My package (Tracking #121E71541292629017) left PA. en-route to Michigan, on Thu. 12/27. I selected UPS 3-Day Select Shipping. The package passed through PA. & OH, arriving in West Branch, MI. on Sat. 12/29, just 38 miles away from it's intended destination. It sat there at that UPS facility, idol, until Wed. 01/02, when it left at 09:35 AM. Approximately 7...

UPS mislead consistently

I was told that my package was going to be delivered on Monday, 12/31 by three separate agents of three separate occasions. One of the UPS agents even stated that the package was out for delivery. However, the package never came and after calling UPS, they told me that a supervisor would get in contact with me, but the supervisor never did! I finally got in contact with someone, but they stated that they were unable to help me and that I needed to call back!

UPS ups canada can't punch in a buzz #

I just ordered some phones from Fido and to save on the activation fee, I got them shipped. Worst idea ever because of UPS!

I called and gave them the buzzer number and they don't find it important to give it to the dispatcher! How dumb are they?

It's Friday Dec. 28th and they attempted delivery at 7 pm and didn't buzzer me so I didn't know when to get the package. So now, I call again and they tell me they can redeliver it. So I wait and call again around 9:30 but now the trucks stopped delivering and they're only gonna deliver it on Monday!

Always ask who the shipper is shipping from, if it's UPS, avoid it like it's the plague!

UPS delivery

I am sick, at home. I have been waiting for medical supplies that were sent via UPS with signature required. This is a 2 story house and I was upstairs. The doorbell is located upstairs and is very loud. I walk downstairs and look through the glass on the front door and see a note. "Sorry we missed you"! They NEVER rang the doorbell. Don't these idiots know what a doorbell is? Now the next delivery attempt will be 1/2/2019. I need my medicine. Now my options are to either drive out in the cold sick, Its 23 degrees in Boise today, or do without my meds for four more days, neither is a good option.
Try calling UPS and you will find they do NOT want to talk to you. If none of the three options they give you, which all are only going to take you to another automated menu and then another until you want to scream "Why can't I speak to a real person!" If you don't pit in a tracking number they apologize and tell you to find the information they want and try again then abruptly hang up on you!
What the hell ever happened to customer service, wanting to talk to you, and competition? How did we ever enable these people to treat us so badly? Why isn't there another competitor that can deliver packages and yet still understand customers are important and you need to speak to them if you want to stay in business?

Complaint regarding poor service, misinformation and horrible customer services at the UPS store Tampa Dale Mabry. Last week, on Thursday December 20th, I went to the store and asked the clerk, David, what is the best way to send frozen meat to Nevis. He looked up the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean, and told me will be there in 2 days, 48...

UPS international shipping

UPS lost my shipment. Customer services doesn't even show that there was even an open investigation. Meanwhile, Investigations team closed the investigation without ever contacting me. No one knows what's going on. Horrible to deal with, so arrogant. Have spent a total of 10+ hours trying to get to the bottom of it and I am not even sure they have even contacting the team on the ground in the last location where the package was scanned. A complete disaster of a company.

UPS tracking id 1zar29400450099720 > delivery service award 2018 goes to ups - ultimate poor service!

Tracking ID 1ZAR29400450099720

It is unbelievable that such a big company has no idea the delivery schedule of an item and only can tell that the delivery will be made by the end of the day! ... and after many so many calls at it is already 10.45pm ... no delivery!

As I missed the delivery that was made on Saturday at 2.30pm and my family and I were out for lunch, I called the UPS at 10.19am and was told by customer service that the delivery will be made today before the end of the day.

At 6.17pm, I called again and was told by the customer service (Mitch) that the delivery is today and will be delivered by the end of the day for residential which is 10pm.

Therefore, I had to have my lunch at home today waiting for the item and then now my dinner at home waiting for the item.

At 9.29pm, I called customer service again as there is still no delivery and again customer service says it should be deliver by 10pm.

At 9.50pm for the last time, I called the customer service said that the delivery will be made today as the item was already loaded onto the delivery vehicle and assured that the delivery will be done and can be a little late, maybe 5 to 10 mins after 10pm.

It is already 10.55pm now and there is still no delivery.

Basically, I stayed at home the whole day on Christmas Eve waiting for a delivery that never came and despite making so many calls and the customer service assuring that the delivery will be made by the end of the day.

This is absolutely madness, frustrating and disappointing from a big company to make a customer wait the whole day at home as I did not not want to miss the delivery again.

If you are the CEO of UPS, you should be ashamed of your delivery service... assuring or promising delivery at the beginning of the day and after numerous calls and no delivery at all ! UPS should be renamed Ultimate Poor Service! I will let as many people be aware of your poor service.

