I want to share my views here. My experience is very much bad or u can say worst in only vlcc manimajra center others centers are good, although VLCC provides good products & services but
management (Tanya) & Neelam makes very much fool of customers by lying with
customer always shows busy and do just nothing only gossips which I noted all the time.
when customer go with appointment they mostly forget to note it on register or take many appointments at same time and neelam only shows to customer she is very busy & do gossips with other staff and one of the bad thing is that they write feedback of customer by themselves by taking email id because they know there feedback will be bad. I will never refer anyone to go in VLCC manimajra center better to go at Chandigarh vlcc center without wasting time over here.

I have recently paid 8k for a minimum 5kgs weight loss program I have been enrolled for at vlcc Kamanahalli branch. I did explicitly tell them that I suffer with hypothyroidism and my periods are highly irregular and sometimes don't stop from a month but the lady met named Pallavi assured to have treated many with similar or worse medical conditions. The next day as, I reached for my day zero session, they told me that they cant treat me if I have my periods and I informed them that I had clearly communicated this to Pallavi that my periods don't really sometimes stop for even a month and she said it was fine. They spoke very rudely and refused to offer my money paid i.e. 8k though my treatment hasn't even started. They have lied and gave me false picture to make me join them and though I've not even started my treatment as, they lied to me, they are refusing to offer my money paid. Please don't fall prey of tall claims and powerful advertisements of VLCC, slimming center. I have had an atrocious experience with its Dwarka center followed by the customer care department.
Having taken a package for 2 months on 29th November 2015 I could only avail 2 weeks of it and developed medical complications. Due to this I requested them to put me on break untill I recover from my ailment with due submission of my medical reports and doctor's prescription. Also I requested for a diet plan so that I keep a check on my weight during the time of break. The same was never provided to me inspite of regular reminders given to them through phone since 26th Dec 2015 and whatsapp on 23rd January 2016 to their dietician Ms Preeti.
On approaching them in March first week to check with their doctor on panel for a safe therapy in place of Slimtronic package that was given to me for some 38000 in Nov 2015 for which I took 2 sessions and went on break, the doctor mentioned she would discuss my case with the dietician and suggest a safe alternative in a day's time. The same didn't happen either and hence I personally visited them again after 2 weeks. I was surprised to see the callous behavior of the doctor. She didn't bother to work on my package. On having word with Ms Preeti to mention to the doctor to take the matter seriously, she suggested me to call after one day. Again when I called nothing was in place and hence I asked them to arrange my meeting with the centre head for the reimbursement of my package that I haven't utilized as I was extremely dissatisfied with the services. The same wasn't fixed up and hence I visited the centre to meet the new centre head Ms Neeru as Ms Bhawna who sold me the package had left the organization by then.
I met her sometime around first or second week of March and shared my agony and that I wish to quit. I clearly shared that I am a single parent of 2 young kids and have their responsibility on my shoulders and hence can't take any stake on my health n body and that I am immensly dissatisfied with the services. She did some calculations and concluded for a refund of some 23000/-. However, insisted on body therapy as the alternative to the initial package I took. I completely denied but was enrolled with her selling skills, apologies for previous experiences and claims of providing better services. I very clearly mentioned that I will take one session and then decide whether to continue or not depending on its effect to which she agreed.
On taking the body therapy next day I felt uncomfortable and reported the same to Bimla who gave the therapywhile leaving. She said that I will be all right in some time and hence I left.
I waited for 2 - 3 days to feel better from the muscular pain I developed at the back of my thighs and arms but no relief. Hence wrote a mail to Ms Neeru for refund on 18th March 2016 and also spoke to her telephonically to do the needful. To this she mentioned of doing it in few days because of March closing. I accepted it and told her to send an acknowledgement on my mail and that I will wait till their March closing.
Having waited till 6th April 2016, I called her back a d she told that she will process my case and that G5 was not supposed to be given to me in the therapy and that she communicated the same to the service provider Bimla. Currently I am taking physiotherapy sessions for the tenderness developed in my muscles. I have spent close to 50000/- on tests and medication since I joined VLCC, the worst decision I ever took in my life.
I was shocked about their communication gap leading to my ill health. Since then I have written multiple mails to Ms Neeru and customer care of VLCC and had spoken to Ms Shweta, Area Head who too called me atleast after 7-8 days of my mail and word with customer care representative. The last she asked me to meet their doctor with all my reports so as to get another alternative therapy and that they will not refund my money. My question is having suffered twice and staying at the mercy of VLCC's employees to offer proper services, why should I stake my health further?
I had all these months been very polite with them, kept my cool and patience and am being harassed by the employees of VLCC. To my honesty I didn't even exercised my free vouchers for facial/nail art I received against my payment of 38000/-
I hence strongly urge people not to get in trap of VLCC through their money back guarantee and other lucrative offers through their advertisements.
I escalated the matter to the corporate office on 7th April 2016 and am still awaiting their response towards the refund and hence closure.

