यहां कभी भूल कर भी मत जाना ये बहुत बड़े फ्रॉड है चीटर है । उनका काम ही है कस्टमर को अपनी बातों से फ़साना ये full traind है customer फ़साने में specially Ms Tabassum rizvi. यह दावा करते हैं कि इनके प्रोडक्ट और services 100% रिजल्ट मिलता है पर ऐसा कुछ नहीं सब कुछ झूठ है फ्रॉड है । ये आपकी सेहत के साथ खिलवाड़ करते है और पैसे भी लूट लेते है।
मैंने vlcc का Facebook पर विज्ञापन देखा उसमें कुछ ऑफर्स थे इसे देखकर मैं बेटी के हेयरकट करवाने के लिए वहां गई उन्होंने उसके बालों में हल्का डैंड्रफ देख उसे एंटी डैंड्रफ ट्रीटमेंट लेने के लिए कहा जो की बहुत ही महंगा था पर उन्होंने मुझे अपनी बातों में फंसाकर100% रिजल्ट का दावा करके जबरदस्ती पैकेज दिलवाया जो 6 sittings में होना था पर अभी तक 5 sitting होने के बाद भी मेरी बेटी के बालों समस्या हल नहीं हुई उल्टा उसके बाल बहुत झड़ना शुरू हो गए रफ हो गए और डैमेज हो गए और पतले भी हो गए।
मुझे उन्होंने 10 sittings का Gylcea facial treatment का package दिया था जिसकी 3 sittings होने के बाद भी 1% भी फ़ायदा नही हुआ बल्कि treatment के बाद चेहरे पर छोटे छोटे दाने निकल आते थे जबकि मेने उन्हें बताया था कि मेरी skin sensetive है बाद में पता चला कि उनके पास वो प्रोडक्ट ही नहीं है जिसका package दिया गया था ।
मुझे slimming ट्रीटमेंट के 2 package और दिये थे जिसमें उन्होंने बिना वर्कऑउट ओर डाइटिंग के 100% 10 kg weight loss 80 days में होगा बताया। पर first सिटींग में ही समझ आ गया इनका झूट treatment के पहले weight नापते थे फ़िर ट्रीटमेंट के बाद यूरिन पास करने के बाद ही weight लेते थे और record करते थे जो कि 100g या 200g वजन कम हो जाता था जो किसी का भी बिना कुछ करे ही हो जाता हैं पर घर आने के बाद बढ़ जाता था मेरे पास भी घर मे weight machine है जिससे इनकी tricks का पता चला और मेरा वजन पहले से ज्यादा बढ़ भी गया है। ये सब services मेरे बजट से बाहर थीं फिर भी उन्होंने मेरे बार-बार मना करने पर भी जबरदस्ती कुछ पेमेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड से और कुछ पेमेंट Bajaj finance से करवाये क्योंकि उन्हें अपने प्रोडक्ट्स और सर्विस सेल करने की बहुत अच्छी ट्रेनिंग दी जाती है कस्टमर्स को psychological trick से सोचने का मौका नहीं देते और कस्टमर फस जाते हैं मगर ना तो इनकी सर्विस में और ना ही उनके प्रोडक्ट में कोई दम है सब बकवास है।

This was one of the worst experiences I have had. O had booked an appointment 5pm and arrived 15min late. At the reception the hair dresser allocated kept arguing that he shift will end at 6 and she cannot take a client. She told that I am late and she has to leave at 6pm. Somehow she agreed to do the service and frustrated she was very bad at washing my hair. The service was as booked for a hair spa with the gulf news voucher. After washing my hair and I was told the service was over and she left me to go home with wet hair and was told drying is not included. When I asked to atleast comb my hair and dry it a little I was give a comb and a dryer in my hand by Wafa. This was the most shocking experience of my life u have staff like Wafa working at Vlcc Dubai festival city branch then u are surely going to out of business. I . I would never recommend or will ever step into Vlcc ever again

no transparancy in billing even no fixed rate of any service. i hv taken 10kgs weight loss programe & paid 76100 n 57k for gold micro botox for 6 session (which is yet to start) but till date didnn't get any invoice. They demand full payment before treatment either they start or not . I have make the pay On 18 jun 2019 & it is 5 of jul but i didn't get proper invoice with service details which i have taken. No any rate list in centre ... i think vlcc as well as their Rep are making fool to their customers. if i hv paid for gst they should provide proper bill. Even you are going for threading, hair cut or any service u will have to pay the GST but without invoice... also want 2 say something about points counting if i hv 2368 point it should be count in rs. 2368 but VLCC count 1 point equal to 30 paise.. its robbery . i will never ever suggest any body to go for VLCC SERVICE...
prp and meso & slimming treatment
Iam a regular costumer of vlcc marina branch. I spent more then 10000 aed base on there doctor advice to get treatment for my face therapy. Everytime I go there for a section they advice me to take one more package. And after wasting so much money and time I got zero results. I went there and I complain and they said they will fix there mistake. And again same things happened. Hopefully I get a truly help this time by giving this complain away. Somebody should stop them because they just makes us fool and only take more and more money

