delivery driver attitude
Today, February 15 a UPS driver came to our office in Sacramento to drop off packages. He rang our bell, but waited only 5 or 6 seconds before turning and walking away. I could see him as I walked toward the door, which takes me about 10 seconds to get to. I asked why he didn't wait more than 5 seconds as it takes me 10 to get to the door to which he replied, I'm glad you can count. He then handed me the scanner to sign and when I didn't return it immediately he said that he would call the cops. I then asked him his name to which he replied that it didn't matter. I am appalled at the attitude of this driver. This is not the kind of individual I would want representing my company.

rude irresponsible driver
today, 2/14/2018 we had a driver who was extremely rude. i unfortunately did not get his name or badge number as he did not come into the store again after our first interaction. The driver refused to bring our boxes down one floor into the stores receiving are. He left them in the elevator, which is also used for the public. When asked to take them in to the store, he said he would not make several trips down the elevator.

What is your question or comment? I need to talk with a supervisor that is high enough to escalate problems not just manage them. This is not your average lost or damaged problem. Your driver carried a package designed by you and your safety lift plan to be carried by a hand cart. He did not use one. He admitted to dropping it at my front door a package that weighed 113lbs on the concrete. Broke the box and one of a kind content to pieces. he said he was sorry. it is my package, your on my property. get in touch with me.

It has been 3 or 4 times that the driver never tried to contact you when the package needs to be signed. He didn't even bring the package down the truck but simply left a note told you he would try the next day, the only way you want to get your package is waiting downstairs for hours or drive for half an hour to pick it up. This time, he didn't even left a note telling me where I can pick it up.
I'll keep complaining once I get his identity.
undelivered package
On Dec 14th, 2017 sent package to my Air Force son and family a Christmas present per UPS to Colorado Springs, CO from Duluth, MN. I admit I gave old address. Nothing heard from UPS until week of Jan 7th, 2018 to my son that they had a package for them that had wrong address. UPS took his right address and said they would be contacted. No further contact came from UPS. On Jan 19th I was contacted from Pack and Mail in Duluth MN that it had been returned to them. (place I had sent it from originally) And that I would have to resend it at my expense again.
Cannot understand why when it was in Colorado and were given the new address they sent it all the way back to Minnesota instead. More cost to you and me. Could have just redelivered it. Unbelievable!
By the time this package got there of course the birdfeeder I sent had some damage.
Funny but packages I sent by FedEx to grandchildren had wrong address also but FedEx got them delivered without any problem.
Will not use UPS again. But you probably don't care due to the size of your company and I am just one customer. FedEx or USPS will get my business from now on.
careless ups driver
on 02/08/2018 at approximately 7:35 am I was nearly hit in a crosswalk by a UPS driver turning against a red light. Several other cars at the intersection honked their horn at the driver and he did not even slow to acknowledge that he'd done wrong. I followed the truck and tried to get his attention but he wouldn't turn. I understand being in a hurry, I understand deadlines, but I was very nearly hit and your driver was either entirely ignorant or cared so little that he ignored two other cars and me to speed away.

On Feb 7 at approximately 130 pm your driver was attempting to deliver a package to 7380 Afton Road at Woodbury Lutheran church. He was driving recklessly in our parking lot and while driving in a circle did not look to see if he was cutting any one off or if any one was coming from his left. I honked my horn to let him know I was there, he opened his vehicle door and yelled at me. Then he decided to take up two lanes of the exit so I could not get buy him and opened his door again and yelled some more. Honestly, he acted like a [censor] and was in no way even close to being a good representative of your organization. I work at the church and don't want him back here.

