Think Utility Services, Inc
Think Utility Services, Inc. is a great company. I had a really good experience with Mrs. Virgen. She was super helpful and efficient in solving my problem. I'm really grateful for her assistance.

I've been using ThinkUtility services for a year now
I've been using ThinkUtility services for a year now. I hate it! There's extra fees for everything! Even Autopayment! The worse to me is that I'm stuck with it since it was chosen my my *** I have never so much stress with a company living in the US for 15 years!
I am extremely dissatisfied with Think Utility Services, Inc
I am extremely dissatisfied with Think Utility Services, Inc. They charge a fee for paying the bill, a fee for meter reading, and even a $15.00 fee if you're late. On top of that, they charge a fee just for billing you. The worst part is that they don't charge you based on what you actually use, but instead impose a minimum usage charge. It's clear that they are taking advantage of people and constantly nickel and diming them. It's absolutely disgusting, especially considering the current COVID-19 situation. I am so upset that I will make sure to start a blog about them, which will bring them a lot of negative attention. It honestly makes me sick.
Think Utility Services, Inc
Think Utility Services, Inc. charges a whopping 22% fee just for using a debit card! Can you believe that? On top of that, they want to charge me $2.95 just to fill out a direct debit form to make their billing easier. I mean, seriously? I get the bill on the 17th, and they expect me to pay it by the 30th. But with such expensive charges, I'll have to resort to snail mail. There's no way my check will reach Clearwater, FL by the 30th. They better not even think about charging me a late fee. I'll fight tooth and nail before I pay that. It's such a joke! It feels so wrong and shady. I live in Carmel Indiana, by the way.
This company provides a terrible service
This company provides a terrible service. They charge all sorts of fees at every opportunity. They charge $4 for a "billing fee," even if your actual utility fee is just under $50. They also charge $4 for an online payment "convenience fee." They don't even offer automatic payment, so you have to manually enter your card information every time. It's not convenient at all. Additionally, they are very quick to impose a 10% late payment fee if you forget to pay, which works against their lack of auto payment. I suggest avoiding this company to improve your life.
I'm literally payin' $9 more than what I actually use for water, all 'cause of these dumb "billing fees
I'm literally payin' $9 more than what I actually use for water, all 'cause of these dumb "billing fees." And to make matters worse, they send me the invoice after the due date, tryna squeeze an extra $15 outta me as a penalty. Even if I mail my payment on time, they claim they received it late. And if ya try to pay online, they still make ya pay extra fees for the so-called convenience. The customer service reps ain't no help at all. They just blame ya for everything, no matter what. I just got an invoice today, March 25, and the due date was yesterday. When I called 'em up, they still said it was my fault 'cause they mailed it on the 20th. This is the absolute worst water company in Florida, I swear.
James and the team at Think Utility Services, Inc
James and the team at Think Utility Services, Inc. are part of a group that may not be the best when it comes to managing properties. I receive a water bill every other week, even when I'm out of town for two weeks or in the hospital as a veteran for a month. Surprisingly, my bill even goes up during those times. I have requested a water consumption test, but they have refused to conduct one. It's quite unfortunate that when someone passed away in a bathroom with the water running, the landlord and maintenance staff refused to turn off the water and instead charged me for it. My water bill fluctuates from $40 to $68 a month for just one person, and they can't provide a satisfactory explanation for it. I have sent them pictures of leaks, but they have taken no action. It seems like their meters are not accurate. As a military veteran, I know how to read meters correctly, and it's clear that they are not doing it right. It appears that they have been hired by incompetent management to squeeze more money out of tenants. I have lived here before, and this kind of issue never occurred. Both Think Utility Services, Inc. and Tzadiz need to be thoroughly investigated.
WORST WATER COMPANY!
WORST WATER COMPANY! They charge $3.95 for every bill you pay, and they don't even have automatic payment option. They make all their money when you're late paying your bill. SUCH A CORRUPT COMPANY and SO BEHIND IN TECHNOLOGY. You can't even save a payment method for future use, even though they have a "feature" for it. I've never dealt with anything like this before. I had issues with the water lines a few months ago, and they weren't even willing to come out for free to check when my condo water bill was over $300 a month for 3 months. They said it's my problem, not theirs. I don't usually complain, but this company needs to get it together soon if they want to compete with water companies that have better technology processes. I wish I had a choice to change, but the condo association chose them without asking us. NEVER GO WITH THEM unless you don't care about your tenants and want them to pay extra fees just for water.
Think Utility Services, Inc
Think Utility Services, Inc. is not the best company to deal with when it comes to my apartment. They are not very trustworthy. If you are considering moving into an apartment that uses Think Utilities, I strongly advise you to think twice before making that decision. They are not to be trusted. They told my complex four months ago that they were only estimating the bills because our "meter" was not working properly. The bills during that time were extremely high, by the way. After they claimed to have fixed the issue, the next two bills came in much lower. So, my complex asked them to review the higher bills. But these sneaky individuals found a way to make the newer bills also say "estimate." It's all a bunch of nonsense. As a result, we only received a small credit. It feels like we've been robbed, even though no guns were involved! On top of that, they charge a $4 "BILLING FEE" and also charge for online payments. The only way to avoid a payment fee is to mail a payment to them and hope it arrives on time. Otherwise, you'll be hit with a $15 late fee. Can you believe it? It's a complete joke! Especially since they conveniently send you the bill about a week and a half before the due date! This company is definitely not trustworthy!
I live in Thailand because of covid19 and waiting for the vaccine to go back to Ft
I live in Thailand because of covid19 and waiting for the vaccine to go back to Ft. Myers. I own a condo in Bell Tower Park, Fort Myers, Fl. Think Utility Services has been deducting around 31 dollars a month for water utilities. But on Apr 19 21 they charged me 1,862.21 and on 23 May 21 charged me 345.33. I called and talked to a lady named Virgen and asked why the sudden increase. She said she would send someone to check my water meter and would get back to me in 2 or 3 days. She never did. I paid a plumber 80 dollars to check for leaks. He said there were no leaks and everything seemed normal. He disagreed with the 1,862.21 charge. I got an email from the company rep saying I had a toilet flapper issue or a bad purge valve and the charges were correct. My plumber disagrees. The problem is I'm stuck in Thailand until I can get the vaccine and go back to Ft Myers. I appreciate any help from your organization. I have a condo care person who checks my condo every month and never reported any water leak problems. When I can go back home, I will get legal help with this issue.

