I'm writing this complaint to address the awful customer care the VLCC health care provides, I've been a customer for a few months and the management is awful, rude, and just filled with lies and lies, it's extremely disappointing knowing that these people lie straight to the face, and just straight up sad. I apologise if the tone of this letter may seem inappropriate but I must say that I'm furious and extremely irritated at these managements and the system itself, the main issue is the staff, and its management system, whenever I need to schedule an appointment, it's just really necessary that I have to call, I honestly don't see why I can't schedule it there it self, they stall the appointments too, I wouldn't mind calling from the comfort of my own home which I do appreciate but all the calls are just a waste of time and effort, the caller always lies about other appointments taking our place whenever ours' is cancelled, which is every time, never have I ever had an fixed appointment, they always cancelled it and rescheduled it by using the excuse "someone else has booked it before you" Which honestly isn't buying the deal, I just don't believe it, its irritatingly annoying, how is that humanly possible when we were the first people on the call and in person?
If the such "someone" really did book it before us, then why schedule ours in the same time, really dumb, showing the lack of training and knowledge itself. I had wanted to book and laser sessions for my daughter this summer, since the start of the summer they delayed it so much that now the school has started and it will be a huge hassle now, since the heat, and the sun rays would be an issue to the health and skin, I swear if anything negative happens to the skin due to this, I will take much severe actions as I can tolerate the awful service but not tolerate the negative effects on health, just so you know, I'm not threatening nor do I have such will to, but I will take actions as its justified. I'd really hope they would improve their staff and its training and the "lies" problem, I really wanted to avoid the calling out the names, but the circumstances has forced me to, the manger lies quite often and when we do show some irritation, she just tends to irritate more often which is despicable.
If I had crossed any lines, I do apologise, its just I've been dealing with this and my personal health problems, and had tolerated this for 2 months. I'm sure my outlook on this is justified whatsoever.

Staff
The Vlcc sharjah staffs are really rude and they are focussed on destroying your mental peace of client. The nurse didn't coordinate with the therapist and she feels its not her responsibility before she advices her client for treatment.
Secondly the manager Rosy, she needs to be trained on etiquette training before anything. After the session they ask you to sit in a place, then they send you out to accommodate another client without resolving the issue and disrespecting the client.
None of the staffs are knowledgable or well mannered, the one in the consultation says something the therapist does something and these people are a bunch of people not fit for working in a corporate scenario without any proper etiquette. If you call the corporate center to complain, they are not ready to return the call. I m not sure if this issue will be resolved.

VLCC grabbed money without providing service
I have visuted VLCC wellness center, Vazhuthacaud on 28th June, 2023 for knowing the package details on the wellness program. An employee named Divya attended us and provided the details and package information. She requested to make a advance payment as she informed that there is an offer which will end on 30thJune, 2023. As per her advice we made an advance payment through UPI and haven’t received any invoice. I am suffering from generalized osteoarthritis which I informed the employee too. After consultation with my Dr later on he advices not to have such treatment.I informed them suddenly their attitude changed. They told some lame excuses and told we have no refund. Actually money is being debited for the services which have not been received . They haven’t informed us earlier neither anything about the refund. It’s is the customer ls wish to have a product or service. If not willing then why should we pay. They told lame excuses that the money can be credited as other services only . How can they say that that ? Then she told cluster head will contact after a week then the cluster head just saying lame excuse and after another 2 week she reported that the customer care will contact.
Is company like VLCC dining such injustice to the customers. They are just money minded. They receive only money even for the services that is not been taken by the customer. How can they provide the bill for service that have not been rendered by the customer. They are just money minded. Please don’t go for such companies blindly they cheat on customers. They just make customers wander here and there by telling to make a mail, then even I have sent the medical certificate though they are not willing to give the money back. The employee haven’t told anything about the refund . How can they be so cruel to the customers by grabbing their money simply in their pockets.
Please anyone donot go for such Scams . The company is only money minded and fraud not customer friendly.

I am taking treatment for skin whitening i have pigmentation on my face they suggested prp , qurs(laser) and iv treatment which I am taking from last almost 2 months I paid 10000 AED which is very decent amount but don't have nay kind of result I still have pigmentation and same skin tone top of that durring treatment laser i got 3 black spots on my nose which is really looking ugly i need my refund or my skin whitening treatment.
Grievance caused by poor academic services and
I am Mamta Singh Malik, Founder of PUREISTIC Nutrition PLC., enrolled for Online Diploma in Dietetics Health & Nutrition in June 2022 in Wanwarie Pune Branch. After a month only faculty left VLCC. Since than 5-6 faculties came and went while they were not able to take the class.
Now Old faculty came-in again and started talking classes. However being a business women, I had free time for study till February 2023 only; I have scheduled a marketing campaign for business.
Now I called-up support and faculty both - saying please give my money back because you're not able to deliver timely services. I have lost 6 precious months which I reserved for this certification.
This delay not only wasted 6 months but the opportunity to practice as a dietitian. I may not have this much of free slots of time again.
VLCC to refund my course fees INR 67,600 along with the compensation of 6,00,000 for potential loss of income which I could be earning after timely completion of this diploma. VLCC also need to pay compensation of 2,00,000 for the mental grievance caused by the poor services and non-responsiveness for 6 months.
Desired outcome: Refund course fee along with aforementioned compensations.

