UPS one of your reckless uk delivery drivers

This driver is driving like he got get home for breakfast and in so many words if I see him drive down my street like this again doing at least 30 mph in our neighbourhood that is set to 10mph cause of children playing in street between parked cars also my children play out there on this accasion they are at school but as I said if I see him drive like this again down my street he wont be going no further on his day delivery cause I will knife every tyre on the van as he doing his drop so he dont end up knocking someone child over and possibly give him one in the jaw for being a recless [censor]

UPS delivery not received, extra charges, delivery damaged on viewing

I think it's better to describe it step by step. My goal was to deliver my personal things from Berlin to Belgrade.

1. I paid the delivery from Berlin to Belgrade. My six parcels were picked up by UPS and sent from Berlin. The following day when I had to be ready to leave Berlin all my parcels were brought back, the reason was that the driver didn't collect the invoice when the pick up took place. As a result, my stuff was in Berlin, I wasn't given the money back and I had to take my plane.

2. I paid again (extra 600 something euros, new delivery ID is 1ZP984DT0400015418) and asked my friends to send my boxes and make sure driver has the required invoices. The driver didn't show up. I had to make a call to support and ask to arrange the pickup, it happened a day later.

3. My stuff arrived to Belgrade. After a long delay I was contacted by UPS Serbia and asked to provide some documents, some of which didn't make sense (residence permit and return ticket). I got stay permit from police and sent other documents. After delay they asked me to refill invoices. After a few iterations (I have correspondence saved), when I asked for template or assistance, I finally managed to make up an invoice that satisfied them.

4. But after that they asked me to go to their office and count my cloth. I did spend half a day on the way there and back and counting my things. The problem on this side was that 2 out of 6 boxes were heavily damaged. One was not the one I was sending in the first place (I was told that it was damaged and they had to replace it) with my things rearranged. And the second one was wet, with a hole in one corner and small things falling out from it. When I opened it I could say for sure that something was lost on the way. I pointed that out and a guy at the warehouse "fixed" it with duct tape.

5. The delivery date on second shipment documents is 14th February, now it is 7th of March. And I still didn't have my delivery! I contacted UPS Serbia twice yesterday to ask what was causing the delay again and got no reply. I sent a message to UPS Germany and still waiting for response.

6. And a cherry on a cake, I was charged with extra 1100 euros with no explanation (I have my bank account details).

So all in all, the delivery that I'm still waiting for cost me more that 2k, my packages are damaged (likely something is missing) and they are not yet delivered.

UPS service

I scheduled a package pickup yesterday, 3/6/2018. It's just a small package but due to certain circumstances, I can't drop it off at one of their location. When the driver saw how small the package was, he told me with an angry tone and attitude to just drop it off at their office next time.

What's the point of their package pickup service if they will just complain how small, or big, a package is. Very unprofessional. This is why I hate using UPS.

UPS ups delivery attempt while I was home in my driveway.

Was in my driveway under my car changing the oil. Delivery was for my medication from the VA. Driver pulled up to front of my house and went to front door and left note. When I heard driver close door of truck I got out from under car and walked up driveway. Driver pulled down street past me and turned around in cul-de-sac. He looked at me as he drove past me again, standing in my driveway. I immediately called customer service who told me dispatch would call me back especially because of the urgency for my meds. After a second call to customer service dispatch finally contacted me and in so many words said"the driver said he didn't see you... oh well, too bad". This is not the first time I have had issues with UPS and my medication delivery and horrible customer service.

UPS driver drove over the lawn section of my yard directly over my main irrigation line.

At about 2:00 PM, 3/3/2018, a driver that was attempting a short cut thru my driveway, drove over my lawn after our rain storm and dug deep into the ground. This occurred at a spot that is directly in over my main irrigation line that goes to half dozen zones. I strongly suspect that because of the weight of the truck, it most likely damaged the PVC line. Unfortunately, I will not know until I fill my irrigation line in April or May. I want to put a claim in now for possible damage to my system and to pay for the repair of the lawn itself. The cost is unknown right now though I can get an estimate of the possible damages.