when I went to check schedule and look at offers and services, I was sold a lot many stuff and once the payment is done, then all the rules and regulation is shared/imposed.
1. Due to my touring job, I have not taken any session last 6 months and now when I go to get my sessions back the centre is denying extending and is providing me mere 6 sessions just to wrap up.
2. you would be surprised to know that every time I took slimming session, the lead of the machine mall functioned and had to be replaced OR couple of time machines needed replacements. Once my skin got BURNT due to mall functioning CELLO.
3. I opted for DNA analysis details and the same was never given to me AND when I asked for refund, I was denied and shared one Tummy tuck session additional.
4. the face firming session were kept always after 12noon till evening and that time I am never available AND Sat/Sundays are always booked. This timing were never shared at the time to payment/sales BUT we the customer pay and then suffer.
above are the few reasons, I feel VLCC is just money extracting, and we pay you guys premium just expecting good & genuine services.

I, FEROZ KHAN, is a customer of VLCC, Bareilly from past four years. But now water is actually flowing above my patience level. Earlier the staff was really nice and friendly but from past few months staff is treating the customer as a burden. There are so many problems which I am facing from past few months. Today, I had an appointment for my weight loss settings at 12 in the noon and I have reached before 15 min I. e 11:45 am. I kept waiting for an hour and no body even bothered to ask me or to inform me about being delay in time. I got pissed off and went from there and the worst part is they didn't even call me after I left in an anger. Secondly, on my every setting I am the one who unfold the bed and after the setting again it's me who removes the belt. Thirdly, no body bothers to ask about my weight loss or problems, it feels like the are doing some kind of formality. Fourthly, the staff didn't even change the bed sheets after use.
I will be highly obliged if you look into this matter ASAP otherwise I guess you will loose one more customer as the trend continues in VLCC, Bareilly because of their bad behaviour. All I am asking for a better and responsible staff after spending so much bucks.

I am totally agree with u, ladies staff of VLCC manimajra dont want to work they only want to remain free. i am also regular customer from last 2 years and paid lot there. BUt they just make fool of customers & pretend to be busy. I will never go there now. although gents staff do very much hard work and due to Neelam & management customers avoid to go there to waste time.

I joined VLCC in last week of October '12. Since the inception, the instructor named Sanjay has been coming late during my session. Today, the session was scheduled at 7:00 AM whereas he didn't turn up till 7:27 AM. On earlier occasions too, he didn't turn up at the right requisite time. This is unfortunate that the officials at the Indirapuram centre did not bother to take any action against the said official despite of recurring complaint against the gentleman. Even during the session, whenever I rung the bell thrice or more, the gentleman saunters in the casual way. This attitude of Mr. Sanjay is highly unethical and unprofessional. This is an articulate case of deficiency of service as defined in the Consumer Protection Act.

