Service and lettuce
Sat down to eat my ham and cheese sandwich and opened my sandwich and the lettuce was all spotted terribly. It was like mold all over it. I went over and showed her and she says well all the lettuce is like that! Well I said you shouldn't even serve that! And she didn't really say much just said ok she didn't care obviously! I was very very disappointed. Do you want someone like that working for you. I would've fired her on the spot. My husband also has had hot chocolate that was barely hot chocolate. And that's has really turned us off of tim hortons. You alsostopped serving egg bites. And they were awesome. What's going on with you guys! Who wants a disease on top of this pandemic?
Desired outcome: To acknowledge and deal with this
App on phone
When using the app to get "offers" they are not always automatic. And the employee is not checking to make sure it worked. Even after being told while ordering that I had a coupon and again upon window... they still don't check?
I am charged over 2$ more then I should be.
And of course no receipts at Tim hortons EVER.
There was three occasions at different Tim Horton locations that I have been charged for an entire breakfast sandwich we other than the 1.99$
Desired outcome: Some sort of refund would be great
Donuts
I purchased a steeped tea and two blueberry glazed donuts. One for myself and one for my friend. We drove home with our tea and donuts. Upon getting home I pulled one donut out of the bag and proceeded to eat it. Then I took second donut out to give to her and it looked like someone took a bite out of the donut. We were both in shock and disgust as I had...

Hello, this morning I visited the West Saanich Rd location and bought a 20-pack of TimBits for my coworkers and I requested that they be all chocolate. When I opened the box once I got to work, I noticed that there were no chocolate TimBits at all. I saw on the cash register display that the word "chocolate" was typed in and there were plenty of chocolate...
Read full review of Tim HortonsLatte Medium
I was disappointed today to see my medium coffee latte only 2/3 of the cup full. It is usually a full cup of espresso coffee and 2% milk. I order this coffee every day and this is the first time it has ever happened. I did not notice until I drove away and did not snap a photo as I was driving.
Hoping for better results next time.
My app disappears when I close it and I have to download it from the App Store each time I use it. Why is that?
Thanks
Janice
Desired outcome: Coupon for next coffee
Coffee was full of grounds.
I would like to complain about the medium coffee today. About a third of the drinking the coffee something went down my throat and I gagged. It turned out there was lots of loose grounds in the coffee. My mouth was full of grounds and had to spit them out. I had to drink 2 cups of water to get my mouth clean. Staff should be more careful. I would like a full refund. Thank-You, Jim Damsma [protected]@yahoo.ca

I had pre-ordered and pre-paid for a package of K-cups from my local Tim Hortons as well as a few other items. Not only did they not inform me on the app that they did not sell K-cups they also could not give me a refund for them and the chili they were also out of. So in the end I paid over 20$ for a large coffee and some potato wedges and was told there was nothing they could do for me!
Desired outcome: Re-imbursement and/or a better offer for my patience
Service and quality of items
I understand Tim Hortons is short on help because no matter where you work it is that way. That being said, that does not excuse the lack of politeness and no lack of rudeness I receive when I go to the Tim Hortons in Chesterfield, MI They are almost out of every item that I order. I have to repeat my order multiple times and they still get it wrong. I am...

