Under my knowledge as discussed with the sales consultant of Vodacom at Waterston Village, the Vodacom bundle of 1 x Huawei Pro lite + 1 free deal, that I will get R175+R65 airtime free and that I will only pay the amount of R549 of the deal, and when my airtime is finished I will need to buy airtime for my phones, because I don't want an open line, after money going off in my bank account on Saturday with an amount of R163, I went to a friend because she knows the lady that was helping me at Vodacom, and she explain that she told me for what, but she didn't. Then on the 13th January they tried to deduct another amount of R273 that was unsuccessful, I queried at the branch, she herself did not know what it was and then she logged a call, I got the SMS on my phone, but nobody phoned back, I myself called customer service on 081946, I asked why is there money being deducted from my account, they then told me that after 24hours that they will bill me the airtime of R175+R65 connection fee of R97 and R175 that was never spoken to me about.
Help would really be appreciate
