December 16, 2023 I bought a tv, spent $481.94. They called while I was driving home to say they forgot to put the power cord back in the box and if I lived close by. No said, I live 120kms from Grande Prairie. I was told they would ship it yesterday. I called today December 17, 2023 was told it wasnt shipped that the post office was closed when they called. I said ship it Purolator then I asked for the manager. I asked if they had shipped it today and when could I expect it. The manager told me they havent gotten around to it. So I spent almost 500 dollars for a tv that I cant watch, guests will be here tomorrow for Christmas and no tv I said. He said nothing. So I asked him, this is how you treat your customers? What about satisfaction guaranteed? He responded that I could always bring it back. He didnt care one bit once he had my money. The salesman's name is Randeep Singh-Hom. I will not spend money at Visions Electronics again and I will make sure that people know how I was treated.