1. Refund is not being provided by Vashi VLCC though they have taken money from me by saying that both packages are guaranteed packages
2. Now, as they are unable to deliver the results, I have asked for refund. But the matter is being delayed for no reason. If VLCC VASHI did not have the capabilities and experienced staff, they should not have made false promises. It is mistake of VLCC VASHI staff and I should not lose my money because of careless and negligent staff.
3. I had gone to the VLCC, Vashi centre to join the 5 kg weight loss program. However, Sonal, the counselor there, provided information that they have a guaranteed weight loss package and a guaranteed inch loss package which is very effective. I paid more than Rs.17000 to VLCC, Vashi for both the packages on 01 Jun 2012 & started on 04 June 2012. (The amount paid was for 5 TS sessions (one additional they gave complimentary) (with the TS sessions coming with a guaranteed inch loss) & the 5 kg guaranteed weight loss.
4. However I faced the following issues:
The first TS session I had: The girl who did the massage led to burning of skin due to improper handling. However, I did not complain, but I did bring this to the notice of the dietician and the physiotherapist.
The second TS session was horrible. It seems that the girl who did the massage did not have the kind of experience to do it. She hit my rib bone very hard many times in front and on the sides. The massage she did was with one finger/thumb and not with hand. After the massage, I got rib bone pain, sore muscles and tummy muscles were swollen and tender too. Heaviness in tummy and digestion related problems started. I immediately contacted Shruti and Jyoti who are the dieticians. However, they said it was normal and would take 5-6 days to normalise. I thought that probably, since they must be experienced, what they say is right and it must be normal. I was also unable to go for my weight loss sessions post this, as merely touching that part of skin would aggravate the existing pain. I have hardly gone twice for the weight loss post this issue, however, since it hurts I had to cut short those two sessions and could not take for the 45 minutes duration as would have been. Since the issues didnt subside after more 2 weeks, I spoke to the doctor there, doctor Deepa. She also said its normal, and prescribed some medicine and asked me to massage with an oil.
The second TS session was not done correctly. Else, what the problems I experienced after the second session, I should have got the same problems after the first TS session also. However, the doctor and dieticians did not take the issue seriously. Due to negligent behaviour of VLCC staff, I have to suffer. Why should I?
5. I wrote to them a number of times, contacted the CEO and the customer care, however, Vashi VLCC have written letter stating that they cannot provide the refund. Also the letter contains lot of false information. VLCC is unnecessarily sending false letters which is highly unprofessional. First money is taken by giving guaranteed packages and now they are denying it. Management decision should have been based on facts and not on basis of false information provided by VLCC VASHI centre. Its obvious that since VLCC VASHI does not want to pay refund, they are trying to give false information
6. VLCC VASHI has to pay the entire amount that I gave them, because the promised inch loss and weight loss has not happened. They have told that both these are guaranteed packages, hence I had paid the money. Now if they have not fulfilled the guarantee, they have to refund my money
7. Its not right that VLCC takes money from people by providing false guarantee and later on refuses to pay if they are unable to provide the guaranteed services
8. Please note I hadnt asked for any guaranteed package. Sonal, the counselor, provided me two packages which she said, provided guarantee and she said that if I join these two sessions, there will be guaranteed weight loss and inch loss. Also weight loss that would happen in “TS” sessions would be over and above the weight loss of 5 kgs in the guaranteed weight loss session. VLCC VASHI has in its correspondence and the package they gave me specified the term "guarantee" If VLCC does not provide any such package which is guaranteed, then "Vashi VLCC" centre is providing false guarantee and taking money from people.
9. At all times the customer care, area head, centre head, counselor, dieticians and the doctors have accepted that there has been a mistake from their end and I should accept the same amount worth of products or join another VLCC centre. Please note that I do not intend to join VLCC or use VLCC products as I no longer have faith (due to issues as mentioned above) I should be given the entire amount of my refund. Also, when I had spoken to the customer care “Hemshikha”, she had told me that mine is an exceptional case, and she would speak to the management about the refund. I am not sure she has spoken or no. As VLCC VASHI has accepted their mistake, then its their fault and they should refund.
10. VLCC VASHI is now trying to state false information so that they don’t have to pay me. This is not right. VLCC doesn’t have right to cheat customers.

