They are not helping of getting my package. Additional, I am still waiting for my packages. I was wondering when I getting my packages. I think that USPS Mobile is broken. They have to fix it.

United States Postal Service [USPS] Package

I am not sure how they ran into a problem with delivery as everyone was home and 4 other packages that came with that package was delivered but that one was attempted. I have a feeling they forgot it on the truck or left it at the post office. This has been happening a lot. I am not happy. I usually don't complain but was hoping to get this today. I rarely get upset of something is missed placed or lost or every attempted but this is not ok anymore

United States Postal Service [USPS] missing items and shipment delays

On 08/17/2020, I shipped a package from my local post office in Americus, Georgia to my son in East Hartford, Connecticut. The estimated delivery date that was provided by the post office was 08/24/2020. The package did not arrive at it's destination until the evening of 08/31/2020. When my son received and opened the package he informed me that it appeared to have been opened and resealed. Upon careful examination of the contents it was noted that two (2) items were missing. The package weighed 23lb 13.6oz when it left Americus. It obviously weighed much less when it reached it's destination since to two heaviest items were missing.

United States Postal Service [USPS] Poison ivy bodysuit

Hello my name is kiani and I ordered a poison ivy body suit which cost me almost $600 and have not received it and when I try to track my item it says tracking unavailable I want to know when it will get here as I ordered it back on the 12th July.
How can I get my package.
I am not spending this much money to not receive my item. It should not take over 5 weeks for it to get here.

United States Postal Service [USPS] Priority mail non-delivery

Priority mail package mailed in Mt Airy GA (30563) om July 6.It was processed through Atlanta and arrive in Warrndale PA distribution center July 10. It was NOT sent to the proper address on the pack age in Conneautte Lake Pa but forwarded to the San Antonio distribution center, where it arrived July 10.
Since that time the package has made SEVERAL trips back and forth between the USPS office in Pine Creek TX and San Antonio.

United States Postal Service [USPS] I am complaining about mail delivery at my home.

We live in Dad's Farm subdivision. I understand there is a shortage of staff due to the Covid-19 virus but getting mail as late as 7:15 pm and later is ridiculous. My husband spoke with Juanita who delivered the mail at 7:12 pm today and she explained that her supervisor has her going on the farthest area first and we are the last to receive mail daily. We first stopped getting mail daily over here, next everybody else mail was put in our mailbox besides ours and now we go from getting our mail at 11 am for years to now as late as 7:30 pm daily the earliest delivered is 6:15 pm. The service has gotten worst each year. We have lived here for about 23yrs with no problems until our regular mail guy retired in 2018. Nobody else may care in our subdivision but I do. I am sure I will get the answer of needing to hire again but how long can this keep going on. We even had a supervisor doing the route when wrong mail was always put in our mailbox. nobody's perfect but people should know how to their jobs of delivering mail a little better. Stop taking certain communities for granted to except errors all the time. So, can you please get her some help because evidently its too much for her to deliver our mail before 5 pm which is a shame. If we are waiting for important mail on that day, we won't receive it. I would just like to know why put a small subdivision last to get our mail? What is reason for that? I never thought the mail would be delivered after 5 pm any day. Good service is so hard to find anywhere on any public job now. How long are we to get mail this late? Please look at the routes over again and try and squeeze a small subdivision in an earlier time frame. It won't take that much out of the schedule to knock it out quickly. United States Postal Service [USPS] Lost package

This package was shipped out on the 28th of may and has had no scans or updates since. Here is the tracking. https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?strOrigTrackNum=9405511298370797939097

The company I ordered from has not offered to file an insurance claim and said they reached out to usps as well to investigate, but they waited until ten days after they said they would contact usps so alot of time has been lost. I spent almost $60 on these products. (vape juice from https://that1vape.com) it has been almost 3 weeks from the last scan and it doesn't seem to even have left the original post office it was dropped off at from the shipper. The shipper could file a claim to get the money back but has not offered to and I can't file a claim because I don't have all the documentation such as a shipping receipt or the shipping label that shows proof of insurance since I didn't ship it and never got it. I have sent emails to usps, talked to twitter uspshelp, and called the customer service. Nobody seems to know where my lost package is. I filled out a missing mail search, but am not optimistic. Have heard the success on that search is low. I just want my package or my money back. The website doesn't have any information on how they handle lost packages, so I don't think they will help me with a refund or new shipment or filing a claim. Since usps was the last to have possession of it, I want to complain about them losing it. Below I will put the city of the post office that last scanned my item. Thanks for any help! The package was 2-3 day priority and was suppose to arrive on june 1st. It is officially 16 days late. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

United States Postal Service [USPS] Delivery

I missed a delivery on the 12th of June and rescheduled it for the following day to be delivered once again and two days have passed and it still has not arrived nor can it be properly tracked it says it's in "transit" but has been saying this since the first delivery attempt I simply would like to pickup my order or have it delivered as soon as possible

United States Postal Service [USPS] Palmdale ca customers service

Was in like as soon the office open with like about 15 people in front of thinking ok about 30 to 45 min in took them 20 min a person 3 people took an hour an when I arrived to the front of the line. The line was around the corner not like she has much to do in there but I can see her go into the back room an proceed to have meaning less conversation with fellow employees so I asked if she could hurry it up I was greeted with you don't like it you an go than let the next two people in behind me witch deeply upseeted me than had someone else come out to take my if an proceeds not to let me in. Thats when I blow a fuse could have said sir were are expiring high volume with little staff no I spit in the face than they told me my informed letter which shows me it's being delivered to not there think they were playing games on top of the rude as customer service had to block the trucks from coming out to speak to a supervisor this need attention immediately

