regarding course
I did mic course from vlcc lajpat nagar. At the time of admission, Mrs Ambika mam committed to give slimming therapies as a complimentary course but it has been not covered yet. And cosmetic recipe, permanent perming demos also pending yet. They committed to give training whenever batch starts for these but till now no information. Kindly update me n cover my all pending topics as these are the parts of my course. Since last one year, I am waiting to start their batch. I visited centre also lot of time but they are not providing any information.

attitude of vlcc employees
I have purchased VLCC services for around Rs 35, 000/- in June 2016 from Gaur Gravity VLCC Centre in Ghaziabad. Then I purchased more services (weight loss plus Hair treatment) for Rs 15, 000/- in March 2017, by this time few of my earlier services were also remaining (un-availed) . I mentioned that i have to relocate soon, but i was assured that my remaining services will be transferred to new location without any issue. Within few days i shifted to Gurgaon from Noida. I called at the center many times after relocating informing them that my dad expired and i will avail services later, they assured me that whenever i will need i can avail services at gurgaon center. Now, i have connected with them around 15 times but everytime i had to repeat all my case any get no response saying that we need more time every time. Its been 3 months now. Please help. I have paid so much to VLCC, allow me to avail the services i have paid for.

I Kamal Kumar, I am registered in your Palam Vihar Sec -23 Branch ( )for weigh loss management. I joined your center with clear understanding/communication that I am in traveling job and will be traveling on regular basis.
Firstly, I joined in year 2013 for 10KG +10KG weight loss package, with 20 DUO and 20 therapies and 10 facial therapies. I was able complete only half of the package and then got a project and was forced to take long break of around two years. Then again I started back and got sessions for 2-3 weeks and then again went on project and came back in Nov-Dec-17.
This time I was asked to do more purchase as new Technology /Therapies are introduced, based on this commitment I did purchased new package of 20 KG's and started the sessions. I was hardly able to use 5% of the package I was told than this center is being closed and I have to visit the center in DLF Phase 1 which is around 18Kms from my residence. I clearly communicated to the center head /Manager that I will not be able to travel as I do not have that much of time that I spend 30-45 mins of travel time one side and requested for the return of the payment I made for this new package purchased and not used.
The center head informed on 29th Sep 18 that I will be receiving a call from VLCC to discuss and conclude but I didn't received any call, when I reminded her on 30th Sep she told that because it's a weekend the corporate office is closed so, I will get the call on Monday the 1st of Oct 18. Till date I didn't received any call.
I am not even asking for any payment of the old package.

I had joined Vlcc on July 2018 in sector 35 branch (Chandigarh) we took 2 packages : candle cupping and 10 kgs reduction. After 3 services of candle cupping my mom met with an accident and her spine bone is fractured. So dr suggest her for bed rest and I want to cancel my loan. I talked to Person of Bajaj Finserv and he said Vlcc give us confirmation because we already gave them amount. When I talked to Vlcc person she said nothing in my hands talk to Bajaj Finserv person. 2 packages cost 60, 000rs in cash we gave 13500rs and we paid 2 Emis. But now we want to cancel my loan if there is any remaining service cost I will pay but please close my loan because I am not using. I told Vlcc person at least cancel my mother's package other package I will continue she said this is not our policy. I know everything is possible and I know loan is also possible to cancel even I am not using service then why should I pay?

laser treatment service pending for transfer
I have paid for laser treatment sessions 6 in Mysore n I could complete only 2. While making payment I had informed that I would be relocating to Bangalore and they assured me that I could continue my sessions in Bangalore but now it is 4 months n I have not got any satisfactory answer from mysoreaswell as Bangalore VLCC every time I call or visit them. keratin treatment
This is regarding my recent keratin treatment at VLCC janakpuri centre, my hair still feels rough and dry. When I visited Salon, they informed me that since i have not used dryer my hair will be unmanageable. The hair looks fine only for 2 hours till the time dryer effect is there, post that the hair looks damaged again, not at all smooth and soft.
This is not my first keratin treatment, already got the same 4 times in 2 years span from Looks and Hair Master Punjabi Bagh. I m well versed with the treatment details and hair care.
I m really upset and disappointed since I have to get this treatment again from another Salon which will be double the cost to me.
I have simply wasted my money and Would never Recommend anyone since they don't value their customers and pathetic services.

