Hello,
I am writing to you about an experience I had at your store in Temescal valley ca.
I needed a floral arrangement and knowing that Vons has good floral departments I stopped at your store at 11800 De Palma rd. to get a nice floral arrangement. I walked in, picked out what I wanted and went to the floral counter. I saw 2 people blowing up balloons and the produce clerk that was back there asked me if I needed help. I said "Yes, I need a box for my arrangement and I need to be rung up please" He found me a box and I said "can she ring me up?" He said "No, we are busy doing balloons"
Imagine my shock when he said this. I walked up front to the self checkout and the very nice woman (short hair, with glasses) helped me ring up my item since the tag was wrinkled. She noticed I wasn't happy and asked if everything was alright. I said no and proceeded to tell her what they said in floral. She was shocked and apologized. I said thank you and told her how much I missed the customer service program.

Vons - Cashier / employee at de Palma road in Corona ,ca
I went to Von’s today at 1:45 pm I had a $5.00coupon on my phone that was expiring I bought a family pack of chicken breast when tried to redeem the coupon at the register Kathy who was the cashier accused me of using that coupon before and she even continued she remembers me using it when I said maybe I should enter the Von’s card number again perhaps I entered a wrong number she replied she has customers waiting and she let me re run my Von’s number again which worked this time I am offended by how I was treated by this employee this was a very embarrassing experience for me
Desired outcome: Would like this employee to know customers are valuable and should be treated with respect
