THIS OTC PROGRAM IS UNBELIEVABLY BAD. I had OTC Essentials last year through UHC and it was easy to navigate, prices were reasonable, myriad products were offered, and there were no added delivery charges, taxes or anything else at all. I could easily choose and order $40 worth of products each quarter without any hassle. All for free. This program has NONE of that.
The products offered here from HealthyBenefitsPlus.com through WalMart are very limited, the prices are exorbitant, home delivery is hardly ever an option, navigation through the web site is almost impossible, and there are unexpected fees added when you go to checkout. Additionally, the site shows numerous duplicates of the same item on the same page. I suppose this is to make it appear as though there are more products available than there really are. I hate Healthy Benefits Plus and will not be using it at all.
Oh -- by the way, there's no way to email United Health Care to send a written complaint. Only the phone number, picked up I'm sure by one of their minions and inevitably lost in space.

I have to totally agree with you. It's very difficult to return a defective item also. I just received a package that had a black bath mat in it. I ordered a package of white tub treads. So now it will be a hassle to get that returned as it was with the defective item. I'm with you on not ordering anything else from them.

I put in an order through Walmart for OTC products from united health care, primarily fresh vegetables, fruit and fish. The order total on the items was about half my monthly benefits allotment. The balance left on my card showed I had spent almost all of my monthly benefits. Not only that but my remaining balance kept getting smaller every time I checked it. Walmart charged my default credit card for the purchases because united healthcare wasn't paying even though the balance showed they had. United Health Care Customer service didn't know what I was talking about nor did Walmart's customer service and when I couldn't get any answers my time ran out on the MONTHLY allotment and the OTC benefits program didn't pay any of it. Walmart's checkout system indicated my OTC card was paying the bill when I checked out but then I got a series of "returns and charges" Houdini couldn't follow. Walmart sent me messages my OTC card was being credited but if it were I never saw it on the card.
The Healthy Benefit program remains a disaster. I am a homebound senior who is totally dependant on online shopping. I must shop from that skimpy catalog. The prices are much higher than the exact item in the brick and mortar setting. I place a food and zOTC order on the first of each month. Half of the items i request are out of stock. It should be noted that the ins. agent who signed me up assured me that United Health did not use Walmart as their Benefit provider. Walmart would be a deal breaker for me. I had dealt with their monopoly and nonexistant customer service when i had Blue Cross and Aetna. I will be changing carriers again at the end of the year. Somebody must have a program that is not affiliated with Walmart. My food and OTCS are left in my lobby with no notice. This month i fell twice getting the box to my apartment. United says it is a Walmart problem. Walmart says it is a Door Dash problem. Door Dash says it is a driver problem.
I placed an online order with them on 4/10/23. I received part of my order very quickly however one item showed to have arrived at the Fedx depot in my state on 05/02 and that's where the tracking ended. I have contacted Healthy Benefits 4 times by phone and sent 5 emails with no results. They will not refund you and they said they were upgrading my issue and I would receive a call within 5 business days. That was on 05/25 and I have yet to receive a response. I would not recommend placing an online order with them.
