Dirty Store all the time / Filthy Store Aug 07, 2019 Th Store is always disgustingly dirty. The floor is so filthy even between the two counters at the front. No one seems to care about cleanliness in this store. We see the same dirt every day in there. I am going to report this to the City Health Inspector. The outside is the same with filth. Needs an extreme power washing . I have never seen such a filthy Tim Hortons.

I purchased an Ice Capp this afternoon at the Tim Hortons located in the WalMart Supercentre located at 6140 Henri Bourassa East. I only tasted the Ice Cap as I was on the Highway and the Ice Cap was bad. It tasted sour, Like the cream had gone bad. I order Ice Capp's all the time and this was definitely off. I could not drink it. It had a bad taste to it.

We visited this Timhortons on August 7, 2019 around 3:30 pm.we just asked the supervisor "Feven"to please use clean knife for our bagels because my daughter is alergic, she was so angry doesn't know customer services at all, super rude.she was just like throwing everything on us.bagel wrap was dripping with butter, I don't understand how can she be a supervisor. The boy at front desk was way better than her.
unethical behavior, quality of service & level of restaurant cleanliness
Was at the location with my family (wife and grandchild) on 3 August, 2019. Ordered breakfast for eat-in. Restaurant cleanliness was well below average. Majority of the tables were dirty. There were food particles on the window sills and the tables and chairs were scattered around (not organized). Had hard time looking for a clean table to sit at and enjoy...

This is probably the single worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Every time I went there was an extraordinarily long line, I was lucky to be in and out of there with my item within 30 minutes. When I did go they were frequently out of items, and not obscure items really specific items like coffee and donuts and ice capps. The employees seem to wander...
Read full review of Tim Hortonsbeing treated differently by a racist staff
Hi, I came to the Tim Hortons to buy breakfast almost everyday in the north campus of University of Alberta (the Tim at CAB, Central Academic Building). But many times the girl (who is a muslim, black girl) there always treated my very rude. Today, I was waiting for my food with a white guy. She treated me and the white guy very differently. I was super disappointed.
general service
Hello,
I'm from Edmonton Alberta and I have noticed Tim hortons is slipping in general I loved your product and so does my family but is it becoming increasingly frustrated trying to order anything. Doesn't matter which store we go to in the city, we will likely have something go wrong. Very disappointing when we were so looking forward to the Tim hortons treat. Lately I have ordered extra cheese, paid for it and not gotten it ( that happens lots) we have had chocolate in the jolly rancher drinks the kids ordered. And nothing worse then ordering a chocolate creamy chill that is handed to you looking like mostly water. The machine must be on the fritz. That would have been good to know before I paid I think. I think It would be good for you to send out a regional email reminding managers to up hold general standards. I hope to see an improvement in the quality of service in months to come.

Several friends and I went to Tim Hortons in Cobourg. I bought plant based omelette and bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. I ate the omelette in Tims and took the sandwich with me and we went to the Sandbanks Beach. When I opened the Tims bag later on the beach, I found the bacon, egg & cheese sandwich was overcooked to dark. Since we were on the beach, I...