Think Utility Services, Inc
Think Utility Services, Inc. is charging late fees during this covid19 period. They don't offer any grace period, even in these tough times. My payment arrived three days after the due date because my bank had to issue a check instead of using electronic methods. I would have paid online, but they impose a service fee of $3.75 for that. It feels like they're just taking money from people who are already struggling. I really hope they can reverse my last $10.00 late fee.
I been getting a bill for services that I asked to stop back in December
I been getting a bill for services that I asked to stop back in December. I asked for my service to stop on January 1st but they never got back to me. Last month, they finally sent me a bill for services that I don't use anymore because I moved from my old address. They said it's because my landlord is still using it, which I think is against the law. Here's the latest bill they say I owe.

This company don't let you have enough time to pay and charges late fees
This company don't let you have enough time to pay and charges late fees. I talked to a customer rep and they said they sent my bill on February 3rd even though they knew I would get it on February 13th. When I try to pay through bill pay, I can't pay by the due date on February 23rd, so I get a late fee every month. This has been happening for a few months and when I asked them about it, they blamed the post office. If they knew it took 10 days for us to get the bill, why didn't they send it earlier? They don't give us enough time to make the payment, which isn't a good business practice unless they want late fees.
I'm writing to complain about THINK UTILITY SERVICES because they keep charging me a late fee even though I pay my bill on time
I'm writing to complain about THINK UTILITY SERVICES because they keep charging me a late fee even though I pay my bill on time. In January 2022, I got hit with a $10.00 penalty for being late on my December bill. My bank sent a check on 12/24 (Check Number ***) for $35.79 to cover the December bill, which was supposed to be paid by 12/26. But for some reason, the check wasn't cashed until 1/4/2022 (I don't know why?). I think that since I paid the bill on time, Think Utility Services shouldn't be allowed to charge me a penalty. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I'm not the only customer complaining about it. The whole Waterford Condominium community is fed up with this. I'm over 70 years old, and I think this is really unfair. The charge is totally unjustified! Please help us resolve this problem.
I'm a resident at Bella Sol community and I've been experiencing some issues with Think Utility Services, Inc
I'm a resident at Bella Sol community and I've been experiencing some issues with Think Utility Services, Inc. Recently, my water usage has skyrocketed from 4900 gallons to a whopping 15000 gallons. I reached out to Jose A. from Think Utility Services to address this problem, but he insisted that I had a leak. However, when I contacted my leasing company and Alliant Management, they both confirmed that there was no leak to be found.
To make matters worse, I've been charged a total of $510.00 on my water bill, and despite promises of a refund, I never received the money back. I even sent a paper from Think Utilities to Alliant, stating that their meter readers were not accurate. Surprisingly, Jose denied having any knowledge of this situation. I've been diligently sending meter picture reads and informing him about my actual water usage, but instead of resolving the issue, he added another 1000 gallons to my usage. This is clearly fraudulent behavior, and I demand a refund for the money they have essentially stolen from me. Additionally, they need to fix their faulty readers as they had promised.
It's high time that this company replaces the individuals who are lying to customers about leaks just to generate extra income. This is nothing short of fraud, and a civil lawsuit should be brought against the company to rectify their false allegations. When I expressed my concerns about the exorbitant $300.00 bill, one of the bill collectors even had the audacity to claim that it was her average water bill. Another one mentioned that I was being charged commercial rates due to fire sprinklers in the units, which is absurd because I haven't seen any sprinklers. All I see is a fire extinguisher outside. This issue needs to be resolved promptly!
I got a really expensive bill saying I used over 30,000 gallons
I got a really expensive bill saying I used over 30,000 gallons. I called their customer service and one of their associates (Virgen R.) was really rude. They immediately said I had a leak in my house without even checking. (30k gallons is more than an average pool, so where did it all go? I live on the second floor and my neighbor's condo isn't flooded, and I already checked the toilet). Then I looked closely at their meter and noticed it was running way too fast, but they say their system says it's fine. When I asked them to come check their own equipment, they tried to charge me over $250. I contacted the customer service supervisor (Dina L.) who was CC'd in all the emails, and she claims she doesn't even know about the issues and just repeats exactly what her associate said in an email, calling me a liar again. I called a professional plumbing company and they confirmed that I don't have any leaks, and after doing a consumption test, they also confirmed that there's something wrong with the meter. I contacted Think Services again and now they want to charge me over $380 to come and replace their own equipment. This is after I already spent $150 on a plumber to confirm that everything is fine on my end.