We are the VLCC customer for a long time. But last time we visited your preet vihar centre, they told us that due to year end policy company will not redeem points. Yesterday we have visited the same centre to confirm our points and redemption policy. They informed that we have 600 points and we can to reedem full points if we want on a service which cost more than points we have.
So today we again visited there for hair cutting, eye brow and upper lips, Today they said that company have new policy that a customer can only redeem 50% points of there all points in one time. Also the receptionist there have no manners of talking. I ask you that every time we visited this centre they told that company policy is changed. Is it true that VLCC as big brand changes their policy so frequently...

cancellation for bridal package
Hi Team,
I have opted for Bridal makeup for the month of Sept'2018 as my wedding was in September. But unfortunately my grand father died and my marriage is now on hold at least for a year. And for the same I am moving to Punjab on 21st of this month. I have taken this bridal package on EMI basis through Bajaj finance. I requested VLCC to cancel my booking as I wont be able to avail the package now as I am really not sure what will be date next. I know it is difficult to take the discussion right away, but situation don't come as you want, If this was not happened I would have really used this package but the situation is really different. Now from past a week I am calling VLCC and sending them the mail for the cancellation. firstly the started taking the call round and round as VLCC says you need to speak to bajaj finserv and bajaj says they need the cancellation from VLCC. Now the things are going really messy and when I call VLCC every time the center head is not available to take the call. When I call Bajaj they say they just need the cheque from Vlcc and the cancellation. I have a confirmation mail from Bajaj Finserv stating there is no loan or EMI registered in my name. I have the mail copy with me. I am calling daily to VlCC but no response again. Now its really a tough time wherein I am not able to manage daily and call them again and agian beg them for the same. The ball is now in VLCC and Bajaj court directly. As I have informed them over the call that I am in Mumbai on till 21st May'2018 after that no one in the house will be there to address Bajaj people. As I wont be able to any EMI for some time as I wont be salaried.
Again I am requesting you to please cancel the same on urgent basis or else I am not available for any payment. And If I receive any person coming to my home asking for the payment I a straight away going to show the mail which I have receive from Bajaj for no loan against me. I sorry I going harsh but I don't have option as you people don't have the feeling called customer satisfaction.

Followed the instructions on the pack. When washed my skin looks burned. It's darker. It totally ruined my skin. What do I do? Called customer care and the response was poor. The customer care number from internet was told to me on dialing that they don't take complaints and provided another number. The other number a person attended and told me that it's lunch break and they won't take complaint now. My complaint was not taken.

I have taken a facial package of Rs.11000 of 6 sittings in VLCC, Ambari Branch, Guwahati. Till now, 2 sittings are over. The first sitting was satisfactory, but not up to the standard of the company. But, I really had a very bad experience in my 2nd sitting, as I didn't get the desired result. Moreover, the details of the package that is taken is not given to the clients, for which it becomes difficult for the clients to keep a track of the package. We are unaware and they do not make it clear to the clients as to what are the facials that comes under the packages. It would be helpful if the clients are given a receipt where it is clearly mentioned the facials and the duration. Usually, the facial timing is 90 minutes to 120 minutes as per my earlier experiences in VLCC or any other salon wherever I have visited. Whereas, the 2nd sitting that was given to me in VLCC, Ambari branch, took not more than 50 minutes. I was not at all satisfied as per the package and it is vividly shown that the employers working in VLCC, ambari branch doesn't feel necessary to provide satisfactory services after the full payment of the package. Because, now they know, no matter how is the service given to us, we 'll have to take the remaining sittings as the payment is already done.
I would like to mention one more point that it is the responsibility of the beautician to make the client feel relaxed and comfortable when the facial is going on. But in my visit to the 2nd sitting, the beautician was continuously bothering me throughout the facial time by insisting me to take another package whereas 4 sittings are already left in my package, not concentrating in her service. Had it not been a package, I could have discontinued to take VLCC service, but I am helpless as I have already paid for the package, for which they are taking advantage of my helplessness. My earlier experience of facial package in VLCC, ABC, G.S. Road, Guwahati was good. I could see good results after the facials were taken. I hope to get better results and services for the remaining sittings.

