Valor Home, LLC is a top-notch company that gave us exceptional service all the way through
Valor Home, LLC is a top-notch company that gave us exceptional service all the way through. We really liked how they did a virtual estimate for us. The crew that did the installation did an outstanding job and they were always there to address any questions or worries we had during the whole thing. The end results were truly mind-blowing. As veterans ourselves, we also really appreciate the way Valor runs their business.
Valor Home, LLC did a new roof on my house right before the tough winter
Valor Home, LLC did a new roof on my house right before the tough winter. Valor Home is really easy to work with, and they finished the job in just one day. I highly suggest them for your next project. Valor went above and beyond what I expected, and the new roof looks amazing! I suggest Valor Home!
I think Valor Home does a good job, but what about the cost?
I think Valor Home does a good job, but what about the cost? I reached out to them for a quote on my roof that got damaged by hail. Their guy came over, took a quick walk around our house (felt like it lasted only a few seconds), and then came inside to talk. The things he said made me feel like I was at a used car dealership. They gave us a quote for over $25K for our roof, but then showed us a price of $17K to make us feel better. While my wife and I were discussing it, their rep went out to their car "to talk to their corporate side" and see if they could get a better deal on materials. When he came back, he said they could do it for "today only" for $13.5K... We told them we still needed two more estimates. He didn't leave us with his messy estimate and said we would get one via email (which we still haven't received). A couple of days later, we got an estimate from a local roofer who offered pretty much the same thing as Valor but for $4K less. In my humble opinion, don't go to these guys for anything. They are way too expensive. Their sales team really knows how to trick you. I'm sure they do good work, but honestly, they charge way too much.
Valor Roofing, RenVision, whatever they call themselves, you can't trust 'em
Valor Roofing, RenVision, whatever they call themselves, you can't trust 'em. My experience with 'em has been nothin' but lies, ignorance, and now they're comin' after me. They made me think I could cancel the contract within eight days, but I canceled in just four. Then, outta nowhere, I get a notice from GreenSky Loans sayin' I owe 'em over $3400, all thanks to RenVision/Valor Roofing. I ain't takin' that lying down, though. I've fought back and disputed the charge 'cause I canceled within the contract limits. This company lets their salespeople deceive customers just to close a deal. Van ***, the salesman, told me I had to sign the contract that very day or I'd lose out on the offer. I wasn't too keen on signin' 'cause I still had another estimate the next day. But he assured me that if I found a better deal, I could cancel. He even showed me the cancellation notice, and I signed it along with the contract. Lo and behold, the next day I got an even better deal. I kept all the paperwork to prove it. But now RenVision/Valor is tryin' to make me pay for the roof materials as some kinda revenge. This is just Valor's way of gettin' back at me. Don't trust Valor or their salespeople, folks. I'm takin' this matter to the States Attorney, too.
If you're thinkin' 'bout Valor Homes replacin' yer roof, ya makin' a big mistake, trust me
If you're thinkin' 'bout Valor Homes replacin' yer roof, ya makin' a big mistake, trust me. They say they help disabled veterans with free roofs, but they takin' advantage of the rest of us. I'm a retired 25-year disabled veteran, and they charged me a whopping $28,000 to put a roof on my 1650 square foot rancher home. Ya better shop 'round, learn from my mistake! They promised professional service that a veteran like me would appreciate. So what did I get for all that money? Good question. Within an hour of the crew showin' up, the crew supervisor was takin' a bathroom break in the back of my house. Mind ya, my neighbors got little kids playin' 'round there. When I complained to his boss, they said it was fine 'cause he goes outside to do his business, and I probably do too. Well, we ain't in the military no more, and it ain't right for ya to just pick a spot in my yard to relieve yerself, especially when ya don't know the area. One of the roofers even showed up wearin' canvas low top converse shoes and silky basketball shorts with a T-shirt. This young fella ended up fallin' off my roof and wreckin' my gutters. This whole accident coulda been avoided if he wore proper clothes. When I asked 'bout his attire, they said it met OSHA requirements. Look it up yerself and make yer own judgment. And to make matters worse, the work supervisor said he couldn't remove all the old roofin' materials 'cause he didn't have the right tools. If I wanted it done, I'd have to pay extra for twelve sheets of plywood on top of the $28,000. Can ya believe it? I was told the wood on my house was in perfect condition, but they couldn't remove all the old ice barrier and some old shingles. So I had to choose between payin' more or just roofin' over it. At that point, the rest of my roof was bare, so they just slapped on more shingles.