UPS delivery time

#[protected]...We are a flooring company and need this product by 3/2 or 3/3
at the latest. Our fault for not knowing the timeline, our distributors fault for
not knowing or explaining it, your fault for routing it to Atlanta instead of
coming straight down I-10 to Jacksonville. Now we are being held hostage for $700 to $800 to expedite the shipment.If you can make it for the extra money
you should be able to deliver free.

UPS delivery

I received a package today. I was home the entire time and no one ever came to the door or knocked. They left it by my garage door in a pile of snow and when my husband found it it was soaking wet. I've always thought of UPS as having a lot better customer service than that. I don't think it's too much to ask to walk down my sidewalk and place my package at my front door.

UPS no up to date scanning

My complaint is that Kenora/keewatin Ontario is a UPS delivery dead zone not enough staff to cover this large area.
My package arrived in town on February 22nd and has had no scanning on it since the website just keeps telling me Delivery is scheduled for today buy the end of day today is the 27th so my package has been in town for 5 days and still has not been delivered and there is no Ups store to pick it up or other agent to pick it up from.
I worked as a courier for 13 years and realize the challenges of this area but come on 5 days to still not get my delivery from the warehouse on the other side of town.
Tomorrow I will go down to the warehouse to see if I can find my package or at least leave them a note to see if i cab get some one to give me a call.
I called the ups customer service line and they told me to get hold if the shipper so they could get the ball rolling and find out what happened to my package... Its a small town its just faster if I track it down my self.

UPS ups driver

I didn't get his plates cause my husband was on his way to work but he delivered a Package and parked right at the stop sign on Isabelle Racine, WI and we could not see the cars coming from other direction good thing there it wasn't busy. He was blonde and tall wears glasses he saw us and still proceed outside of the truck. We had to go around him and right threw the next street cause he was parked right at the stop sign.

UPS delivery

I wasnt home when the package was delivered but when I arrived back home I found my package in an empty flower bed instead of my porch. When I opened the package, there were bugs from the flowerbed crawling all over the contents of my package, which contained clothes and shoes along with other items. There was plenty of empty space on my porch for the package, so why it wasn't placed on my porch, I have no idea.

UPS three times in january 2018 driver(s) have trenched my yard

January 2018
Yard has been trenched three times. I have spoken to the following people with the Stafford TX office and have been told numerous times I will be called back and no one does now. Two weeks ago Trey stated the insurance company will be calling me to get the yard repaired. This is my last step before turning this over to my attorney.

I believe the last time the yard was trenched was out of retaliation for complaining to Chris twice before. Driver stated the first time he drove around the driveway but the limb hangs too low and has not been damaged. He has since changed his statement according to Trey. I have bought dirt twice before to repair the large trench and replaced the sprinkler head.

UPS not delivering item and now I am out of pocket $2,500

I am at my wits end and trying all avenues for support now.

I purchased an electric skateboard from the USA, prior to making the purchase I emailed UPS and confirmed the item with the said battery can be shipped, at the end of the post is the reply from UPS.

Only after receiving this confirmation did I go ahead and purchase the item, with the following costs, hence why I can't just let it go.

- Cost of the board: $1, 750
- UPS Shipping Cost: $825

The item was shipped from the USA and when it got to Koeln Germany was flagged as a hazardous item, UPS is now distancing themselves from the issue and pretty much provided me with the option of someone needs to collect it in Germany.

How and where do I go to either get the item in some way shipped to South Africa or recover my costs from UPS?

As I said they are really not helpful at all at this point.

Shipments of Lithium Metal Batteries are prohibited on Emirates Airlines flights which UPS uses to this destination country.
Alternative arrangements are in place, but expect transit delays if the normal planned flow of the package is via Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Time in Transit may be extended due to solution found.

