So I order a package on Amazon
And it said it was not delivered that it waiting for me to pick it up at the facility

I want to know if they can redeliver my package because I really need those creams for my skin and I wanna know why UPS did this and didn't warn me about it

I always have this problem with only USPS. Why is it that every mail carrier can deliver my packages correctly except you guys? Why am i always getting a note saying my package could not be delivered but every other package coming from any other mail carrier delivers no problem. HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK! Im sick and tired of waiting on a long line at the post office all because someone doesnt want to deliver my package to my door. Im home all day! This is a joke! Im a hard working person, im doing my job and all i ask is for my orders to be delivered with no problems!

On Friday, July 16, 2021, at approximately 4:00pm, mail carrier Mr. Hamilton, from the USPS located at 1369 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 11221 (718) 602-3111, (Union NLCA, Mr. Brown is his steward and Ms. Mellow is the manager) was placing mail in the outdoor "cluster" mailboxes located on Jefferson Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11221. As I was walking down the street toward my home, Mr. Hamilton had just finished placing the mail in the boxes. When I opened my box, I could hardly get the mail out of it, it was so much. Immediately I realized that the majority of the mail was not mine. (This is an ongoing problem, people's Disability Checks, Notices for Jury Duty and Union mail, etc) was all in my box. Mr. Hamilton was placing mail in the next cluster mailboxes at the end of the block near Saratoga. I waved and called out to him to please come back, which he did. The first thing I said to Mr. Hamilton is, "I realize it's extremely hot out here and you guys really work hard, but you have to take your time and be more careful sorting the mail because the neighbors are complaining"; and showed Mr. Hamilton the stack of mail that he placed in my box that did not belong to me (out of the 30 pieces of mail in my box, 5 were addressed to me).
Mr. Hamilton became agitated and said, "just give me the stack and I'll sort it", and I responded "sure, just let me make sure I don't have any more mail in this stack." Mr. Hamilton then said, "I don't have to take it from you, you can put it in the outbox". I said to Mr. Hamilton, "I'm trying to help you, the neighbors are complaining, I could've just made a complaint as well". Mr. Hamilton replied, "Go ahead and make a complaint, you can't do anything to me, and watch you won't see any more of your Fu*&ing mail again." I closed my box and proceeded to take all the mail to the P.O. and make a complaint. As I was walking down Broadway to the P.O. something said look back, and when I did, Mr. Hamilton was following me.
I arrived at the P.O. and asked for a supervisor and was told that the carrier supervisor (Shakira) had gone for the day. The teller's supervisor called Shakira and instructed me to write out my complaint, leave my number and that she would call me the following day, which would have been Saturday, July 17th. By July 20th, Shakira had not called me back, so I called [protected] and filed a complaint (case #[protected]) and was told that someone would call me within 3 business days. The next morning July 21st, Shakira called me as I was going to answer my door (I am 60 years old, on disability and have 35 stairs to go down and up to my front door). I explained that to Shakira and asked if she could hold on a moment or call me back please. She responded, "call me back in 5 minutes because there's a line forming". I called back 30 times that day and the line was busy. To date I have only received 2 pieces of mail. No one called me regarding my complaint, so I called back. When I presented the above case number I was told that the supervisor (Shakira) had responded to the complaint and wrote that she spoke to me and the Mr. Hamilton admitted that he was "rude" and the situation was resolved. THAT WAS A LIE. I had not had a conversation with Shakira at that time. Another case number was issued to me (case #[protected]) and I was told that the complaint would now receive "expedited status" and someone would call me by Friday, July 30th. Shakira finally called me on Thursday, July 29th and said she spoke to Mr. Hamilton, and he said that "he was rude because he felt threatened by me (a 60 yr old, 5'2, 150lb disabled senior) and that I followed him". (What possible reason would I have to follow the mailman)? I told her that was not true and as she put me on hold to call the manager Ms. Mellow, I was so upset, I walked to the P.O. (a short walk) and asked Shakira if she could please come out and tell me what she saw in me that constituted being labeled a "threat" to anyone. I am so deeply traumatized and upset by this lie and this whole situation. I told Shakira, that now that Mr. Hamilton is aware of my complaint, and knows where I live, is lying on me, and that I feel threatened by Mr. Hamilton and concerned that he is still delivering my mail (which again from July 16th, I have only received 2 pieces of mail). Shakira asked me if I could return the next day, which is today, to speak with the manager Ms. Mellow. I returned this morning and had a conversation with Ms. Mellow, who again said Mr. Hamilton felt threatened by me and that I was following him and that she would speak to him about being rude.
Again, I asked Ms. Mellow how she could justify one of her workers challenging anyone, let alone a senior citizen to make a complaint, and then threatening me that if I did "I WOULD NEVER SEE ANY OF MY FU&*^ING MAIL AGAIN," and that she did not have the power to change his route. I told Ms. Mellow that I have a son, and to ask Mr. Hamilton, how would he feel if his mother told him she experienced what I did? I asked her who had the authority to change his route and she replied "Mr. Hamilton". I asked her for the name of his union and union reps name (see above). Ms. Mellow left me feeling defeated and helpless and I said to her I was bullied, threatened and lied on and now I have to be traumatized that the very person responsible still has control of my receiving my mail. This situation has left me feeling helpless, drained and traumatized. Not one time, did Mr. Hamilton before he threatened me, thank me for trying to help him with a clear mistake Not once. Please advise what can be done. Lastly, a falsified Tracking document was made by the USPS. They submitted and scanned my package on 7/26. Yet on 7/28, 7/29 and 7/30 when I returned to the P.O. to check if the package was delivered I was told no. Assuming the manager Ms. Mellow is aware of the "relay box" where mail is stored that hasn't been delivered, she confirmed the package was not there. Mr. Hamilton "stopped the clock" on 7/26 and my package disappeared until he was ready to deliver on the following Friday.

