I bought a ticket with eDreams that included a layover. I received the boarding pass for the first leg but not the second one, and I was informed that I might receive it up to 8 hours before the flight.
On my way to the airport, I called the second airline. After waiting for 15 minutes, they confirmed that they had no record of a passenger with my details from eDreams and mentioned that this problem was common.
I contacted eDreams customer service, and they falsely told me that the airline had changed the flight and that they couldn’t do anything about it. They completely washed their hands of the situation, leaving me without a solution and showing a total lack of consideration for the customer.
I had to buy a new ticket directly from the airline’s website, paying a high price.
I do not recommend this platform at all. They do not care about the customer and do not offer solutions in critical moments. Calling it unfortunate is an understatement.
Recommendation: DO NOT use eDreams
