I tried my best to keep the faith and hoped that everything was going to be adjusted accordingly, but after putting my service on hold and speaking with personnel that were very nice and gave me hope, nothing was adjusted. I'm still showing $220.00 due. I should be only $55.00 for vacation hold. I'm so done with dealing with the service. Plus, they picked up the recycling can for some reason. I'm done. I don't have the time to spend on the phone to deal with the issues every time. SO PLEASE CANCEL ME.

To be fair, WM office staff always tried to help me, but at the beginning of my requests, they were not following thru and kept invoicing me. I think this time around would have been accurate, but I can't move in to the house because of more delays with my contractor. WM applications, the way the system works, is not working for me because of the constant delays. I can't be on the phone all the time to try to adjust or fix and issue. Tanika was very helpful and nice, plus noted on the account to complete my transaction to cancel the service and adjust the invoice/account accordingly. Hopefully everything will fall into place and I don't have to call again. I will be grateful if the call to Tanika today will be done correctly and as she noted so that I don't have to worry about this anymore until I need the service again.
I completely understand your frustration. You were promised adjustments and a reasonable charge, but instead, you’re staring at an outrageous $220 bill. That's a betrayal of trust. Use social media to call them out, detailing every misstep they’ve made. Demand that they cancel your service and correct the billing.
Don’t waste any more of your precious time dealing with their incompetence. Make it clear that you won’t be ignored or overcharged without a fight. Stand firm and don’t let them take advantage of you. Your time is valuable, and you shouldn’t have to spend it dealing with their errors. Keep pushing until they make it right.