I am working at YSPS HQ Washington DC all my life and I have 20 years seniority as Purchasing Supply Management Specialist. There are few job in the department they did not slide me in like others and neither offered me domicile like others but pushing me to retire or compete against others and they are hiring all young kids. This happens all of the time! I know our mailboxes are close, but this happens more often than it should and my neighbors open my mail and do not return my packages.
Mistakes happen, but it's frustrating that this happens so much that I contact Amazon frequently.
If my packages could just be delivered to my porch from now on, that would be awesome since the mailbox clearly isn't working for the carriers.

Hi. I feel you. I am super tired of all the headaches I go tru. research where you live if they have any government entities that look out for consumers' rights. I believe each state has it. I do not say for you to google because I do not use it. every data we input on the internet is not private. ex. I look at my own information sometimes, and I see it all over the internet. that is why california has a new law call - do not to sell my information. hopefully, this law will work but I doubt it. companies, non-profit, for-profit, government, and non-government entities share, sell, and give out our information. especially google and those annoying ads google has. ah, the game developer makes a lot of money and encourages me to play their game and I never got any money for playing the game. in addition, these game developers are hard to reach, sued, or take to court because they are overseas and each country has its own rules. I think united nation have to step in and do what is right for the people in the world. as we going as human beings in this world we are going to disappear quickly and kill each other faster.
Carrier retaliation from 44095 post office
I have used the request for pickup -sometimes, not always...and the other day I had a first class package, left it to get picked up, and nope, not taken, even tho it was getting rained on. The next day, left it again, and I happened to be at the front door, watching for mailman. (We have had so many substitutes recently - months of different people. I have an apartment downstairs and she has complained quite a few time to the p/o because they are mixing up our mail, even though she has big sign out.) At any rate this day that sub told me he will take that package this time, but not if I dont request a package pick up first. I told him "It is a 1st class package, I am not going to file paperwork on pick up of a first class package" He told me all pickups need this, as he gets stuck filing paperwork, it adds overtime and he does not get paid extra for it. I said, 1st class dont get it from me!
I was at the door, my dog -inside, was now barking cause I was raising my voice, MMAN left- NOW the lady downstairs tells me she was told she would need to buy a p/o box and will not deliver mail here because of a dog.

Lost or stolen packages from tampa bay
I am having a lot of problems with usps refusing to pay for items they lost they ask for things that dont exist and have nothing to do with the claim itself even after i provided everything possible they still have not paid . I got an email that said they did not receive something eventhough they picked it up and it had a tracking number showing it was delivered i have 3 claims pending 2 lost item one damaged item and now one item I had picked up dont show it was ever received eventhough i got conformation it was completed . 45 inch 4x4 inch packages dont just dissapear it would be quite hard to loose them quit frankly .

If the sender didn't purchase the insurance, the receiver is not eligible to file a claim. If the seller can't refund, you wasted your money. Do not buy with free delivery via USPS.

I haven't yet to receive a package the the company says was delivered here. I am home all day everyday and haven't missed a package yet. This is the only package that hasn't arrived yet. The package was supposed to arrive on [protected]. It cost me $137.64. I have waited on hold until my phone died on several occasions. I just need some sort of resolution. I worked really hard for this money. I am a waitress and don't like to waste money or time. Can somebody please tell me what I am supposed to do?