Had they not committed and given guarantee, I would not have asked the money back,
but in my case it was a guaranteed package and they had committed to something
which they have not fulfilled, hence they should give refund of my amount that I

I was getting sms from VLCC on my mobile to avail their beauty treatments with a discount of 50% since last one year. After enquiring from some of my colleagues I finally ended up their to enquire about my hair treatment.
Srushti Sawant convinced me to take 15 sittings for my hair treatment and then she promised that I will get tremendous results. As my hairs were quite rough I went and gone ahead with her sugession. Although she tried to convince me to go for face treatment as well, however I refused as the treatments were very costly. I thought let me just try one treatment and see the results. They took 15000 rupees from my 20, 000 monthly salary as a one time payment. She gave me 35% discount which was not convincing, so she gave me complementary slimming package worth Rs 5000.
Later VLCC sold me some three products to be used for hair costing Rs 1000. Two sittings went fine, after that I suddenly started getting lots of dandruff. It increased to the stage that My head scalp started coming out. The situation became worst and worst. I started straching my head day in and day out due to irritation in head. Ever if I moved my head the dandruff used to fall on my eyes.
Till that situation my 6 sittings were over. I stopped the treatment as I was worried about my condition.
I stopped all VLCC products and treatment immidiately. Then I used Amway oil as suggested by my old parlor.in one and a half month my situation and hair scalp improved. I started using my old shampoo and conditioner.
Now after two months I went to VLCC as my 8 to 9000 rupess are stll pending. I asked them to refund my money, which they refused.
Then I asked to give me hair Rebonding as one time service to cover my cost, as I have lost complete trust in them. Which also they refused again. They are telling me to continue with the same treatment which I dont want to continue. Their product has caused so much damage to me already. How can I let them use the same products on me again.
VLCC Alain- The situation is not so different from other reviews. Money is the motto and I felt it more with beauty services. Weigh loss program has a bunch of sincere therapists and got good results also.
VLCC is bad in keeping up the promises. And very persuasive on buying their packages and products without giving enough time to think. If you go for one product they impose ten others on you. Later becomes a financial and emotional burden.
Places meant for wellness should show a little consideration for the wellness of it's customers too.