Valor Home, LLC recently completed a roof installation on my house
Valor Home, LLC recently completed a roof installation on my house. Unfortunately, they made an error with my gutters. When I informed the agent about my existing gutters, they assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and that they knew what they were doing. However, they ended up reinstalling the gutters incorrectly.
I reached out to the representative from Valor Home about this issue. He came to my house to inspect the gutter covers and informed me that they had mistakenly nailed down the material under the roof. This is not the correct way to install the covers, as they should not be nailed to the roof.
I contacted Renvision, the company responsible for the roof installation, and spoke to their Vice President, Jack P. To my disappointment, he informed me that they are not accountable for a product they didn't sell or install. Despite the fact that they made the mistake during the reinstallation of the gutters, they refused to rectify the error.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with the service provided by Valor Home, LLC. Their mishap with my gutters and their refusal to take responsibility for their mistake has left me disappointed. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing this company for their roofing needs.
We got a roof put in August
We got a roof put in August . The crew came out three times before they finally installed it because the person who assessed it and the crew leader didn't communicate well. After the roof was put in, we had to call for repairs twice because it started leaking. Now, in the past month, we've had another repair crew come out at least three times. They keep saying they fixed the roof and that there won't be any more leaks. But every time, I have to call the "get a quote line" because the main office isn't open. They always say someone will call me back, but I haven't gotten any calls, just emails with an appointment date for the repair. Now, my ceiling in the sunroom looks like it's gonna collapse, and there are water streaks on the inside walls where the sunroom meets the rest of the house. The crown molding is also damaged because it swelled up. They used GAF shingles, flashing, and stuff like that for the job.
Valor Roofing and Exteriors reached out to us regarding storm damage to our roof
Valor Roofing and Exteriors reached out to us regarding storm damage to our roof. They mentioned that the storm in May might have caused some damage in our area. After inspecting our roof, we discovered that indeed there was storm damage. On June 11, we signed a contract with them to have a new roof installed. The agreed price in the contract was $8,750, and we paid a deposit of $2,500 as our insurance deductible. We had to finance the remaining balance of $4,600.
Throughout the process, there were many confusing conversations and changes in the scope of work. Our insurance company ended up increasing the amount they would pay for the roof, which Valor is now expecting, along with our balance. As a result, the total cost for the roof is now $10,750.
We were informed about a referral program, and after referring two customers, we were initially told that we didn't qualify. Later, we were told that the program hadn't started yet. These inconsistent practices and poor communication have left us feeling misled at every step. Additionally, we have been overcharged by $2,000 and have not received the referral fees we were promised.
Overall, our experience with Valor Home, LLC has been disappointing. The lack of transparency and the failure to honor their own referral program has left us frustrated and dissatisfied. We hope that they can improve their business practices and provide better communication and clarity to their customers in the future.

2/28 - I hired Valor Home, LLC to put in a new roof
2/28 - I hired Valor Home, LLC to put in a new roof. They told me I had 7 business days to cancel if I wanted. The paperwork said we could cancel without any problems. 3/2 - I called Valor to let them know I wasn't sure if I wanted to go ahead with the contract. 3/3 - Even though I asked them not to do anything until they heard from me, a truck showed up at 8:00am with shingles. I called Valor and Chris said they did it because the installation was scheduled for Wednesday, 3/4. I told him again not to do anything else. 3/4 - I called Chris to tell him I was canceling. At first, he was nice, but then he started getting angry and yelling at me, saying my contract was important for their end-of-month numbers in February. I said sorry a few times and hung up. 3 - I got a letter from "***" (loan company) saying they couldn't approve the loan and gave 3 reasons. 3/25 - I talked to Chris from Valor. He said sorry and promised to let GS know and cancel the loan. Later, I found out he didn't tell them. 4 - Later in the month, I got papers congratulating me on the loan. I was confused, so I called GS and they said they added my husband to get the loan (I didn't ask for that). 4/20 - I called GS and talked to Jasmine. I explained what happened and she said a supervisor would call me back. I never got a call. I called again on 4/27 and they said Maria was handling it and would call me. 4/30 - Maria from GS called and said Valor was no longer in their program. She said she talked to them. She asked me to email a copy of the contract, so I did. She said Valor told her I didn't send them a copy of the cancellation notice. I mailed it to them on 3/5. From 2/28 to 4/30, I called Valor but they wouldn't answer or return my calls.
