i signed up for a turbo tax card which i never recieved in the mail when i called to tell them they had me wait the complete 10 days to be delivered once they did take my call (the evening of the 10th day i found out my card had been recieved activated and used in the amount of over 560.00! turbo tax will NOT refund my money nor will the help me cooperate with the police! so please if you have ANY other options DO NOT opt for that card it is NOT safe NOT secure and NOT helpful if something happens

i rcvd my turbo tax in time i rcvd a email that my tax refund was arrived i called to check my card and turbo tax had locked my card i have no access to my money the first time i called the guy told me to fax a copy of my social and address and picture i.d i did all that the guy told me it'll take 1-2 bus days i never rcvd my deposit from the irs and then i called back and someone else is saying 2-3 days after that no refund i called back 5-7 days they tell me and now its been just that..i called and they still have my card blocked and i can't get my money.. the man told me a supervisor will call me when my funds are released i explained to him why don't they just be released i work and can't answer the phone he told me they will have to speak to me.. I HATE THESE PEOPLE I NEED MY MONEY AND THEY LIED ON THE IRS AND THE IRS TOLD ME IT WAS THEM

Same exact thing happened to me, 5-7 to release MY MONEY! I am seeking legal action as of now they said it was for MY SECURITY when i told them i was able to use it earlier that day they were unable or unwilling to explain why it was locked down now, I will never deal these people again

PLEASE DO NOT DO THE TURBO CARD, THEY ARE FULL OF ###.MY CARD WAS MAILED OUT ON THE 18TH OF JAN AND TODAY IS FEB 4TH, U DO THE MATH.THEN WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY WANTED ME TO PAY 19.99 FOR 3 DAY SHIPPING ARE THEY CRAZY, THEN SOME KIND OF WAY THEY MISSED SPELLED MY ADDRESS AND THEN HE WENT TO GO PUT THE RIGHT SPELLING IN AND SECURITY LOCKED HIM OUT.HE SWEAR HE CALLED THE SECURITY PEOPLE AND THEY SUPPOSE TO CONTACT ME WITHIN 48 HOURS IS'NT THIS ###.WE TURBO CARD HOLDERS NEED TO GET TOGETHER AND DO A CLASS ACTION SUIT NO JOKE PLAYING AROUND WITH PEOPLES MONEY AND THEIR CARD, THIS SEEM LIKE A SCAM AND THIS HAPPEN TO ME LAST YEAR BUT I WANTED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY AND THEY STILL ###ED UP.I AM CALLING SANTA BARBARA BANK AND TRUST TONITE

I just want. To cry right now. I'm tired of calling only to get a busy signal. I heard that they're holding our money gaining interest. If the IRS released it why can't they? My funds were deposited into my account on the 1rst and my card is still blocked. I've even downloaded their app on my phone that's not telling me anything. I've also heard that they aren't dealing with Santa Barbara bank anymore. The bank their using is Bankcorp Bank. They have a # starting with the 302 area code which we're suppossed to call, then they transfer us to an answering service, which then we leave our name # and account # and someone is suppossed to contact us in 24hrs. I called yesterday and no one has called me yet. Sounds like a bunch of BS to me!

it makes me sick to my stomach to see how many people are going through this as i search online looking for answers. turbotax locks our cards then asks us to send in very personal and sensitive information and after we do this they still dont unlock our cards! if i send you a copy of my drivers license, social security card and a bill in my name what more could you possibly need to re-open my account! once they get our info they should instantly reopen our card! i will never use turbotax again and i am going to tell everyone i know not to use turbotax! and i will be contacting my local news station and newspaper which i suggest anyone going through this should! we need to stand together and file a class action lawsuit and hold them accountable!