my name is Sapna am your loyal customer since 2014 and I have taken lot of services from vlcc, my last service in 2019 was full body laser treatment it is so pathetic and annoying that my appointments were never registered, Every time I had to call for the appointment but it was heights when my balance 2 sessions of full body laser and 3 bikini treatment were pending. In Your Al Quisais branch after following up continuously they gave me appointment, someone called me on 6th June and gave me appointment for 8th June morning 11am when I reached there all the way from Rashidiya to Quisais this lady in the reception telling me we don't have your file and there is nothing in the system for your pending sessions. I simply want to know this is how you loot your customers taking huge amount of money in no time and to give service this is what u get back.
Every time you see new face with no experience and knowledge about the product.
I spend 5800/- for 6 sessions since 2019 and my sessions not completed on top of that there is no record in the system, Now you tell is this my mistake.
I will put word of mouth to all my known people that vlcc is a looting organization. I will consider I did charity to the rich organization.
Refund request
I have been in touch with the sales team of the Dubai Marina branch for a few weeks, I've explained to her that I cannot commit to more than 2,000 AED right now, but when I came to the branch she did such a great sales pitch that I ended up spending 5,000 aed for slimming package on the spot. I have done 2 sessions the first week then had a huge issue with my car so realised this expense is really NOT a priority for me right now. I have hence been in touch with the customer service several times and my request for refund has been rejected THREE times. I need my money back, the fact that they are such a large business and cannot proceed to refund on exceptional cases like this is extremely disappointing. Please help in securing this refund (I will pay for the 2 out of the 30 sessions in the package). Thanks!

VLCC Fujairah is the worst. I sent a complaint right after my first session. I dont feel like coming back for more 11 session. The customer service is ridiculous. A very looting company. Its been 10days now still no call back for my appointment. No one showing concern.
Laser Hair removal
Terrible experience. Wasted 15 months of my valuable time on a procedure that wasn’t working. If you are interested in laser hair reduction, save your money and your time and go elsewhere.
There are many other hospitals and clinics in the UAE that have licensed estheticians on site who will complete your procedure. The techs at VLCC continued with laser settings and intensities that were showing no results for 15 sessions. That’s right, 15! When other places can get viable results in 6. I even went the extra mile to have my hormone levels checked throughout my journey to ensure nothing on my side was affecting the results.
It takes a toddler to point a laser at your skin, what customers pay for is expertise, the techs should have the knowledge to adjust the settings as necessary to improve your results.
They also have no concept of privacy in the conservative Muslim country that they are in, which is a requirement of all medical and cosmetic professionals. Expect to have your towel removed and you’ll be FULLY exposed more often than you are covered. To note, it is legally required for nurses to ONLY expose the area they are working on.
They will leave the room in between your allotted time, refuse local anesthesia because it ‘darkens the skin’, when we are well aware it’s because Emla is an expense they are not willing to pay. They have switched my technician and trained new trainees on my body as if I were a private Guinea pig, and the last few sessions with a tech who was unfamiliar with my body type ended up with me having more hair than I began with.
What the people at VLCC don’t seem to realize is they’re not doing these procedures on anyone. As a biomedical engineer AND a nursing assistant, I know the workings of the machines better than the technicians themselves. A laser that is at too low of an intensity will excite and accelerate hair growth rather than damage the follicle. That is what the last tech has done.
This is systemic damage to my body as I have hair growth I didn’t naturally have.
TLDR: If you are interested in laser hair removal, avoid this place at all costs. I have heard great things about Cosmosurge clinic, i would recommend going there instead.
If you are a consumer and tired of these large, multi-million dollar companies cheating you out of every penny, be patient and record every act of misconduct and malpractice.
To the lovely folk at VLCC, Sharjah, I have lived in this beautiful country for almost two decades and I know my rights as a consumer. I gave you time to rightfully give me back the sessions I lost due to your lack of expertise, or give me my money back. That has not been done, and thus forth, I will take matters into my own hands, and open an investigation with my dear friends at the Dubai Economic Department, for the accounts of:
•Lack of qualified staff - no, an emergency nurse is NOT a cosmetic nurse, unless they have completed the certified training to operate lasers. Maybe they can audit your staff records themselves and decide this. Even then, isn’t it just wonderful that a reputable company like VLCC has staff fresh out of school, with little experience, working on their customers.
•lack of privacy (very crucial in the emirate of Sharjah amongst Muslim customers especially)
•refusal of anesthesia,
•having other personnel and trainees in the room during a procedure where I am exposed, without prior notice or consent,
•finally, causing bodily damage that could have been avoided with proper, qualified technicians.
I will finalize my complaint this week, there are two options; either I get back as many sessions as I see fit to see the results I paid thousands for, that is up to MY discretion in the most well rated facility you have. And I will retract my complaint+remove this review.
OR
You can cling on to the money you will lose by providing me proper, adequate service, and place your bets with the DED, where more often than not, the customer always wins, and I will leave this review up to deter any new customers and cost you more than it would for me.
Desired outcome: I want AS MANY sessions as I see fit to see the results I paid a lot of money for to undo the damage you have done.