I am using the https://dos.ny.gov/ in my state which is New York State and is working. I got this information from the FTC and finally, I got Planet Fitness from billing me even if I am not going to the gym. You know we had a major LOCKDOWN due to the pandemic. The gym closed and open back on in my state and I was getting billed. Now, the issue is the lady from the DOS (Department of State) has not received a response. The only way I know this stop and it was solved is because Planet Fitness stop billing me. Neither the lady at DOS nor myself has gone no respond in writing. How disgusting people are today? PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE EMPATHY FOR ONE ANOTHER. NO ONE PUTS IN THE OTHER PERSON'S SHOE. HORRIBLE!
My work scrubs
I have never had an issue with a package being left on my door step or mail box! For the comments to say they had a difficult time getting to my front door is horse crap! I needed these scrub pants for Monday, now because someone did not want to do their job i am screwed!

The Postmaster from Killeen, Texas needs some customer service classes. Not only did YOU USPS destroy my property, it falls upon me the burden to show proof for the damage that YOU USPS caused. On top of that, you won't reimburse me for the $53 that I WASTED on your disservice. I will make sure to share my friends in the Army, civilians and private contractors the horrible experience I've had with you by word of mouth, text and social media and encourage them to use FEDEX or UPS. As for me, neither my family or I will never use your services again.

Mail delivery
My packages keep getting returned to sender, with a moved did not leave forwarding address I have gone to the office but the window is closed and you can hear them talking but they don't acknowledge. They just continue on with their conversations I work during the day across the street and I live next door to the post office. My driver's license has my post office box is my address. I track all my packages and I have informed delivery some workers in there are friends with another individual that I am currently in a legal matter against and they are messing with my mail like how did it take 10 days for a letter to come from Mariposa to Cathay valley. I waited for that letter because the paperwork was needed in my legal matter and I went everyday before the court date and three times the day of before the 1:30 app. Not there. I stopped back at three thirty that day after court and bam there it was. It's not right!

I did a change of address online in which it was done incorrectly because it was re-routed thru a different co. Anyway I left my orders on Amazon to be delivered to my correct address at 152 River Trail Dr, Bay City, Mi 48706 in which I have not received several items because of the address change. I had not received correspondence from a credit union and only learned that my mail was being returned to them because it was "undeliverable as addressed". The day I learned about this my carrier walked by and phone-in-hand with my credit union, I questioned him about it. He insisted that the mail had been incorrectly addressed. I've been doing business with this credit union for a number of years and for the carrier to be so cock-sure that it was incorrect was exceedingly disturbing to me.
The credit union failed to inform me the first time, shredded the statements and bills that were returned, which gives me reason to stop doing business with this credit union.
I filed a complaint with the post office four times and each time I called wondering when someone would contact me, I learned that the last complaint had been closed. I was quite distressed.
The next time I saw my carrier I asked him if I had any mail and he answered me and then verbally and profanely attached me for filing a complaint.
I complained again to the post office and nothing happened.
I called the police and they told me to go to the post office which I did and with a letter from my credit union vouching for the fact that the mail had been correctly addressed (I've been getting mail from them prior for a number of years).
John Whelan (sp?) my carrier's supervisor only defended his behavior.
Later, another man called me from the post office and defended the carrier as well.
I believe the entire Collegeville Post Office should be reviewed.
Several years ago, I complained that my mail box lid had been kept opening during the rain. At that time my carrier again profanely attacked me for filing a grievance; that was the time I met my carrier. Over the years I have tried to be nice, giving him a cold drink on a hot summer day or toe warmers for the cold.
The name of the credit union is American Heritage Federal Credit Union.
I feel that there is a very sick joke being played on me and I no longer trust putting my mail in my mailbox.
I came home this evening to find my mail box lid open (it is going to rain tomorrow) and piles of mail for the wrong name.
Lastly, the post office told me that the carrier did not commit a federal offense. However, friends I've spoken with feel differently.
I hope you can help me as Bruce Caster once helped me and not send this matter to consumer affairs.
I am at my wits end.

Package delivery
I order from Amazon at least once a month for years. My address has not changed for years.
Order placed Wednesday was, according to USPS tracking, in my town twice and shipped back out again! It is now (Saturday) back where it originated (2 hours away)! So the package, due for delivery Friday, will not arrive until at least Monday. This is not the kind of service for which I pay Amazon $14/month!
When USPS says they are "backlogged" in St. Louis, that does not explain this type of atrocious mismanagement of shipments!

I found out from getting several message from my buyer that on Feb. 19th all 28 packages were not delivered. They departed in Memphis TN on Feb 19th but never made or scanned in. I have called, filed a claim, and talked to local post master but only say backed up due to snow storm. This was 3 weeks ago. I need help!
