All I wanted was a XLarge Dark Roast, 2 cream and a tiny bit of hot chocolate. (The hot chocolate replaces the sugar and takes the edge off old coffee - please don't tell me that all Tim's coffees are brewed fresh - that's not true).
The issue became the hot chocolate, they wanted to give me an XLarge Hot Chocolate, so I had to cancel that and start over. Then they wanted to charge me for the hot chocolate because i wanted - I'm not sure what she said. I had to cancel it and repeat the order. So I did and she wanted to charge me for the hot chocolate, and at this point I did not care because I had my free one. She refused to use the free, said that this purchase didn't qualify.
So I looked up the Key Rules/Restrictions of the Tims Reward program (https://www.timhortons.com/timsrewards/faq/) and clearly coffee qualifies! Even coffee with a tiny bit of hot chocolate!
I have had this issue before at this Tim's, swore I'd never go back but my school has an evening parent thing and it is raining so I did not go to the one on Main Street where I have never had this issue (it does not have a drive through).
This Tims is the slowest most frustrating store in Winnipeg.

the new coffee lids
I DO NOT like the new coffee lids that are being used...they tried this a while ago and went back to the original ones. But..now these awful lids are back again...I have yet to talk to anyone who likes them! They drip upon opening and closing (and sometimes don't close properly)..I wonder why you would go with such an awful product when your old lids were perfectly okay? I don't enjoy drinking out of them and can taste the plastic on the lid. Would appreciate your comments..I tried phoning your 1 888 no but the person to whom I was speaking had a hard time understanding me..as did I understanding her. All she seemed to do was type something...I could hear her doing this. Pls reply..thank you!
kids meal

I ordered a kids meal with apples and a chocolate milk. There was no chocolate milk in the box and worst part is the apples best before date is January 10 2019, and the gummies best before is October 1 2019, the apples are slimy and brown and the gummies are rock hard making them a choking hazard, this is absolutely unacceptable as we are in the end of September 2019. I payed for a meal and the only thing good was the melt. I am totally disgusted with this to the point that I never want to get anything from Tim's again and want to go to the media. Horrible horrible horrible
new coffee lids
With all the money your corporation has can you not come up with a better coffee lid.
These new coffee lids constantly drip n are not designed properly. They drip when you take a drink and they drip when you pull the cup away from ur mouth. The old lids are better.
Come on tim horton's, put more effort into a proper design. Mu wife had to change her shirt twice all ready and we all hate the lid.

I am regular customer of Tim Horton but this is 5th incident where i asked mocha latte and they charged mocha latte but gave coffee latte it is expensive 3.49 +plus tax but they did not give what actually product itself. I live in bobcaygeon Ontario and work in fenelon falls. I have recently purchased the 2 for 5 breakfast sandwich deal at both locations. When they ring it in the two for 5 comes up then an extra charge of .60 and to says sausage on the screen. Which ends up bringing the total well over 6 dollars. When I asked about it they say it's just the way the computer rings it in. So what I want to know is your ad false advertising or is it these two locations tipping everyone off.

The Bagel I was given had no lettuce and no bacon. Just a haphazardly put together, which fell apart as soon as I opened it. I couldn't walk back from office and throw that at the restaurant. This is not the first time. The other one in Bow Building on 6 Avenue does same thing with no care into packaging, cheese stuck to wrapping and sandwich falling apart in the paper wrapper. I was very excited to see that Tim Hortons had expanded their hot beverage to include a choice of soy milk instead of dairy. I stopped going to Tim Hortons because I developed a sensitivity to dairy, so this would give me the ability to have my favourite drink again.
HOWEVER, I have yet to find a location that ACTUALLY carries soy milk, despite the fact that every location had "try our soy milk" written on their hot beverage menu. This is very disappointing and I feel like it is false advertising.

I received very poor and uncomfortable/ unprofessional service . This is not the first time at this location. My order was wrong, and I got yelled at aaa costumer by the staff . Everytime I ask for a toasted bagel I recieved it ice cold, so I started asking for double toasted bagel and when I get it it's still like it never went through the toasted it's white. This is Soo frustrating, and all because they want their timings to be fast. Stop being Soo lazy and toast the bagels. Also the Pre toasting some of the stores do so they "look toasted" is also brutal! Put some pride in your job and if you wouldn't eat it don't serve it/make it the way you'd eat it. I know it's an easy job, back in the day I crushed it working there! Just take that extra minute to give better service! Photo attached from my bagel I ordered double toasted but it's not at all.

This location is by far the worst Tim's I have been too. On MULTIPLE occasions, they are slow, rude, severely lack customer service skills, and do not listen to the orders properly at the drive thru. When you pull up to the window there is 4 workers standing around talking while I wait for another 2 minutes for a Large Dbl Dbl. Which 1/2 of the time is made wrong. There is no manners or politeness used on multiple occasions, no thanks you's, no please, no welcome to tim's nothing. Most of the time all you get is "2 dollars" not even a "That will be 2 dollars"
The drive through is supposed to be about convenience and for those in a hurry, but this location seems to view it as the complete opposite. I have waited with only 3 cars ahead of me for 10 mins in this drive through. If there was another convenient location with a drive through I wouldn't hesitate to go to there instead.
Please either reassess who works the drive thru at this location.

I tried to order an iced decaf coffee and was told that you do not have iced decaf coffee. What am I missing here? You have decaf coffee and you have ice. What don't I understand???

There is an amazing guy named Dale at this location. Super happy remebers peoples orders very fast and great to see every morning.he is the reason I choose this location. But I notice most if not all the workers pick on him amd bully him. Its an outrage to see. Why isnt management doing anything to stop it? Well because the one manager goes in on it. And they all yell at him while he is doing his job. "Hey Dale can you fill the creamer" yep on it he reply's. To which the continue to harass him about doing this. And you can see this poor man getting upset. Please do something about it. Dale is a genuine person and a you.
