Crispy Chicken Craveable sandwich
I visited Tim Horton's drive thru at 952 Fennell Avenue East, in Hamilton On, approximately 1:45 pm Saturday 21/06/26. I ordered two of the Crispy Chicken Craveable sandwiches, two donuts ( at least I tried to, but was told they had NO donuts), they only had two types of Timbits, so I asked for a pack of ten and a medium Ice Cap. When I got home I went to eat one sandwich and noticed the lettuce looked bad. Upon checking the second sandwich I noticed the same thing, see photo's. It does not speak well of a donut shop when halfway thru the day they have no donuts and a poor choice of Tim bits, not to mention bad produce. Not impressed at all. My e mail is linda.acct.[protected]@gmail.com
Desired outcome: I would like to have a response.
Service
Me and my children joined the queue on 26/6/2022 at 10.20 and on three separate occasions as people in front were talking about it and once while I was in the shop myself the checkout man disappeared saying the drive through was really busy and that he couldn't server anyone any more until the back log of orders were complete, and then when I got to the checkout at 11.03 he tried to charge me full price for the breakfast menu which then I ask how can that be? surely you would be able to honour it as you left the tills three times eventually he "let us" have it on this occasion. I just find the service is absolutely disgusting your busies time is before 11am but yet only have one person serving, you sell a breakfast menu but it's hard to get the breakfast for the special price before 11am, tables aren't being clean after uses either!

Front till (chain lake, Halifax location)
On two sequential visits to this location (chain lake drive, Halifax) we were ignored for >10 minutes while standing at the front till. Customers were being served through the drive through window but we were ignored entirely. The first time I had to call loudly to be helped. The second time we left without service. Whether the location is understaffed or the staff just don't acknowledge customers inside the store is not clear. Either way, the staff need to at least acknowledge the presence of customers in the store and state that they will be served when the staff are available. Better yet, there needs to be someone free to serve in store customers. If this isn't possible, you may as well close the front door. I'll be avoiding this location.
Front desk service
I visited Tim Horton Harlow UK today and was told they were too busy to complete my order! Then I was given the burger without what I had asked for and then was completely ignored when going back to get takeaway donuts for the family. I left without because I couldn't wait any longer to be served!
This is not what I expected from my first visit.
Not impressed.
Desired outcome: An answer to why service today was so bad 25.06. 21
dining room
the dining area at Tim Hortons in Miamisburg ohio is too cold. I consistently measure 60 degrees. Management say it's for the workers safety because of the slick floors. I think they want to be comfy themselves. We all like to meet there before we begin our day but it's WAY TOO COLD. Iknow, How about free Parkas.
Chicken stack meal
Hello Sir/Madam
I am writing to inform you about a serious issue with the quality of food being offered by Tim Hortons. I purchased 2 meals i.e. chicken stack meal and meat less chicken meal. Even after informing the colleague at the counter about soggy and poor quality product, I was ensured that this time the product will hot and completely fresh as any customer would expect. But, not only I had received a poor potato wedges I am also facing severe stomach cramps and pain after consuming the burger. I have now called my GP to seek medical help.
Rest assured I will file a police case against Tim Hortons Milton Keynes UK as there is a serious quality concern and I need a concrete action on this.
Yours sincerely

