I received a charge on my card from TLG company which I never authozie, they said I was signed up when I purchased airline tickets from Allegiant, I authorize Allegiant to charge my card to pay for my airfare not to subscribe me to other companies I dont know. I called this company and they didnt want to return my money is only $16.99 but if this is charge on a monthly basis during a year it could add up to a lot of money for something I dont use or know about. Now I have to call my bank to report this charges and which I never authorize it's just a waste of my time of being back and forther. I have never called this company until today because of the charges they made on my account...also never received any paper on the mail or e-mail saying i was enroll in this...

I want to prevent other people of going thru what i'm going right now, now i dont even feel online purchases with direct companies are secure since i dont even know if my information has been provided to other pple i dont even know about.

i check my account and it was negative becuase of you all taking out 11 dollars and some cents. i dont know you and dont know why you have done this but i would like to get my money back asap and what ever subsribtion i have been tricked into getting because i would of no ways bought something from you guys.

I check my account daily, I had two charges of $14.99, the memo indicate TLG Great FUN. I immediately called and spoke to someone by the name of Jerry, he told me that I had signed up for coupons and rebates. Told him that I would never do that, he tried to convice me to keep the offer. They have no problem taking the money out of my account, and they take their sweet time to credit my account.

I cancelled this card right away and they are still charging me. I'm sick and tired of this.

I too booked a flight through Priceline in April and in June I started getting charged 11.99 and I called right away and canceled and filed a complaint with my credit card company! I've booked through priceline before and never had this issue!

Chery see my note above to Bob - you can go on to the Better Business Bureau and search the company and put in a complaint... I am also going to be putting a complaint into the Attorney General tomorrow for the state they are incorporated in. Im pretty sure Im going to have a fight on my hands but I intend to be refunded the almost $100 they took out of my account over the last 10 months! Dont give up.. keep fighting them.

I do not know this firm. I have not visited a website. I have not authorized a charge to my debit card. I have received nothing from this firm. How can this happen?

This is the second month I received charges to my Bank of America Checking Account.
They were notified the first time and now I will notify them again.

I was told that I filled out some kind of rebate form for a purchase through Classmates.com. I filled out no such form or purchased anything from Classmates. My account was charged $12.99. I am on a fixed income. This is wrong!

I recieved a charge to my visa check card for $14.99 i called TLG great america twice and they refused to stop the membership as, they claim they hade a diffrent name linked to the credit card. They where so unprofessional and unorganized how can they charge credit cards for no reason.

i got caught in the same situation.
They told me that I accepted an offer that I didn't even get! When I asked for the confirmation email they got from me, they kept trying to sell me the program and asking me if I really wanted to talk to the supervisor.
I took me about 30 min to get my credit back (or at least they say they will credit my card within 40 days!)
I don't know how they got my credit card information but this company is not serious!

I just experienced the same issue. I renewed my ex-husband's Classmate's account ONCE for him well over a year ago. Apparently, Classmate's keeps the information and automatically renews without requiring someone to put their information in. I noted charges from TL Great Fun on my credit card and found they had been doing this for 5 months. When I called, they said they got my credit card info from Classmates and that my ex-husband clicked on their ad and that began the charge on my credit card. I was furious!

My credit card company is going to remove 2 months and I am supposed to have the rest of the months removed by TL Great Fun, we will see. I definitely am going to contact someone about this procedure. It should be illegal because I personally did not authorize it and doubt very seriously if anyone should be held accountable for an accidental press of an okay button. My ex-husband does not even remember anything of the sort, but they say he okayed the transaction. My ex-husband is honest. This is very crooked and deceptive and should be reported.

Beginning on 4/17/09, there has been an authorized monthly deduction from my checking account in the amount of $14.99 monthly. The total deducted is $89.94 to date. How can I stop these unauthorized deductions?

Contact your CC company & cancel your card. Tell them the problem & have them handle it.Also have them issue a new card with a new # Don't need to be a "Rocket Scientest to figure that out!

what the ###? this is the second time im being charged by whatever the hell TLG great fun is. . .i never ordered anything. . .from this stupid company. . .
and if im being charged because someone got my credit card number some how then that is pretty effing lame!. .. im sick and tired of it!

Company fraudulently charged me 14.99 for a year for no goods and services. there are no records or paperwork that I ever ordered or enrolled for the alleged membership.

They keep charging my debit acct $12.99 a month and I did not even join this. If I did I dont know how. I also keep getting charged $1.00 a month from food n flix.

So I see I am not the only victim of these fraudulent charges. This company charged my debit card $12.99 description was TLG Great Fun. First I want to know how they got my card number. I dont sign up for anything with my card.
Now I have to cancel my bank card and get a new one. These people need to be stopped! I cannot leave my job to take care of matters that should never happen!

This company took $11.99 from my bank account without my consent.When i viewed there site.They offered to give me a rebate.That i never recieved. When you call on the weekend no one answers the phone.You have to wait until Monday. DON'T USE PRICELINE THE SITE( TLG GREAT FUN [protected] CT) IS ON THIER PAGE !

This company, TGL Great Fun (whom I have never heard of until today) charged my Debit card $12.99. How can they do this to people. They continue to make charges to peoples accounts that ARE NOT Athurized. How is it fair that I should sit here and just except these charges when I did not approve them in the first place. I will not just sit here and be ok!

i totally disagree.

first of all, people are being transferred to great fun from other companies. the customers are either in a hurry, will not listen or just agree to get off the phone. so it's totally up to someone to listen to what they are saying before giving out their card information. they charge your card because you give it to them to charge. you have 30days to cancel...they clearly tell you on the phone "unless you call to cancel your benefits will automatically continue at the current monthly fee"...

go figure...it was your lost.

My checking account was debited $11.00 that I did not authorize. I know I was on some sort of website with them several months back, but I backed out of anything I had signed up for. I have put a call into them, will see what happens.

I have been raped by this company for the last 12 months by an unauthorized charge of $11.99 monthly. I do not know what this is, nor do I want to. I want my money back. Who are these people that they can come into my bank account and withdraw funds I HAVE NOT authorized. This is frightening. If they can do it, what prevents others from the same. THIS HAS to stop. Somebody has to stop TLG GREAT FUN, and end this fraud now.

Call the Attorney General's office. Submit a complaint and let them do the rest. I just was refunded 11 months of the charges (although they stated in the letter to the Attorney General that they refunded my acount with the 12 payments and I only count 11 credits). They sure do not have any faith in my ability to count or read!
By the way they stated in the same letter that they charged my account because "Our services and terms of enrollment were described on-line at that time. We "accepted the offer by providing verification of acceptance (City of Birth) and clicking "yes" indicating his agreement to enroll in the services". He was purchasing a pair of shoes online at that time.
I still have no idea what their services are.

My mother is 90 yrs. old, and living with my wife & I. This evening I checked her bank account and saw a withdrawal of $159.99 made to TLG Great Fun.
My mother never signed up for or bought anything.
She has numerous medical problems & is living on a fixed income from month to month. I'm afraid to tell her, for she might go into cardiac arrest.
Beware of this scam.

They withdrew money on a monthly basis and we did not ever authorize this monthly transaction; we don't even know how they got our credit card number. We went online for this company and found this has happenend many many times...so beware. It is a small monthly charge and is easy to overlook.

I am demanding immediate credit from Great Fun for the unauthorized charges to my credit card account for what they state is "membership". I never sought membership in any business, organization, church or any other entity. I do not know anything about Great Fun.

I would be reporting this matter for investigation and prosecution to the FTC.

signed me up through the fine print on a retail account card application and then was able to renew membership even though the credit card expired.