I arrived at my office at 8 a.m. this morning. Lights on, door open to the public, sitting at my desk with clear view to window. UPS pulls up, slows down and never stops. Expecting an urgent package and knew it would be delivered this morning. After driver never stopped, he keyed into the system that a delivery was attempted but office was closed. Outright lied about doing his job. Is this what we can expect out of the drivers bringing our shipments? There was no confusion, no error, no miscommunication...He outright lied to get through his route faster. Here at Christmas, people cannot do their jobs and do not care. He should be put on probation or terminated. I am outraged! I have spoke with Amazon to let them know. They should cancel their contract with UPS!

UPS delivery driver

12/18
A ups driver had the assistant reliever package to porch, assistant was walking back to truck our dogs were loose followed the assistant than the driver came out threw a dog treat without my consent than charged at dogs while they barked she was frantic charged at the dogs than went inside the truck threw things not sure what.. I go to truck than driver says she was bit by the dogs, I ask if she is ok does she need me to call 911 she yells at my face NO! I ask if I can see where she yells no than she says the dog bit the assistant than assistant shows his sock no sign of being bitten than assistant says the nose of the dog touched him. She honked maybe around 7 times even leaving the house. I call and complain and asked to speak to her supervisor and someone said she will give me a call no call.. my mother was supposed to receive a package the following day and it showed on her tracking that the receiver requested to be picked up in Lakeland "another city" than they told my mother it will be delivered that same day. No delivery... today is 12/22 I had a package myself a $400 tablet and it was out for delivery than it says the receiver requested to be picked up in Lakeland "another city" I called multiple times
So she leaves my packages right by the road! 20 plus feet from our home
My mother did inform ups our dogs were in the cage even the box my mom receiver said no dogs she still left them by the road. When I seen the truck I ran to ask her why did she say I requested to pick up she walked away laughing than I go to her door and she tells me not to touch her truck or she'll call the cops on me. I asked her constantly for her name and her supervisor that's all I wanted and I was one feet from her truck and she took off she could have ran me over.
However I do have her license plate and when I took the picture she yelled out GOOD!
GDN 265
I did not know it was illegal to know her name or supervisors number.
I strongly feel like she is a rasist I did nothing to her. I do not want her to ever come to my house again not even my drive way the way she threatend me and caused me danger while she laughed.

UPS 5 amazon orders

I was in my home tonight when UPS evidently came and left a large bin out front with a note to put the packages in the bin. There were 3 orders They left a note saying delivery attempted. No dignatures were required, they didn't knock, but it was raining sio I have to assume that they didn't feel like unloading the truck in the rain. The remaining three orders due today were listed as THE DELIVERY WILL BE LATE with no explanation on tracking.

UPS treatment of employees and customers

The manager Steve at UPS Croydon is an ignorant nasty belligerent thug that takes joy in slandering and belittling the workers.
An arrogant narcissistic thug with a disgusting dishonest personality. He made a disgusting false accusation against me because I went to HQ to get my wages. He said that I threw a diad at a customer. This is the device used to scan and electronically sign the parcel. If this had occurred don't you thing it woud have been reported.
UPS UK should be ashamed of itself appointing someone like him as a manager. Morale is down amongst workers.
He gets upset and nasty if you contact HQ Feltham about missing wages or others dishonest behaviors.

100% of my dealings delivering parcels for UPD were pleasant.

Complete lack of integrity.

We are going to court soon. I will tell the magistrates everything. including the lies and nasty name calling from the supervisor Joseph and HR girl Mahaela. They said I wan't entitled to the hours I worked. The HR girl from HQ Feltham sorted it out for me and apologised for the way I was teated
This company needs to be exposed and I did something for revenge to get all this out in the open. I took the risk of getting myself arrested and charged to get my story to the law of the land.

I am willing to take the punishment to get my story across and the behaviour of this awful company. I will also be going to the press.

I am charged with criminal damage towards UPS Croydon London UK. It all began when my wages were 10 hours short. Ioseoh -supervisor and Mahaela HR said my wages were correct and was not going to be paid anymore.
I contacted HQ Feltham. Head of HR was very helpful and got me my wages. She said I sill have my position if I wish to carry on but I knew it was now a toxic working environment. I figured it was time to quit as the drivers were saying that they were holding a meeting and I would be dismissed.
I went to the depot to discuss this with Steve (I think he is the manager with a Spanish surname). He said 'You threw a diad at a customer'. I became defensive and another manager came between the 2 of us as Steve became confrontational.
I do not know why he would fabricate such a horrible event which never took place. Was it because I went over his head and contacted UPS HQ. While I was talking to the older manager Steve called the police and I was told to leave or I would be arrested for trespassing. I could not understand why the company I was working for was treating me with such lies and hostility.