I have made an appointment on 12/10/2021 at vlcc Karama branch and I have made a booking for a treatment. I have paid 1365 aed for that, but unfortunately I am not able to attend the session as I have leaving the country on 15/10/2021, so I requested to cancel that and request for a refund . But they people is saying that everything is written on the invoice and we will not refund, I have came there the same day and begged for the return, cuz am leaving.
But Vlcc people haven't any mercy towards customer, they focusing only money more than customers satisfaction.

For Appointment Dates
On appointment dates when I arrived at the clinic, the therapist in charge greeted me from the door, showed me around, the asked for water asked about my health background and made me fill up a form and also explained to me how they would conduct the therapy. After the therapy was complete, she told me all about the aftercare and how to manage my skin and prevent any acne from coming back.
My vlcc review
The best beauty and dermatology clinic in dubai is professional company. The Staff I was dealing with took personal care and were following up to book appointments and take my feedback after every service session. They not only strictly adhere to the safety and sanitizing protocols of the present Covid time but they also wear masks throughout which makes one feel safe and comfortable. They keep on informing you about the procedure plan. Last month I had to remove some skin tags and also wanted some consultation for my face. I booked the session a week before and due to work pressure it completely forgot but a day before I got a reminder call from the clinic about the session that I booked and in this way I was saved from missing my session. I really appreciate follow ups.

ü Nu specific dates were given. I had to call and text several times to the point that I wanted to cancel all the session to get the dates
ü It was not explained initially that on RFMN procedure the exiting fillers will melt because of the heat. And now my fillers are going and extra cost will be involved to place new ones plus I have to stay 4 months in this way and considering the job which I'm doing ( travel industry ) it is not very pleasant
I would have found in the end to pass all the above but I wanted to do another procedure for slimming. I had to call several times to get the app and finally when the date was given one lady asked me to sign a form and do note:
ü I've asked her what is about as on the first procedure it was not requested she told me to read.
ü I did read and advise her that nobody did give me details on the exact procedure. I point out to her that I have a pituitary brain tumor and back surgery. She had to check and after 20 minutes come back that I need the doctor's approval to do the procedure. My doctor is in Romania and did inform me that there is no issue and I can proceed, Romanian medical records were forwarded for the clinic attention but still I was declined.
It was the most frustrating experience ever. The branch manager is more interested to keep the payment rather than making the customer happy. Initially, I recommend the clinic to 02 friends and their feedback was the same. Lack of info provided and not acceptable attitude from the staff. The Branch manager after receiving the payment it's like she's doing a favor by the way of talking and dealing with me which really should not be the case.
I would like to have a solution to the above as I don't want to make procedures which I do not want just for them to cover the payment. I keep calling and I just get I will let you know.
It's very disappointing and I want to believe this is not the service you would like to promote in the market.

I (asiya ) have been a customer of you people for the last two years now. I initially took the package for bikini, underarm and full-face package and was assured of the best results. But unfortunately, the results were not good. Then I was convinced to take one more package, still, the results remain the same. The third time they told me to take a full-body package and made it clear for sure there will be results. Today was my last session (which I didn't too) but my hair growth is the same. I have a friend who has taken the same session with Silkor and Kaya, they have a very good result.
Today when I asked the same them (Zandra) she answered that after this session goes to Silkor. You have to keep on taking laser sessions.
The question is if I have to spend every time this much amount of money on laser, then what is the difference between laser and waxing.
The behavior was very disappointing. I will never suggest anyone for VLCC. You are just making fool of customers and making money out of it.