vlcc gym at behala chowrasta kolkata, w.b.
In the morning session, one of the trainer strictly glued to only one member but he is reluctant to see others. When many members are present at the gym, that trainer is only pay attention to 3 to 4 particular members, associates of the special member, while he does not care about others . After reporting to the authority, they candidly made one of the member to a Personal training package in May. But the system continues. If the activities of this particular trainer is observed throughout his tenure in the CCTV footage then it will be crystal clear to you that something wrong is happening in the gym. And the management also does not care about it. They shake off their hands by making only one member to take Personal Training package. If the cctv footage is checked then it will be clear that the trainer is doing the same work after PT as he used to do with that member before PT. Thus it is clear signal of siphoning in respect of particular members depriving VLCC and also in other member's ete vlcc 's reputation is destroying.
Please go through the cctv footage before May and realise the truth. the trainer is Kalyan Dubey. I think he is backed by some authority in the centre. This trainer is habituated to help only some specific members, the reason known to the authority. If others member are doing exercise wrongly, ge does not care about it.
Due to the special attention of only 4 member in the morning session other members feel neglected and helpless.
So I request you to intervene in the matter and either stop this malpractice or engage more trainers in the gym
The authority of VLCC Chowrasta, Behala, W.B. branch assured me to pay 60% amount of any package and they will pay 40% from my cash back amount acquired from my earlier package. But in reality after paying Rs29500/- they give me a bill of Rs 33000/-. On requesting explanation they gave nothing. Will you ready to explain the process of cheating or else I will go to consumer court? The person of contact from vlcc chowrasta branch is Smt Kanchan Saha. She ake it a habit to give false promises in several cases. In my earlier package of Rs 7.7 lakh though promised, but I did not get any offer of Dubai Tour, nor I got 33% cash back. Will you explain the details in black and white or else I have to resort the course of Law

I have applied for a loan on 29 March but due to emergency at my home on the very next before loan approval I have informed an executive in VLCC RDC GHAZIABAD to cancel that loan on immediate basis. But they have not stopped or taken any action on my request result of which the loan has been approved and emi date is 2 may2019 . It being a month I am emailing and calling both Vlcc and Bajaj Finserv to cancel this loan but all are taking this for granted I have also informed them the reason to cancel one of my family member is hospitalised diagnosed with cancer for which we need to deposit big amount that's d reason on same day I informed them both Vlcc and Bajaj to cancel this loan on immediate basis I am not going to take any service...this is being 1 month and now I am going to raise this issue on social media about careless behaviour of VLCC in such emergency even Bajaj Finserv is ready to cancel by getting a loan cancellation letter from VLCC.

I recently had an appointment on 22:04/2019. Because I did not receive any confirmation or update call, I myself called the center and follow up. But I got to know that the treatment cannot be done coz the tech has gone on emergency leave. First of all I was not informed secondly when I asked the front desk to reschedule she said no slots available. When the problem is from your side you must find a solution and give it to your clients.. I also called the call center and asked if they can schedule me to any other branch. I have not got any calls in return! Please get back to me. I want two hour session three times..

Every day when customers call for a quick blow dry setting or for a hair styling they are so lazy to do that and telling us to not to come today vlcc is so busy right now but when we go there they are not busy at all just chit chatting with each other. and there's only one hair stylist which will reduce the quality and the standards of vlcc as well as when we call for customer service they are not replying properly with a good gratitude.
laser hair removal
Hi,
I paid around Rs.75000 for Laser hair removal and skin polish session at JP Nagar Branch, Bangalore. After two sessions I did not receive any calls from center. There should not be more than 4 weeks gap between two sessions. But, Its been 2.5 months (10weeks) completed after second session. I made call to enquire about it around 10 times to centre. They are telling so many reasons in every time I make call as followed: (1) machine is in other branch (2) machine is repaired, (3) machine sent to Mumbai for service, machine broken, (4) machine on the way (5) technician on leave, (6) next week, (7) 2 days, etc.
It seems they are cheating on my money which I paid. Is this the way you branded people cheat the customers who believed you to get good service.?

I was told first for cash back then told to be waved of in other services like facial etc