United States Postal Service [USPS] Palmdale united stated post office

I wanted to stress how ashamed the united states post office should be. I have not been to the post office in years, however, our mailboxes were broken into and forced us to go to the post office to collect our mail. I was in shock, the employees at the palmdale post office had loud music blasting, dancing behind the counters while you have a huge number of people outside waiting in line. The other complaint I have is how rude the employees are, I spoke with 4 employees and everyone was rude and very short with there answer as if I was interrupting their day. Next time I go, I will be videoing the facility and posting how our tax money is being used and how the employees should be held accountable for their actions. Fyi, the only reason I did not take pictures or video is that I was not expecting to see what I saw and left my phone in the car, otherwise, I would be posting it now.

I would suggest doing random visits to some of your offices and you will see what is going on, so you can take action before things escalate. Thank you for your time and I hope you look into this matter.

United States Postal Service [USPS] post office supervisor

My mail was delivered to my address but in an incorrect box. I live in an apartment complex with several units. I can't get my neighbors to cooperate with me to find out what box the carrier put my mail in but the post office supervisor told me he would call the carrier and ask which box he put my mail in and then call me back to let me know. He seemed a bit uncooperative and refused to take responsibility for my mail before delivered incorrectly so I'm not sure he's going to call me with the information I need to find my mail. This is a huge problem for me and I am prepared to get to in touch with authorities as soon as possible but I need to know which of my neighbors disposed of my mail. It was not sent back to the post office and it was not in my mailbox.

My first step to resolve issue was to call USPS 1 800 #. I was on hold for an extended amount of time. A Representative (female) Rendered OUTSTANDING Customer service. She initiated a complaint/research. She apologized for the inconvenience .
I recieved a voice message from Linda a supervisor in Greenfield Ca. USPS. Linda has been extremely helpful and has done above and beyond the call of duty by her actions taken to resolve this "miss sent"package. She "physically went to all 3 usps in Salinas Ca. In hopes to locate package. She further requested each location supervisor to assists in locating item.
AT this point my desired resolution is to locate said package and re introduce to delivery system.
I want to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to two specific USPS employees and feel they need to be acknowledged for their Outstanding service with USS. The 1st person is the female representative i spoke with . unfortunately, I don't recall her name.
Secondly Linda, the supervisor in Greenfield Ca. These individuals are clearly few among the masses. They are truly an asset to your establishment.

I live on the 4th floor. The package was left downstairs. Someone stole it. Why didn't the delivery guy go upto the 4th floor. Aren't thay required to deliver the package to the door. Luckily anazon refunded the moneyn These delivery personnel are not doing thier jobs. If there is a rulebook on this I would like to see it. I was told if there's no elvator they don't have to come upstairs.

I received an email on my phone this morning that an item I have been waiting to arrive was "attempted" to be delivered at 8:19 this morning. I had put some outgoing mail in my box earlier, but the flag was still up and my outgoing mail was still inside. I went to the post office and my box was there. I know this because last weekend I came home to find a delivery attempt notice inside my box, but saw the carrier on the next street over. I brought my ID as well as the signed slip so I could receive my package. She said she kept it at the post office. So, then, why is this delivery person claiming that a delivery attempt was made when it wasn't? I am getting sick and tired of having to drive to the post office that is only open for two lousy hours on Saturday (my only day off when the post office is open) to pick up something that is SUPPOSED to be delivered. I'm not talking about anything ridiculously large or heavy, this is just sheer laziness and if someone "higher up" doesn't do something promptly, I will take this issue elsewhere. And just so you know, the last tome I made a complaint about this same post office you people gave them my phone number and they kept calling me and I half wonder if THIS new habit of leaving my stuff at the post office and just dropping off a failed delivery attempt notice isn't a retaliation of some sort. And because of that incident, I can tell you now, my address and phone number on THIS complaint will not be real. But this complaint is. That post office is a damn joke. Something needs to be done. Like a major overhaul. Even the neighboring post office in Altha says that they're incompetent and their office hours aren't compliant.

United States Postal Service [USPS] Not receiving magazines

Before moving from our previous residence(condo building) to a single-family home, I changed my address on all my magazine sites and also had my mail forwarded. For the last few months, I have been receiving a few scattered issues, if that. I never had problems before the move. I am honestly not sure how to proceed. When I tried to file a missing mail claim on the USPS site, it asks for tracking numbers I don't have.

United States Postal Service [USPS] postal delivery

I run a business out of my home, and the products I order should not be left out in the elements to prevent overheating and freezing. Our postal worker continually puts our packages by our mailbox. Which is approximately 60 ft. From our home, and out in our drive, instead of putting them under our covered front porch. I have found packages all over our yard. We also live in a rural area, and have all kinds of animals roaming around. I have had food melt, medicine melt, and my resin for my business has had to be thrown away on more than 1 occasion. There is no reason for this complete laziness. I am fed up! Going to only start receiving from UPS, or FedEx. This is a problem. That is costing me money.