On 2/6/18 around 5: 45 pm I exit on 233rd and I waited for the red light, the driver was driving very fast he didn't even wait for the green light, he almost hit my car I had to stop to let him go. I'm sure I'm not the 1st person that complain for that driver, he should not be on the road he is a reckless driver
unethical behaviour
It's been a nightmare with UPS shipping. UPS customer service advised me I had to go to the UPS office in Mississauga Ontario and clear the customs upon which the boxes will be available. At the facility they advised me that the boxes won't be available until after 6pm. At 6pm I called UPS customer service and they said the boxes are ready for pickup. However when I went to facility again the boxes weren't there and they closed at 7pm. I rang UPS customer service and explained the situation and told them to change the delivery address to Waterloo Ontario address as they won't be delivering untll Monday and we were leaving Brampton on Saturday. They have now left the boxes outside at the door at Brampton address without my permission. No one is at the Brampton address for 2 weeks now so can assume the boxes are missing. Spoke to UPS customer service now. I got in touch with a "supervisor' who said they aren't willing to do anything to rectify it. The Supervisor advised me its UPS policy to leave packages outside if the driver feels its safe. I asked the supervisor for her name so I can file a formal compliant. She would not disclose are name and hung up the phone. Very unethical behaviour and worst customer service. Did not expect this from a company like UPS. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Please contact me for videos of your driver passing in a no passing zone, holding up interstate traffic for miles. It took him so long to pass another truck that I had to break it up into two videos. Both videos show the driver doing less than the posted car speed on I65 South and he chose to illegally hold up traffic for over three miles while taking his time passing another truck driver, beginning at mile marker 31. Ironically, 50 yards after passing signage indicating that no trucks are to be in the left lane, your driver chose to cut over, narrowly in front of faster moving cars to pass the other truck driver. We figured we would check with you on handling it first, before turning it over to the state police. We weren't able to upload the videos while driving due to the length.

rogue driver - not showing up to pick up my package
My name is Michelle Pitts and I live in Santa Ana, CA. I had requested a pick up On-line and received tracking #1Z3764A77803529917. It instructed me that someone will be picking up my package at my house. The pick up was set for Tuesday, and NO ONE showed up. I tried to be proactive and see if i can have the driver at my office take the package with him the following day. Unfortunately, he can't. The Anaheim location had to print out the label. I went on line again to track the status. Per comments in the system, "driver came by 2x and that no one was home." This was a lie. I NEVER saw a notice on my front door that someone came by. My mom was home. I called the 800 #, they were nice, told me that they will need to escalate the situation to a manager and someone will call me in an hour. Debbie called, apologized. She printed out the label and will instruct the driver NOT to report that he's been at the location when he has not. Something to do with if it's the 3rd time, they will cancel the tracking and I have to do this all over again. She said someone was going to be there Monday. I said that my mother will be home around 1 since she has a doctors appt that day. She said it's not problem. She will instruct the driver. NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN! Debbie called me on 1/30, apologized. Said she will send the driver out that night, NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN! I followed up yesterday regarding my escalated situation! Debbie called back and said that it's because of the complex gate - Ok, I'll bite. She said she will send the driver back out and that he has my number to call me. NO ONE SHOWED UP AND NO PHONE CALLS! I called the 800 # again tonight, Joseph was very helpful but was overshadowed by the poor service and LIES THAT I'VE BEEN GIVEN. I asked how many times do I have to do this; call to have my package picked up? Should be one he said. I said wrong, try again. my package not being held
My name is Niatisha Bost. I had two packages delivered through UPS. I wasn't home went the packages arrived at my home, so came to the customer center in Highland Hills where the package was being delivered from. I told them just to hold both packages to the next business day and I will pick them up. When I arrived at the customer center they only had one of my packages and not both. The were about to sent the other package out for delivery. Why I don't know. The agent that was in the location told me it was on the truck and they could find it. I've lived in the same place for 26 years. For the past year every single package I get is being delivered to my neighbors house. Even ones that are suppose to be signature required. They're just being left on their front porch and most of the time they are out of town for work. I am now doing medical treatments at home for kidney failure and my medications are being shipped directly to my house, this driver again, delivered my medications yesterday to my neighbors house, they were out of town. It was liquid and in vials. The product was on their porch all night and it froze and busted. Now the company has to send me more and I'm totally out until it gets here. He should lose his job. This isn't a one time mistake this happens every single time and I've even spoke to him directly and made him aware that it is mostly medical supplies and is very important. Still occurring.

Driver Eric Cole in Kansas cit, y Missouri is the most miserable, rude, and bigoted person I've about ever dealt with. Customers shouldn't have to put up with this individuals poor attitude, and poor service. I have to deal with this sad excuse for a driver on an almost daily basis. Our Driver is [name removed]. He is dropping our packages off outside the building on the ground even when the door is open. He is very rude. He'll bang on the side door if it is not open. He is also throwing the packages and the items are getting damaged. Today, we left the cart outside empty for him to put the packages on it.