Are you ever going to make potato soup again it was one of the best. Are you ever going to make tea biscuits or raisin tea biscuits. We have been getting a lot of coffee grounds in are coffee lately. Half the time you wait in the drive thru for a long time just to be told it is out of stock. Sometimes your second choice is out to. your menu has changed but not for the best. It would nice to see some of the menu items come back.
Desired outcome: answer
Service in General
Your location at the En Route east AND westbound 401 at Woodstock are a total JOKE!
LONG lines with staff yapping among themselves while totally ignoring the line on the westbound side is a complete slap in the face to customers waiting to make a purchase.
On the eastbound side, a totally different problem. Grossly understaffed and slow as molasses. 1 staff member visible on the counter and she was SWAMPED!
Again, managers on the floor simply watch the lines grow and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help, then they DISAPPEAR!
It's sad to see a once proud Canadian institution run into the ground by franchisees that DON'T GIVE A DAMN for anything but TAKING YOUR MONEY!
Desired outcome: Process Improvement
Farmers wrap had mouse droppings at bottom of package.
ordered 2 farmers wrap in Burnaby BC,
We noticed what looked like droppings from
Mice, result of the grills not being cleaned over night. We returned to the location, and asked if we could see there grill, they refused. Tim's refunded our farmers wrap,
To this day we would never order another one. Absolutely disgusting.
Stay away from this location, and always check the bottom of the packaging to see if
Desired outcome: Not satisfied
Unsatisfied with bagels almost every time from this location.
I went to a drive thru location today at 1:39 - got my order by 2:05 - which was an everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and lg dbl dbl coffee. When I opened up my order I was so disappointment yet again!! Most times when going to this location the bagels are not toasted they are warmed! And then if you ask for butter or cream cheese you get...

The dufferin store is a joke they cant make coffee I went in to get a caramel cappuccino, they tried to say I ordered an ice cappuccino when the order clearly states hot, then they gave me a cup of warm milk no coffee and caramel syrup what is going on please train your staff.
Desired outcome: Refund
Service
Lately at the new Minas, Nova Scotia Tim hortons drive thru it has been anywhere from 20 to 35min wait to get through to order and get your product. Customer service could also use some work on this shift, employees aren't very friendly acting!also when I arrived at the window they had the wrong order waiting for me aswell, my brother was ahead of me in the drive thru and had paid for my order but I was charged anyway.
Desired outcome: Extra training to improve and/discipline of nessesary
Bagel belt
I received a bagel BELT on April 30th 2021. While eating it I noticed a strange taste and texture and spat out the piece of the sandwich I was eating. Upon further investigation there appeared to be a piece of plastic in the sandwich. It appeared to be a piece of plastic from the corner of a sauce packet or something that was cut off and ended up in the sandwich.

I wish you would have straws that don't break down and split before your drink is done! If you're going to go green and only have cardboard straws, please make them worthwhile. Certainly don't work for ice caps.
Tim card
My issue has gone unresolved since mid-February and it's now the end of April. Somehow, while trying to register my physical Tim Card, I ended up with an electronic/APP card. Instead of registering my existing card my balance was transferred to the APP which is totally useless since I don't have a smartphone.
I sent Customer Service (which appears to be staffed by people incapable of understanding the issue, let alone responding in any helpful way). I explained what had happened, gave them both the number of the APP card and my physical card, and asked them to transfer the APP balance since there appeared to be no way for me to do this through their website.
Over two months later and after multiple emails requesting a resolution all that happens are stupid responses such as: "We're sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Tim REWARDS (!) card." It's not my $&%*^ Rewards card if you'd bother ACTUALLY reading my email; "Your matter has been referred to our IT dept." That was THREE WEEKS ago and two subsequent requests for information on what's happening have gone unanswered.
How bloody hard can it be to transfer $8.04 from one card to another?
Desired outcome: Resolve my issue
Selling coffee to anti mask and vaccine group
Today in regina there was a anti mask and vaccine group that was holding a protest in victoria park only a long block from the cornwall centre. After the rally the protesters showed up at the cornwall centre to rally there. Well they were escorted out of the mall by city police and cornwall centre security. But not before they bought coffee from tim...
Read full review of Tim HortonsNot being able to get iced tea with your points
It is absolutely ridiculous that I can't use my banked points to get iced tea. You are able to get any other product with your points. It's not fair that you can get cold brew, iced lattes, donuts, muffins, cookies, hot tea, coffee, but your NOT able to get iced tea. This needs to change. I feel as though people who don't drink coffee are punished.
Desired outcome: Being able to get iced tea
