We just received a "demand for payment" for services to a property that we sold 3 years ago. We did not receive anything from them prior to the nasty letter demanding payment and a threat to turn it over to a collection agency. On august 8, 2004, I cancelled the service to the address 16857 e. Napa drive, aurora, co. Our bill was paid in full at the time I cancelled it. What is the best way to handle this.
I fulfilled my contract and completed my time with them and did not want their service any longer. I cancelled the service, and they stated I had to pay the $75 fee. I did not do early cancellation, I just do NOT accept and cancel my future service, but I am still be charged 75 plus cancellation fee, which totally do not make any sense
Waste Management recycle truck #153036 Ma. Lic. # T44-895 drove over my lawn ! The driver, Alexander, admitted that he made a mistake and cut the turn too close to the edge.
I have been using the WM last two years and there was no cancellation charge to pick up a bin during the Sign up. The prices for the service all over the place and they are asking me to pay 75$ to pick up a trash bin.
Why it is not mentioned anywhere in the website and in my contract? Why should I pay to pick up your trash bin?
2nd time in 2 weeks empty can not closed and tossed on side in middle of driveway. U are usually so good about this. What happened?
Driver of truck 107020 dropped a pile of trash on the road and just left it there. If you are unable to train your driver in how to pick up and dump a container, the least you could do is instruct him to pick up the mess he made.
Requested WM customer service 5 times to repair broken Wheels on Trash Bin
They closed the case ID 336073 as repaired. When contacted the created new case ID 363723 asked to keep trash can outside till the end of the day.
Every week I called and they keep scheduling same thing on pick up day
Scheduled Pickup is Tuesday 10/24/2023 and Waste Management never picked up, according to their records they Picked up at 10:15 am and that is not a correct statement since the Dumpster is still full,
Approx 3:45PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) WM truck decides it's ok to run red light with pedestrians waiting to cross. It was clear the driver had lots of warning with the yellow light and then red light and still made no effort to stop or slow for crossing intersection.
The 'recycling' was cancelled in March 2023 and we have been billed every month since. YOUR system still indicates that we have the recycling tote. WE DO NOT have one. We do not want one. We do not have the slightest desire to try to solve a environment problem with a 'company' that doesn't do half what they claim.
My garbage was to be pick up on Tuesday November 28,2023 and never was, I put the garbage by the curb on Monday night. I have called every day this week to pick my garbage cans up and to this day they still havent peen picked up. My neighbors cans were picked up. My cans are full. I need to have a supervisor contact me.
My contract was legally terminated on September 6, 2023. However, I am being charged $300 plus expenses for removing a 96-gallon trash can, which I find unreasonable and excessive. I am disputing this charge and refusing to pay such an exorbitant fee. I have offered to drop off the trash can, but the offer has not yet been accepted.
WM has owed me $104 for an overpayment on a previous account and have not paid it after nearly 2 years.
I was finally able to cancel my other business contracts with Waste Management, thankfully. But...When they came to remove their containers they charged me a $200 removal fee.
This company has treated me unethically and should be avoided.
You cant get ahold of a real person. Randomly just change schdules. They expect you leave your container out there at 6AM! but they come by at 6PM if at all.
Absolutely the worst!
The company keep sneakly increasing our fees without any notification, also against their 2 year contract. When you contact them for cancelation, they will charge you $75 removal fee.
Hi, I recently received an invoice, a month after my service cancellation and see a cart removal charge of $75 that was not agreed to. I have not seen this charge with any of my previous providers (let aside another 8.50$ for signing up for paper invoices).
We have 2 bins at our small clinic. We are off any contract. Their rates are much higher than the competition. In an attempt to terminate our services we were told that they charge $300 per each bin for pickup. Is this even close to legal? We have offered to drop off bins ourselves but we cannot get a straight answer.
waiting 12 days for container replacement, body and lid damaged, yesterday 2 guys in container replacement truck drove down cul-de-sac, passed it twice, at curb, kept going, won't answer phones, cut off your live chat
My address is 37321 Dawson Drive. I am very concerned!
This Thursday will be 3 weeks since I dropped off my check in your box and it still hasn't showed paid or posted in my checking account. Please help. Please contact me at joanmassimino@hotmail.com or call [protected]. Thanks