Ice Capp
On Friday June 18, 2021 about 5:05 PM
Purchased 2 large Ice Capps using a card. I couldn't believe what I was given and told the employee they were the smallest Ice Capps I've ever been handed, he didn't say a word. He should have been embarrassed to hand me those. I was in a hurry to get out of town for a 45 minute drive and had 48 minutes. Had i not paid first I would have left them there. I will never go back to that particular Tim Hortons again. I live 2 minutes away and wil go out of my way to go to a Tim Hortons in my town
First ever small large Ice Capps. The pictures below are not a joke nor have they been drank from.
Desired outcome: None
service
I realize that most of your employees are teenage girls. But please remind them, especially the girls at Michal Garron Hospital on Coxwell Ave in Toronto, that they are their to do a job and NOT socialize. When I place an order, it is written out, Pay attention . Yesterday I ordered a medium black and a large 2 milk and shot of caramel. They were so busy talking what I got was large 1 milk medium a shot of caramel
Desired outcome: send them a reminder to smarten up
Coffee
I stopped by Tim Horton's in Gravenhurst last evening for a quick sandwich & coffee. While waiting for my food I had to ask the server to wipe down the counter. It was so dirty that I didn't want my food to touch it. She wiped it down with a soaking wet cloth & left the counter dripping with water. ( Mind you it was so poorly wiped that an ice cube was still in the middle of the counter). She then said they let surfaces air dry. That would take 1/2 hour! The floors were dirty, plastic lids strewn about.
I took a small sip of the coffee and on contact burnt off the middle of my top lip. This didn't just blister it caused the skin to fall right off.
Omg …. I like my coffee hot but do you have to serve it that hot?
Desired outcome: Change the temperature of your coffee & clean up your store.
tim hortons gift card
went through tim hortons drive threw.went to pay for my order which was $8.23 which i was going to use a gift card for $10.00 that had never been used.was informed there was only .25 cents on it.ended up paying for it from my debit card.there is really no excuse for this as it was never used.it was a gift to me from a friend and now it looks like i am out 10 dollars.also in the winter my tim hortons point card was rejected saying my card did not exist there should have been enough points for approximately 4 free coffees.prior to that it worked fine and there was no scanning issues.therefore ive decided your points system is just a farce and i dont see me buying any gift cards in the future.no longer a loyal customer
Desired outcome: reimbursed for gift card and tim reward points reinstated for 4 free coffee.p.s.i thew the rewards card in the garbage and have not got one since

Bonjour
Drive through
On Saturday 5 June 2021 at approximately 7pm, I went through the drive through of the 425 Caradoc St S, Strathroy, Ontario location with my daughter. The app offered 2 farmers wraps for $5, so I ordered that, and a Bacon Breakfast sandwich for my daughter which the app also offered for $1.99 At the speaker, the cashier only added the breakfast sandwich and...

I ordered food from west seneca ny orchard park rd and potters and the lady that took my order today 6/9/21 was very rude and disrespectful to me so much as to the point of intentionally messing my order up by charging me for items I did not receive and giving me the wrong food on top of it I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. If someone does not want to do their job they should not be there in my opinion

Tim Hortons Chicken & Rice, Ready to serve soup
My 540 ml can of Tim Hortons Chicken and Rice ready to serve soup (bar code [protected]) didn't have any rice in it. I purchased it at the Real Canadian Super store, Oakridge Mall in May 2021 in London, Ontario. Oxford Street West. The past times I bought this product there was rice in it and I loved it. This time it was not very good without the rice. I would like to buy it again.
Desired outcome: Fix it up. Real Canadian Super store, Oakridge Mall. London Ontario.
Quality of product
My husband and I have visited this tim hortons several times as I believe in shopping local. It hard to keep shopping there as the quality is getting worse. I purchased a 6 pack of donuts and once again they were terrible. I ordered old fashioned sour dough and the we hard and dry. The boston cream had next to no cream in them. I opened one up to see and took a picture. I was shocked that this is still happening. I go through the drive through and can't see what they look like. This is so disappointing 😞
Garbage around the store, all over the place - Renforth & Eringate, Etobicoke
We went for a walk around the area and it wasn't a pleasant one! There was garbage from containers, plastics, paper, bins overflowing with garbage, everywhere in the vicinity of this establishment. It is Sunday evening and it's probably been sitting there since last night, Sat evening. This is not what the rest of the neighborhood is like. It is clean with hardly any litter, everywhere except around Tim Hortons. And we are seeing more of this since the summer started. Garbage bins are overflowing and it's obvious that are not emptied frequently. This is not the first time, it has been like this for years and we kept hoping that things will improve but no luck! This time, it was just too much and we felt like we need to report it since the owner is obviously not aware of the impact on the community.
I was walking with a friend (from another part of Toronto) the other night and felt truly ashamed for what our neighborhood was like around Tim Hortons establishment!
Desired outcome: Please keep the area around your store clean!!!!!!!

Hello,
I would like to complain about the lack of bacon in your BLT. When you bite into the sandwich our comments are where's the bacon. You really need to add more bacon.
Thank you

Ps we do a lot of driving between Victoria and Calgary and usually stop at Tim's.
We enjoy your soups and donuts . Sometimes the wait for your order in some Tim's is too long
