I've been calling the company since my vacation hold and to this day they have not fixed the problem with billing. Now the bill went from 58 dollars to over 200 dollars. I called over 10 times already...
I've been on several telephone calls with different representatives. At this point ithis is harassment. I'm quite angry that I have to deal with this problem even after I was told several times that this was going to be resolved and it would be credited to 0, instead it's over 200 now. I'm done with this.
Claimed loss: Hour wasted on the phone to call and be put on hold to discuss the matter and my time is money!!! I have to work. This is now harrassment
Desired outcome: I want this fixed there should not be any charged until Aug 15 and that should only be for the vacation hold of 40 dollars.

I did and called the HQ. I agree. Enough is enough. The HQ representative assured me that they will handle the entire transaction and credit the invoice in full as it should be. I even took the time to handle it ahead of more problems. I'm giving them a few days to clear it as they said it will take a day or two. If not, I'm giving up and cancelling the service and not paying for anything anymore. I'm done. I can't deal with this anymore. Thank you for your support. It's ridiculous the time I spent on this issue. It was never like this before. They always took care of issues quickly.

I have been trying to resolved a billing issue for several weeks now. The account with WM keeps piling on new charges for no reason. I have no WM service since last year and will be on hold until Sept 31 2024. This is taking me way too long to have them fix. I called over 10 times to address this issue before late fees were applied and spoke to so many different representative and even the HQ rep. to no avail as of today. 5.18.24 and I started on 4.16.24. This is not resolved yet. I'm tired of calling and checking the account. I am getting anxieties over this matter since I like to pay my bills on time.
Well, I spoke too soon. I'm done. CANCEL THE SERVICE. I got an invoice today for 220.00. I had no service and the only charge was for the vacation of 55.00 as I was told in August. WHY 220.00? I'm done.
FINALLY FIXED. Thank you Sharon from WM HQ for taking the reins on this problem and getting it fixed. Sharon was awesome, she kept me in the loop until the entire process was completed fairly and to my satisfaction. Thank you Sharon.
Alright, you've had enough of this nonsense. It's time to put your foot down. Call Waste Management again, but this time, demand to speak to a supervisor or manager. Explain the situation clearly and firmly, and don't hang up until you get a resolution. Make sure they understand that you're not going to tolerate this any longer.
Document every call, every promise, and every bill. If they don't fix the issue immediately, consider escalating it to a higher authority or seeking legal advice. You shouldn't have to pay for their incompetence. Stay persistent and don't let them off the hook until they correct their mistake and zero out that bill. Enough is enough.