The very same thing is happening to me...fax this fax that it's been more than 5-7 business days...everytime you call you either get disconnected or you do get to talk to someone that tells you that your funds are under security review...I'm sick and tired of this...I will never use this service again and it is an inconvenience.

i called bancorp bank [protected] only to find out it wasn't them at all the rep told me that it was actually turbotax doing the hold they have nothing to do with it i've been waiting for my money since 01/25.. i called turbo taX AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR SEVERAL HOURS I TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR AND HE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO REFAX MY INFO AGAIN EVEN THOUGH THEIR SYSTEM NOTES STATES THEY ALREADY HAVE MY INFO I ADVSD THE GUY ABOUT CONVERSATION WITH REP AT BANC CORP AND COME TO FIND OUT THE REP WAS RIGHT.. TURBO TAX HAS ITS OWN DEPT AND THEY HAVE IT LOCKED.. I WAS TOLD ON 02/10 THAT MY CARD WAS GOING TO BE RELEASED TODAY AND IF NOT TO CALL BACK.. I DID AND STILL HAVE TO FAX MY INFO// HOW HARD IS IT TO LOOK AT A SOCIAL, ADDY AND A BILL.. I'M FED UP DO ANYONE KNOW ANY LAWYERS TO GET INVOLVED// WE NEED A CLASS ACTION LAWSUTI TO START AND THEY'LL HAVE TO PAY US MORE THAN WHAT WE HAVE ON OUR INCOME TAX... A class action lawsuit is what they need, I filed my taxes on 26 Jan on 27 Jan received
email my card was on its way, Then email on 5 Feb refund was deposited and today
13 Feb still no card and all i get is runaround and more bull ### more numbers to call
all the numbers they give me are bogus don't help at all when i did talk to somebody
they don't know anything at all but to pass the buck to somebody else, Nobody wants
to take responsibility for the big f*** up they have going on. I think they should pay and

OMG IM SO TIRED OF THESE PPL. Same exact thing except I asked them to close the card and not deal with them on Feb 17, 2012, today is March 29, 2012 ans I still have not received my funds, they say they have to wait 30 days before they can issue me a refund on my refund... I am getting married in 3 days, my checking account is overdrawn, I am getting hit with penalties left and right because I thought I would have my money 2 months ago... LAWSUIT

yeah might be a pain but when researching on the subject because the same thing happened to me. i found the link above... and im happy my card was closed down. i faxed 2 times before the account was cleared. first time it was to dark apparently . done in 6 days after that. Also, if you look through the internet you'll find that its happening around with EVERY major tax preparing company like H & R block as well

the problem is not only with all the e-filing companies. its with technology and how easy it is now to steal or buy someone else SSN from a database of some sort. at the end of the day, don't get paranoid because no matter how much you try, sooner or later you will need to use your personal information for w/e reason necessary, there are companies out there to help you prevent an identity theft. if your that worried look it up. i will be filling with turbotax next year again. if you guys dont want to risk your card being closed down for your own security, then just ask for a check and wait like the good old days. or get a bank account and have it send directly there as i will be doing next year. the turbotax customer service isnt that great. but no one else touched my money. btw guys a lawyer cant do ###. read through your terms and conditions with turbotax.

I have had it with turbo tax, someone had hacked into my account with turbo tax change all my info on my last years return change the address and got a refund for them self. turbo tax said I am a victim of identity theft and my acct was hacked and that I needed to contact the irs and report it as soon as possible . I tried to do so irs is not given me no info because I don't know the address on the last return filed because who ever hacked turbo tax change that part on the return . so now I have to pay out of pocket and mail in my return aim filling and form 14309 ? along with copy's of ssc dl. I have been with turbo tax for a couple of years now, never had any tumble in tell this year 2015. I fill that turbo tax could provide me with a print out of the return I was trying to file a mail able irs acceptable return, and a copy of the return that was sent off by the hackers, I want a copy of both the one I need to file and the one that the hackers filed . I do have a right . but they want me still to pay the $187 something to print out the mail able tax 1040 form and any thing I would need to file my1040 return by mail. I don't have the money right now to pay for that that's way I chose to have the fees taken out of my return. it wasn't my flaunt someone hacked into there accounts got into my our returns and changed all the customer's personal info . they need to realize what is happening here peoples identity and personal info is open to hackers and they say all our personal info is safe with them ? mine wasn't :(