I am Akanksha Agrawal and I joined VLCC Patiala in second week of May, 2009. I am highly dissatisfied with their service and the reasons for the same are as follows:-
1. The day I joined VLCC, I was told of a package (50% off) with certain complementary services. The whole package was as follows
5 tummy tuch
5 hip tuck
5 thigh tuck
2 body therapy
1 hair cut
1 VLCC facial
10 kgs weight loss
1. This was the package told to me in Rs.17000 all inclusive. And I told Mrs. Ravneet that I'll be here in Patiala till July, 20th. Now, there were two staff Ms Harkeerat and Mrs. Ravneet. Initial consultation was given to me by Mrs. Ravneet but the day I came to deposit my first installment of cash of Rs.7000 and confirm my final package... above was stated by Ms. Harkeerat and henceforth I deposited the cash amount. When they gave me the receipt of Rs.7000, I found package amount to be Rs.17500 which was Rs.500 more than what I was promised by Ms. Harkeerat. The receptionist said it was just for the books and I need not pay Rs. 500 extra. But still I found this practise unusual and not right and hence I made a note on the receipt that Rs. 10000/- was due only and not Rs. 10500/-.
2. The next day when I came for my FIRST session, Mrs. Ravneet started shouting on me that this is not possible. You'll have to pay Rs.17500 which I said wasn't what was promised to me. Ms. Harkeerat promised me something else which Mrs. Ravneet wasn't agreeing to. I never had asked Ms. Harkeerat to consult with me... but since Ravneet wasnt available she did so. The staff has no cordination between themselves and then they blame the customer for it.
3. Mrs. Ravneet told me that she cannot write this package on the books (my VLCC book that they maintain) because its a huge package and she'll be questioned on that and hence it will be a personal thing between her and me. I initially didnt agree to her but she assured that she'll make sure that my package will be complete and nothing less will happen than promised. I still kept telling her that its better you write it on the book because if by chance she leaves the job who will cater. She didnt bother much on that and I also forgot.
4. Till may end I had received not even a single tuck session but whenever I came they gave me weight loss session.
5. When my first tuck session was scheduled... When I reached... I was told its cancelled. I said you should have informed me beforehand and a lame excuse that they were trying my cell but couldnt reach me was given.
6. Also, the dietician when I consulted her told me that Mrs, Ravneet has registered me in a wrong package for my body, I should have taken the package of Body Therapy and not this for that wa more appropiate for me. When I told Ravneet about the same, she said this is also good enough for you. I dont understand whose advice to follow and whose not in the SAME VLCC CENTRE.
7. Now, when suddenly I was told from my company people people to shif to Mumbai in 10-15 days time. I told the VLCC Centre people about this.. They adviced me to complete my package within a week by daily giving me tuck seesions. I found this highly inappropiate and asked them whether good results will come or not... they assured me that result will be good enough. But during that week I found not even 1 kg weight loss from my body and felt highly unsatisfied. I stopped going and then had to go to mumbai so I told Ravneet that I'll be back to complete my package.
8. Now when I am back, they say I have used Rs.5600/- of my package which I totally disagree with. They have included charges for a Body therapy which was given to me complementary. Ok, even if I agree to that, they have charged me for 2 kgs weight loss which was actually 1.6kgs. They say they cant charge for 1.6 kgs so they have charged for 2 kgs. I totally disagree on this for every gram I loose has a cost so why not the 400 grams that I havent lost?
9. I have been trying to contact Ms. Harkeerat since day before but she seems to be very busy and never returned my call only till yesterday when she called to tell me that I have used Rs.5600 of services which when I disagreed to... she hardly bothered to justify me.
Then I told her to give me some VLCC slimming product if you cant return my money.. she disagreed. I asked give me some beauty package but she said... she will confirm and call back. She never called back and when I called today she disagreed to this also.
10. The Centre people know that I am not going to stay for long and hence wont be able to take tuck session which is totally a waste of money if taken daily and hence they are avoiding me by not given back call or finding a solution to pay me back the extra money that they have of MINE. They say they cant give it back to me. This means they will keep this Rs.1400 which is actually far more according to me in their pockets for NO SERVICE. This is my hard earned money and I dont want to waste even a penny without a reason.
I have enlisted all my problems above and expect a compensation for all the troubles that this centre has caused to me and the misguidance and miscommitment that was given to me.
There was a response from the company but they agreed for Rs.1400 services for me to avail in Mumbai. This is not at all near to what I have availed.
I was given two options:
1. To use my amount for beauty/slimming treatment
2. transfer this amount to VLCC in Mumbai if I join.
Now, the first option isn't possible because I have already left Patiala. I kept telling Ms. harkeerat that I'll be leaving within two days and she never did a back call. Was using DELAYED TACTICS.
For the second option, I am going to Vashi and if there is a VLCC there then only can I use this amount there. And after such a bad experience I hardly can think of going back to VLCC Centre again.
Also, the amount claimed by them Rs.1400 is far less than what services I have used. Beacuse-
a. Only 1.6kgs were lost for which they charged me for 2 kgs
b. 1 Body therapy was given complementary to me initially, later they charged me for that.
c. I was given continous tuck session 4 in a week which resulted in no weight loss. But still they kept advicing me for more tuck and wanted me to come daily to just finish off the package.
d. Since in that week there was no weight losss as compared to 4 tuck sessions, they themselves gave me a Body therapy instead and charged me for that. I told Ms. Harkeerat about the same but she hardly listened.
After such a bad experience I expect refund of the RIGHT AMOUNT. Also compensation for all the trouble and misguidance given to me in terms of package selection, lots of tuck given continuously which led to no weight loss and for taking a customer for granted.

After 2 days of attending the classes, she was diagnosed with UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), and because of that she had to discontinue the course. Same was informed to the center.