I was so upset and furious I purchased an icepick on Amazon and went to the depot and punctured some tyres. I then handed myself into Wimbledon police station. I have been charged with criminal damage and carrying a weapon. I am going to court. Fair enough, that is the law and I broke it.

I am hampered in my thinking as to why these events came about. I was happy working for UPS. All deliveries were carried out in a pleasant manner. There were no hostile confrontations and I certainly did not throw a diad at a customer. Don't you think this would have been reported.
You can't accuse people of such horrible behaviour without good reason. It is not nice and very antagonising and upsetting. This provocation is very sub standard behaviour from a manager of the largest parcel company in the world. It dose not make sense. I was happy to work as a drivers helper until 21 December and there was even a mention of a full time position. At the very least it would have been a reference to add to my CV and seasonal worker on my CV with a huge international company.

Even though I did a very bad thing out of frustration which I deeply regret, I feel like I got no support from senior management when I was crying out for help. I sent numerous emails. Disgusting behaviour and a disgusting smug man as a manager.

UPS delivery

Yesterday 12/14/2018 at 6:15 PM we were notified that a parcel was delivered by UPS. There was nothing on the porch, we were home at the time. This morning while driving out I noticed a parcel laying in the rain beside our driveway nearly in the main road. We have a half mile driveway in good condition and UPS has been delivering to our porch for five years. Please address this. Picture of label attached. Why weren't we told the package was at the street? Why wasn't it simply redelivered another day?

UPS mysterious disappearance of a trackable package by ups

My daughter has been tracking a package through the UPS system for days that has mysteriously disappeared without a trace. Considering all of the wonderful technological advances with confirmations, all the customer service representative could say is to contact the sender (who paid our company to deliver your merchandise funded by your shipping fee) and promptly hung up. This is unacceptable on so many levels. Thankfully, the package did not contain life saving medication. Because, I am not the only person experiencing the same situation this week, are they trustworthy? You make your own judgement, but based on my experience with the two different customer service representatives and their lack of ability to locate a trackable package, I would never use UPS again. Unfortunately, in this case my daughter wasn't the sender and not given the choice. It interesting that UPS seems to be having an influx of similar complaints of missing merchandise. I will leave it at that.

UPS package truck driver

On Tuesday, December 11 at 12:20pm, the package truck driver barreled into our parking lot, tearing through our grassy pavers. He avoided the driveway almost completely. This is a safety issue for him, as the ground was highly saturated and he could have tipped his truck driving the way he did; it tore up a few of our pavers in the grass area. Please address this and ask your drivers to stay on the driveway. This has NEVER happened before. We understand that with the holidays upon us, that they are busier than usual, but there is no reason to destroy property or put anyone in harms way to get to the delivery area. Thank you.

UPS a ups driver

On 12/10 around 6:20p, I was on the entrance of 85 south on Freedom Parkway. A ups driver with the license plate WZR853 tapped my right driver side mirror. Fortunately, it folds and that was the extent of it. However, the driver felt that it was necessary to bully his onto the on ramp to get in front of my car. I was clearly already in front and trying to merge. It was apparent that he was in a rush. Once we both got on 20 w, he sped up and took off, proving that he was trying to get to his destination in a rush. This was clearly unacceptable. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Victoria Poythress

UPS lost package

I bought an item through eBay from another country. 2 Fridays ago, UPS promised to have my package delivered by the following Monday. On Monday, I received a SMS because I signed up for their SMS notification, and it told me it would be delivered by Tuesday. By Tuesday, I received another notification that it would be delivered by Thursday. So I decided to email them Tuesday night to see what's holding up my package, no response. Then, I received another notification on Wednesday and told me package would be delivered by the end of Thursday. So I got a little worried, decided to call them and find out to see what's up, the phone rep told me it would be delivered that day, which was Wednesday. After 5 mins, I checked my email and the response was the same. So I waited... Nothing showed up even at 9PM that night. Today is Monday, December 10, 2018, of course my package is still not delivered and I got a phone call from UPS told me that they were not able to locate my package and told me to ask the seller to file a claim... The problem is, the seller is in South Africa, when he shipped the item, it went through Aramex and then transported to UPS, and UPS lost my package.
How does UPS really do business with their customers/consumers, I have no idea? I URGE sellers avoid using UPS if you want to make sure your package gets delivered safely. Because I am not the only person that is experiencing loss packages, another person from my work is experiencing the same thing. Are they trustworthy? You make your own judgement, but based on the trend/my experience, I would never ever use UPS in my life. In this case, I didn't have a choice because I wasn't the shipper. They are ridiculously unreliable because I seldom receive packages shipped through UPS, and this time is just once out of the blue moon and my item is shipped through UPS, and it's gone missing.
