On the 19th I got an email saying they will not replace unit. I call and argued in the end was told for the 4th time they would replace the TV. It is the 24th and no TV

I purchased a brand new TV I purchased a brand new Sony TV I paid over $*** for the TV within 30 days the TV started to experience shadows and problems still under warranty I contacted the merchant he advised me that Sony would need to see the TV and see if they could fix it in the meantime they brought me another TV nothing like the TV I purchased and then the gentleman told me at the HDTV spot that this TV was better and brand new when I turn the TV on it was a used TV with someone else's information and all of the internet spots on the TV I advised him that I wanted my TV order replacement TV he said that Sony was still trying to fix mine I reached out to a coma the finance company that is financing the TV the resolution Department I spoke with the merchant he told me he would reduce the price of this TV that I have currently the used one buy $450 and send a new invoice to the finance company as of today nothing's been done and they still continue to take money out of my account I have a used TV which is bad faith from the merchant all I want is my original money back because this company is a scam I'm an elderly person disabled and they know it and they're just trying to pull one over I need help thank you

I was sold a defective *** TV that was communicated to me as new,no issues ,despite the deception HDTV Spot refuses to refund me my ***. On October 4, I messaged HDTV Spot through the *** app checking the availability on the *** TV listed at ***, labeled condition, "open box never used." The owner, ***, confirmed it was still available. I offered to purchase the TV and 41minutes later he messaged me and said the TV was sold but that he had another "new" TV for *** claiming this one was more expensive because the other TV listed at *** had some big scratches. After negotiating, we agreed on a price of ***.We also spoke over the phone and I specifically asked *** if there was anything wrong with the TV, anything that I should know before I drove one hour to ***. *** assured me that the TV was "new" and that it still had the plastic on the back. He said "it's perfect" sent me pictures. Based on these representations, I drove to the HDTV Spot and purchased the TV, and paid *** with Venmo. After purchasing the TV, *** told me that it came with a 3-month warranty through his store. When I asked him why such a short time, he said, "usually if there is a defect or problem it will surface within 3 months." I took the TV home and installed it. During the second week of using the TV (10/17) the TV's display started malfunctioning. I immediately called and texted *** but received no response. On the evening of October 18, I turned on the TV and a white line and thin black line appeared on the screen and would not go away despite turning the TV on and off. The following day ***'s employee called me and I explained what was happening. He immediately accused me of breaking the TV. This was completely false. I am very cautious with my TV's and had just paid *** in cash. I do not have that kind of money laying around. I asked the employee to let me speak with *** and he said he was out until the following week. The employee also told me that it would be up to *** to repair the TV. So, he gave me the number to call ***. I asked him if *** really repairs their TV's he said they did. I called the number he gave me and when I finally reached a customer service representative, I was told that the TV I bought was already warranted, the serial # showed recycled or scrapped, and that it should not have been sold to me. *** instructed me to return the TV back to The HDTV Spot. Following ***'s instructions, on October 27, I delivered the TV to The HDTV Spot. On that day, *** assisted me to bring the TV inside the store and then asked me to get the power plug from my car. I went to get the power plug, TV stand, and remote control. Upon reentering the store, I observed *** pressing on the screen and then he started to wipe his fingerprint with a rag. He then took a picture and falsely accused me of hitting the TV. Not only was this not true, but there was no sign of physical damage And I would never return something that I broke. He then said, "your kids threw something at it and broke it." I responded that I don't have kids and it's just my wife and myself that use this TV. *** continued to accuse me and I denied his accusations since they were ludicrous. After this exchange, I asked *** "where do we go from here because I didn't break the TV?" *** responded, "I can give you a discount on another TV." He claimed that he would not warranty the TV because *** would not cover physical damage. The TV was not physically damaged. I asked for my money back, or for the TV to be repaired but he refused and continued to blame me. I took the TV back home and then reached out to *** to get more information on the history of the TV. I filed a claim (#***) and was informed that this TV was scrapped by SONY for the exact same panel issues I am having -white line and black line on the screen. *** informed me over the phone that they do not have a separate department or business line to warranty this scrapped TV .