I am regular client of VLCC, Koregao park, Pune. I m use to purchase coupon and redeem for the services at this center. Everytime they are not happy as I show it to reception, & insist me to pay in cash equal amount of coupon. This time they are very bad, Ms. Minal refused to give bill first, she told you have taken services other than mentioned in coupon so you have to pay in cash. Ms. Komal was also there. Then she told if you want bill you have to wait. This bad. Worst experience. I will never go and I ll tell other not to go. Not expecting this from VLCC. Please look into the matter.
And yes, they did not redeem coupon on time, we have to call again & again. Everytime the pedicurist is not available, she told me to get appointment a week before or at least 3 days before. My manicure & pedicure services are still pending. They are rude, I don't want to visit again, kindly refund for the same. Hope you look in to matter.
bridal makeup
I had booked bridal makeup package in vlcc. In start of makeup itself I had told I want a natural look makeup. But they started putting very light foundation which looked too fair on my skin as I am wheatish. I asked them to at least apply bronzer or just contour but the lady (Ekta rai & Sweety) didn't know how to do so. They then used such a cheap kind of lipstick which smudged and made red spots near my upper lips. They kept talking on phone and did all they wanted to put on me. When I asked them to do as my wish, they told we will do as we are told. I think customer is paying then it should be their will. They kept talking on phone and did worst makeup. I had opted air brush hd makeup. When I showed a pic of mine in good makeup, they said it's camera quality. I think it had been better I would have purchased a good camera instead of paying pathetic vlcc. They took my money for just nothing good.
Everyone was saying that a local parlour had done better in less than 1/4th if amount I paid vlcc.
And I want my request to be escalated very soon else I will go to consumer court.
regarding laser packages I purchased in jan 2018 with not getting services no bills are given
I've been a loyal customer of yours since 2009 and I was very happy with services too. But my recent experience with your Sector 14 Gurgaon branch has been horrible.
Mrs. Archana (manager) & Dr. Rupali (Derma) convinced me to shift my laser package from Patel Nagar branch to their branch stating that they've excellent Laser machine. So I purchased the full body Laser package which I booked by paying 3000/- in Patel Nagar and paid 56000/- by online transaction along with Laser for Bikini 12 sessions for 36000/-. They told me that their printer is not working so they'll give me receipt for it soon.
After my first sitting I came to know that they don't own a Laser machine it only comes once in a month that too for few hours. The number of clients are so many that we've to wait for hours even after appointment and at times the hired machine is so bad that it doesn't give proper result too. They don't pre-medicate so it's painful and no after treatment care or ice treatment is given. They have not even made a file on my laser treatment which was properly maintained there with pulse setting, area, growth chart etc.. no record is maintained here.
All these services were excellent in Patel Nagar center.
When I confronted them and asked for my receipt they told me they'll search and talk to people and then message me. I didn't receive any reply or message. VLCC doesn't have any customer care service so I've taken the mail address from Google and I'm asking to resolve the matter.
I never expected this kind of fraud or low-quality care from a renowned name like VLCC.
I'm highly disappointed.
I want my money back since i've been trying to contact the customer care since sept 2018 i've the conversations but no one is solving this issue. now they called to let me know that they've withdrawn the support from VLCC sector 15 Gurgaon so I should talk to center to resolve the issue. they're no longer responsible for it.

You guys don't even deserve a single star,
First of all waxing was like such a horrible experience out there, full wastage of money and painful, I know waxing is a painful task but that doesn't mean you will burn customers skin or will pullout in such a way that it will give you ingrown hairs!
One of their staff (bhavna) some new intern may be, she didn't even know how to wax, how to apply wax, what temperature should the wax be applied, how to pull out the hairs nothing, she was just in rush,
I invested my money on something which was pathetic, highly disappointed
Vlcc you should first fully trained your staffs and then only get on to the customers.
Thank god I didn't went on to an international waxing session, the normal one only you guys couldn't managed to do!
My waxing session took more than two hours even more than that, and hairs were still on my fingers and legs, I wasn't getting done it for free god damm, u charged me so it's your responsibility to done it properly, and even after complaint there's no gestures and I don't want sry your sorry won't bring my money back, just want proper service and make my skin how it was earlier
Never going again, neither would recommend anyone.
And most importantly vlcc sakchi doesn't care of its reviews only good reviews accepted?

It was very disappointed today as VLCC offered me two times once a week ago for Jammu centre and second some days before for Srinagar and make me to visit a saloon which surprised me as it was for ladies and all executives having less or more information made me suffer as I traveled almost 120 kms to reach centre and finally I had to return back with loss of almost 300INR and my full day not worth more than 1000INR so would be greatly thank ful if you can understand my concern and revert me back
kerafusion keratin treatment
I paid Rs.1599 by using the offers availbale in vlcc spinwheel for kerafusion keratin treatment. But didnt get any confirmation from your side. when I contacted youe customer care they said the transactions are not completed but I contacted the payu team and phone pe team, y which I came to know that my transaction was successful. I contacted the kochi branch for vlcc wellness centre and they treated me very badly. As I have not availed your services I need to get my money back as soon as possilble or else i'll be forced to take legal actions against your company.

I got fired without any warning or notice
am writing this with very disappointment.

I am shivani i appointed as a makeup faculty in malviya nagar vlcc institute and after 15 or so days later my hr jinee kundu call me and give me some reasons like i keep moving on moving chair and i asked from my hoi what to do. Which is so obvious to ask from my hoi as i am new there and that was a new place for me i don't know their students or about their lab.
So jinee kundu just give me call and she fired me without any official warning or notice. Even i called her and ask for the official mail but she didn't give any response.
I has been more than a week since i got fired unofficially and no one is responding me.
So i request you to slove this as soon as possible.

I have taken full body laser from Sohna road, Gurgaon branch and when the very first time i visited there, even after having an appointment they have taken the full amount of package but no service provided to me.
And now I am continuous calling at your branch from last one week regarding appointment for my first session of face portion which was left in last visit due to lack of time of your technician as she was in hurry but till this time i haven't find any positive response from VLCC
I am sorry to say but i am really not happy with this kind of service