UPS delivery driver

I would like to complain about my UPS delivery driver. I am assuming I have been assigned a new driver, because this problem started occurring over the last 4 months. My address is 7318 Orien Ave., La Mesa, CA 91941. The most recent event happened Saturday, February 17 at 10:38 am (tracking # TBA759941799000). My front door is located on the side of my house. The UPS delivery driver is now leaving my packages at the beginning of my walkway where all packages can be seen from the street. If he or she would walk 10 more steps, the package would be left by my front door which CAN NOT be seen from the street. I have lived at this address for 5 years and never had this problem where the driver is too lazy to walk to the front door. The packages are literally being left in the middle of the walkway near the street and not at my front door. We have been experiencing thefts in our neighborhood where people are checking for packages and stealing them. By leaving my packages on the walkway your driver is putting us more at risk. UPS a ups driver

On 2/16/2018 at approximately 2:40-50 pm this driver of a USP truck ran the STOP sign on Lowry/Oliver No. ( north minneapolis, SB ) going toward Northeast Minneapolis, and almost caused a very serious accident I was only able to one number off truck because even after making the illegal turn he was driving recklessly, the truck # is 859532, white thin male, there were other witnesses also.

You're driver need to pay more attention to the signs.

UPS store pickup

I visited 101 Union drive UPS store at LSU today at 1 pm after receiving an email from UPS in the morning that my package is ready for pickup. When I went there the staff available said it's with them but they have not checked it in yet and they have 100 more package to check in before that, so they asked me to visit their store again after an hour or so. My question is if I cannot get my packag in the first place, why did UPS send me notification saying it's ready for me to pick it up?

UPS driver

In Virginia Beach Va delivering to 621 Lynnhaven Parkwayon February 22, 2018. Driver pulled in to front parking lot and blocked several parking spaces where vehicles were parked. When asked to move because he was blocking people trying to exit he refused to move the vehicle and responded with foul language. The driver started to cuss and did not want to let the cars exit from the parking spaces until he completed the delivery.

UPS ups driver extremely rude and parks in handicap spots

Coming back to my apartment complex, Skyvue in Lansing, MI, I noticed a ups driver had parked in the handicap spot illegally. I just had hip surgery and have a registered handicap placard. I asked the driver to move, she simply ignored me. As i found a spot and walked over, she asked if i was speaking to her. I was blatant that she had already begun the day off poorly and was taking it out on me. She followed me inside and kept asking me/denying that I had surgery and refused to move her car. She continued to be rude and follow me upstairs to where I complained to management. I HAVE HAD 8 BACK SURGERIES IN THE PAST 7 YEARS. ITS A TOUCHY SUBJECT! It's terrible that you would have a driver like that. I want discipline and an apology from the driver; I am shocked UPS would employ somebody like this. I highly suggest removing the driver from her position as it seems she must have some sort of medical degree to tell me where or where not to park. Besides the point, it's illegal and some people really need the spots to function. License plate: BA29081, she was a middle aged woman.

UPS speeding driver

I live on 1121 Rd on Deepwater, Mo. It is a gravel road that is surounded by timber. Today at 5:30 I watched the driver go down my road much faster than would be considered safe. There are lots of animals along this road, both pets and wild deer. There are also young children present at various times. While I can't say for sure just how fast he was going my guess would be better than 40 mph. The speed limit is 25. I would hate to see someone's pet get hit or even worse a child. I really don't want to get anyone in trouble but speeding on a gravel road like this is really nota smart thing to do.

UPS unauthorized credit card charges

On January 31, 2018 I had UPS to ship back a bumper to Parts Geek, LLC, 1700 Parker Drive, Charlotte, NC 29208 from the UPS Sallisaw, OK location. I gave them my credit card information and a charge of $44.27 was authorized on Tracking number K219 917 3323 which came out of my account on February 12, 2018. Then an additional unauthorized charge of $139.55 was deducted from my account on the same day on the following number UPS*ADJ0023061681068181. You should not be able to charge extra and deduct it from my account without my authorization. I want this amount put back into my account. The bumper was shipped under my dads name which is Roger Bloxham @ 40975 E. CR 1240, Keota, Ok 74941. The credit card is under my name which is Chelsea Bloxham at the same address. The cost to ship back in no way should have amounted to $183.82.
