I filed for unemployment on 9/16. I still have yet to receive any benefits. I'm told my employer has not yet responded to a severance date question. When you call the toll free number it tells you to got to the USER friendly website that bounces me back and forth between logging in and creating an account to changing my password, then tells me to call the toll free number.
If you call more than twice in a week, the call prompts say you exceeded the number of calls for a week and call again next week and hangs up on you! In who's world do they think that is acceptable? Especially when you get an email telling you they need and or have additional information about your claim. What are you supposed to do if you can't log into the site and you can't call? I can say when I have spoken to someone, they have always been professional and polite, but they never seem to be able to resolve the issue I am having with logging into the UUI direct link that is supposed to be so helpful and where they want people to go instead of calling.
The call prompts on that number are just stupid and reflect poorly on whoever is managing that agency.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response in getting my access to the UUI website resolved along with the issue with my claim with my previous employer resolved.