On August 6th at 9:20 am, I visited the Tim Horton's in St. Anthony NL. I requested oatmeal and was informed there was none left. No smile, no sympathy, no nothing from the server. It's like she hated her job. I was understanding as there was a bus tour in town which was responsible for their own breakfast so I understood.
This morning, I went to the same Tim Horton's at 7:55 am and was told the oatmeal was being prepared. I asked how long before it would be ready and was told with no empathy that it was just put on and would be a while. No breakfast food at 8:00 am! Once again, I had the same server and once again, there was no smile, no nothing.
I've been in the customer service industry for over 45 years and the customer service at this establishment leaves much to be desired. I also can't comprehend how the outlet would not have breakfast items when it is breakfast time.
tim horton k cup
Good Morning,
I'm an avid Tim Hortons K Cup user; however the last package of 30 I purchased has caused nothing but a mess and hassle. Each morning the K Cup would ‘explode causing the coffee grounds to enter my coffee. After this happening 4 times yesterday morning a purchased a different brand of k cups to ensure it wasn't my machine; this morning with the new brand it made a lovely cup of coffee, so I decided I would try the Tim Hortons once again - and it once again exploded. Do you have any recommendations as I enjoy the flavor but will switch brands if this is going to an on going issue.
Thank You
Lindsey Watson
employee conduct and professionalism
I went to the Tim Hortons inside Rocky Mountain Plaza today (August 6, 2019) at lunchtime. I ordered a chicken sandwich. Someone in line before me had ordered the same and must have accidentally picked up a second. When she returned the sandwich back (presumably after opening it up and realizing it wasn't what she had ordered), two employees looked at each other, laughed and proceeded to give that sandwich to me. Seeing this sequence of events unfold, I asked for a new sandwich. The two women employees said it was new. I told them I saw what had happened and again stated that I would prefer a new sandwich. They turned around and came back with another sandwich within 2 seconds, and I could only hope that it was a new one, though 2 seconds doesn't seem long enough to actually re pack another sandwich. I did not want to make a scene at a Tim Hortons during the lunch hour since it's obviously a busy time, but for employees to think it's funny to provide a customer with a returned food product is absolutely horrendous and disrespectful. I have eaten at high end restaurants where I've been told that even if a dish is returned untouched, they are not allowed to re-serve it for hygienic reasons, and here I had two employees laugh and try to re-serve me someones returned 1.99 sandwich. I think Tim Hortons really needs to re-train staff on professionalism, customer service AND food hygiene practices. It's unacceptable to be treated this way by such an establishment. Appalling!
workers not paying attention to the customers...
I was in earlier today and order my usual ice coffee when I visit the tim hortons knowing how much change i am supposed to get back. As I order and get to the window I pay with a $20 bill knowing I'll get 17 in change she hands me 15 as I watched her put the rest of my change in her tip cup.. knowing I never agreed to give a tip.. this should be something the manager should be watching because I am sure I wasn't the only one that that happened to today.
coffee
I'm tired of buying burnt coffee down there. There's only been two times over the last month and a half it was good. Tired of wasting my money. Something needs to be done. We go to Pictou all the time and I always look forward to a Timmy's coffee for the drive home. I go through the drive thru, put my coffee in the cup holder and head for the rotary for home (a 30-min drive). It's very frustrating when it's burnt and I don't want to waste my time turning around and going back. I hope this gets handled appropriately.
rewards
I have been purchasing coffee, smoothies, bacon and sausage wraps almost everyday. Yet my rewards card says i only have 3 rewards. I haven't received a free item in over 10-11 purchases. Are the tellers pocketing my money by charging me then taking the cash on my free items? I'm very disappointed. I purchase coffee almost everyday! Haven't been buying much lately.
friday and saturdays closed at 9:30pm drive thru included
Why is it that this Tim Horton's has been closing it's Doors at 9:30pm on Friday and Saturday Nights. Busiest nights of the week and this Franchisee closes it down including the Drive Thru. I have made numerous complaints about this Restaurant but they still get away with it. I was curious when I viewed the website of becoming a Franchisee, it states in the...
Read full review of Tim Hortonsrewards card / program
A few weeks ago, a Tim Horton's employee convinced me to take their rewards program card, saying that I would get a free muffin / coffee / donut after seven purchases. I do not drink coffee - always coming in for an iced cappuccino.
Apparently, the iced cappuccino, despite being $4, does not qualify for the rewards program, even though some of the employees have been taking my card and scanning it. I was not aware of this limitation.
Then, after I'd gotten seven purchases, I decided to redeem the card (still not knowing that iced cappuccinos do not qualify), and was told that I couldn't redeem the card. When I told the lady that I only bought iced cappuccinos, she zeroed out the card, saying that they were in error.
This was not the same store I usually bought my drinks, and I definitely won't be going back there, even if what they said is true. I'm debating whether it's even worth it to continue getting iced cappuccinos at Tim Horton's or try somebody else's cold drinks instead.
service
************IMPORTANT***********************
This morning I used the app to order a coffee and it directed mo to this Toronto location. I completed my order as usual however upon arrival for pick up the store was closed for renovations!
Why did it take my money if it was closed?
This is theft!
I'm not pleased as this disrupted my morning!

service and people hoarding seats when there is limited seating
There should be a time limit for sit-in customers. Kiel Dr. Chatham --about 10-12 people will sit there for about 2 hrs. Another thing, there should be no reservation of more than 1 seat. I have went there and could not sit where I wanted because 10 chairs were reserved. I remember when there was a time limit of about 1/2 hr. Several times at different stores in Chatham area you have to repeat your order 2 to 3 times and still get it wrong. For the last several months, I have frequent another coffee shop.
I went to Kiel Dr. this morning--ordered a black small coffee---got a medium with milk and sugar. It will be a while before I return there.
I have went there and could not sit where I wanted because 10 chairs were reserved.
And so, just sit there. There is no such thing as "reserved", yeah they may look at you funny but this is not a classy restaurant with reservations. It is first come first serve. Now if there were one seat or two, I can see you not sitting there, but I usually ignore people with entitlement issues.
wrong coffee and service
I order small coffee at drive thru when I got home my coffee was totally wrong I call in the store employee named jerry was so rude he said manager can't talk write now because we are super busy write now he put me on hold for 7 mins and hang up the phone after I called again after 3 times they answer I was told bring that coffee back tomorrow then we gonna replace it this is such a bad customer service