MS Aarti said she will call me in 1 to 2hrs. I waited for her call but she not called back. I told her I need immediate call back on Dr appointment. She said she will check with Dr schedule. Serious complaint-immediate action required
1. History and background
• my name is jayalakshmi srikumar and I am a client of vlcc alwarpet chennai since 2010.
• in 2010 I successfully underwent a weight loss programme and my respect for vlcc was very good.
• based on my experience in 2010, I again went through a weight loss programme in 2015. But I am sorry to say and put on record that I was burnt in my right waist due to excessive heat from the cello treatment. One shiela (Currently on rolls) provided the treatment. It was a very painful experience and it took me three weeks to heal during which time I could not take the cello treatment and therefore my treatment on the whole suffered. But I never took it up at that thinking it is alright because mistakes do happen. This is something that I regret now. I should have lodged a written complaint.
2. Current situation
I had decided never to have to do anything with vlcc when a marketing executive anu called me about the cool sculpting procedure at vlcc. She made umpteen calls so I decided to make a visit to the centre. Anu and bala were the ones who spoke to about the treatment. They never made an assessment of my tummy and said the procedure on the tummy would cost me rs 50000. I sais I want inch loss on the whole tummy area bottom, navel and upper tummy. They said they will do it.
On the 4th of september monday I went for the treatment. I got completely ready and laid down on the bed when bala said I had paid for only 1 probe and my tummy needs 4 probes.
I was totally shocked. This means 2 lakhs and I just do not have the resources. I am retired professor and went with the treatment for medical reasons.
This behaviour is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Why was not an initial assessment made? Why was I not told that I need 4 probes and the cost would work out to rs 2 lakhs? I was totally cheated and robbed. I asked for a refund immediately as I cannot afford the treatment. Bala then came with a solution that he would use two purple probes on my upper tummy. I would here like to bring to your notice that I have not lost even 0ne centimeter. It is a month. So the efficacy of the treatment is in doubt.
I then went on take the treatment for my arms and thighs.
I was then advised by bala to take weight loss session as it would speedup the metabolism and I get to see quick and reliable results. I agreed
I was further told before making the payment that there would be no pain absolutely. But I suffered from severe pain in my stomach for 3 weeks thereafter.
Once the pain subsided, I reported for my weight loss sessions. I went to the centre on 28th thursday at 11 a.M. I was told that is the time the centre opened on thursdays. I am sorry to say that none of the staff had come in at that time. I kept waiting till 11.30 when my counselor shibani came. Even after coming late she did not attend to me. The centre manager preeti came and told her that her face was tanned. On hearing it shibanai went away immediately to wash her face. On completion she and her colleague deepa started gossiping away in the corridor totally oblivious of my presence. They started my treatment only around 11.50 or so. I am a diabetic and I have to have my meals on time. But I could do so on that day and thereafter went in to low sugar and shivering.
I again went on saturday, the 1st of october. I was put on a machine which is a combination of tapping and cello. Radhika administered the treatment. Then heat was so much that I again am burnt in two places in my right hip. I am shocked by the apathy and carelessness. I am now in great pain.
I was further not given a diet chart as promised by my counselor shibani.
Now I cannot go ahead with the treatment because my wound has to heal. This would mean a minimum of 2 weeks. Now I do not have much time left for the 90 days to get over for the coolscultpting results. Now this is going to greatly impede the results of my treatment. I have paid rs 1.75 lakhs of hard earned accounted money. No black money. Now my whole treatment is jeopardized which means I loose all my hard earned money.
3. So here are my observations
• where is the professionalism in such a big brand as vlcc
• I trusted completely and invested rs 1.75 lakhs. What am I getting in return?
• bala is a physiotherapist. How is he qualified to do the coolsculpting?
• preethi is the centre manager and ignoring a client asks the counselor to go and wash her face keeping me waiting.
• shibani the counselor did not give me a diet chart
• what sort of professional people are you having on board?. Yours is a trusted brand
• the centre head sheeba natarajan is totally indifferent
This is very disappointing and unacceptable.
4. Here is what I want
I want complete refund of my money to the tune of rs 1.75 lakhs.
Can I have the support of more afflicted clients from the various centres to some serious action
This is so shocking to read. Did they take an action regarding your complaint? How careless can they be in the disguise of scientific treatments? I have had heard numerous stories about VLCC centers cheating clients, thankfully i have stayed away from them and never got caught up in this filthy trap. These Pseudo-untrained practitioners should straight off be punished for this carefree attitude towards people who are trusting them. Hope you have recovered by now though. Take care and do not be trapped ever again.

I joined slimming services in VLCC civil lines gurgaon branch pin-122001 on May13, 2017. I took a package of rs 38, 300 for reducing 10kgs. I asked for the bill but they postponed it for the next visit and kept on postponing. They never provided me the bill.
I suffer from severe medical conditions, for which I showed them the report as well and kept myself open regarding all my health issues. I was promised that I wil be provided with diet according to my medical conditions.
But from the very first day I joined the services my diet chart contained all the items I was allergic to. I complained against it continously but nothing happened.
The therapy I was provided, caused me a lot of pain and I continously complained about it.
So I decided to ask for refund after having a week of session. when I did so on May24, 2017 the staff, they were not ready to attend us, nor they were to listen to pur problem. Untimately after waiting for an hour in the waiting room, they attended us and misbehaved with us and abused us. I have also tried to contact with there customer support but here isn't any kind of response from them..
I request refund of the amount.

about fraudulent process of enrollment
I had joined vlcc institute for the beautician course under pmkv yojna.. During the enrollment process they took 1300 amount of fee nd they promised me to refund the total fee along with the certificate... After 2 months of course. But after the completion of my course of 3 months they had taken examination and declared me in the list of failure students... Even they themselves... Answered most of my questions during the exam. Now they told me that I am fail nd I can't the refund of my fees. Even I dont get the certificate of that course... That's totally a fraud process.. They made this fraud with 80% of the peoples... Who were training with me.
I hope u 'll soon take a action regarding this problem.
