Breakfast sandwich
Store #3018 My wife and I stopped at this store for a quick breakfast sandwich. We ordered a SauEggSws crsnt sm seasoned potatoes with sm coke. Backon Egg Cheese Biscuit with sm seasoned potatoes and sm coke. I had the bacon egg cheese which was cold to the bone threw it away. The wife had the sausage and it also was completely flavorless.
Then the crew member mopping the floor just stuck the mop in the bucket and without ringing wet the floor, water was running under the table and standing in a puddle under the table.
That is the last time I will go to a Wendys and would never tell anyone else to eat at that store. Before you ask we did go to the counter and the members could not be found...

I have never had such a poor experience with Wendy’s. I used coupon code 39 the Baconator. When I open my bag, I had a Jr patty and broken pieces of bacon on the sandwich. I told the rep that the sandwich comes with a double deluxe patty not a Jr and she said I must ask for a double patty which made no sense seeing I always order the same sandwich. The sandwich maker remade the sandwich and saw that the bacon was burnt and was only in pieces and she served it anyway... wow. You never serve someone something that you would not eat yourself. I have never felt more insulted as what a baconator is and then to service a poor product. The location is 2231Scenic Highway Snellville GA. I took a pick of the sandwich if you need it.

You have featured the disgraced Reggie Bush in a series of your commercials. The most recent ones are especially egregious in referring to him having had something important taken from him. The ad is insulting to all college football fans who want the game to be played fairly by eligible players. Mr. Bush had the Heisman Trophy taken from him because he cheated and violated NCAA RULES. His cheating also had the national championship taken from his team.
Desired outcome: Remove the trophy commercial from broadcasts and apologize to the college football fans
Food prepration
Went to Wendys on 56th st and Sheridan st in Hollywood florida on Oct 17, 2022, ordered chees burgers and fries wanted a vanilla frosty, but was told they dont have vanilla, isnt that the orginal flavor? This has been the swcond time I was told this at this location, got the order the cheese was cold not melted, burgers were thrown together like no one cared which is obvilous, was told its all in one bag because they dont even have enough bags to make it thru the night, wS there previous and orderd chili BUT they had no containers to serve it, this location is a far cry from your standards which I hope, no supervision or leadership at all hope you solve this problem with this location very dissapointed

Watched as fry person and manager were walking over food and trash on the floor behind counter. I pointed to it and mgr shrugged. Then because I didn't know she was the manager I asked to speak to manager.I expressed concern regarding dirty floor. She said they were getting someone to sweep now. This guy comes over and sweeps it all into a PILE and that's it. They said they had just had a busy lunch crowd. NO EXCUSE to be dirty! with trash on the floor. People stepping on french fries, wraps and othe debris. YUCK

On Saturday October 15th at 9:30pm I was trying to pick up a door dash order and the lobby was closed and they were ignoring the drive through. There was staff in the store walking around and ignoring the line of cars trying to place orders and pick up orders. No signs were placed on the doors or the drive through speaker or window explaining for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional!

I ordered a southwest avocado salad and received a salad with chicken and Parmesan cheese. Did not realize until I got home I did try to call nobody answered I also tried calling the next day and nobody answered. I returned a week or so later and showed my receipt in the picture of my salad and asked could I get a replacement or even a discount towards another one. The managers name is Caleb and he said there’s nothing he could do about it because of the time frame. After I explain to him that nobody ever answers the phone.. he was not helpful at all and very rude I won’t be returning to that location. Every single time I go to that location there is an issue and everybody is unprofessional.

Wait time and wrong order
Wendy’s Sherwood Ar hey 107! 33 minute wait in drive thru to find out the store did not have what I ordered. Changed my order after arriving at home the order was totally wrong. I go to Wendy’s 2/3 times per week. Order is wrong 1/2 times each time. No straw napkins ketchup ( after asking for it) no napkins. I was co- manager at Wendy’s for 3 years. I have completed 4 applications and never received a single phone call! We provided prompt service with correct orders. Since I worked that it seems the quality has gone down hill! There does not appear to be customer service as a priority to serve the customers as it was at one time. Was my favorite restaurant, however I no longer support Wendy’s. My last order I ordered a double with no cheese and no lettuce! To my surprise when I arrived at home I got a hamburger bun with two Pattie’s on it …no ketchup, mayo, mustard, tomato, onion or pickles. Yes a bunch with two Pattie’s. Charged $ 7.12. I really enjoyed eating at Wendy’s but I think I made my last order at Wendy’s! I know I am only one customer and what I spend certainly will not hurt Wendy’s but I will be the customer that does not come back!
Desired outcome: More training and maybe rehire some of the older works that understood customers service was the most important aspect of retaining customers! At one time Wendy’s was a great place to get good customer service and the correct order!
bad food
i have been a regular customer at wendys in roanoke, va since they opened but several nights ago i had the worst experience that i have ever had. I got a single combo and the only thing worth eating was the drink. I called the restaurant and they said that was the best they could do. The bun was so hard it was as if it had been out all day and the fries were cold, they were not even warm they were COLD. and i live less than 2 miles from the restaurant.

my food (i.e. combo single cheeseburger) bought on10/8/22 from wendys3550 hwy. 280 phenix city al, phone [protected]. the hamburger felt musht when l took a bite and texture seemed abnormal. thought maybe the pickles or tomatoes where thre cause but after taking another bite and opening the bun to look at the patty l saw raw meat. when l say raw, l mean pink raw hamburger meat. juices where still coming out! ate the french fries to get rid of the taste and took burger back to the register. told the lady it was horri ble tasting and raw. she didnt even look at it and just tossed it in the trash saying, sorry about that and walked to the back! host name was yazette and ticket reciept time date 8:36pm. name was rhodes on ticket ticket has number10023 below time. it is now 9:35 and l have been in bathroom for last 30 minutes throwing up. this is last time for me and wendys and will make sure everyone knows about the food and customer service at this place. thinking about boycotting with sign. l am livid about this treatment and expect to hear back from headquarters.hm [protected]

I ordered two classic chicken sandwich combos, I asked for one plain and
the other add jalapenos since they said I couldn't get the spicy chicken with the coupon I used. The food was disappointing. Everything was bad. The sandwiches were not as we requested. The fries were not good. they were dark, some burnt, and old. my daughter's nuggets were old and dry. I asked for a cup holder and the service clerk told me that there were not anymore. I told the person that I couldn't hold three cups while driving. then there came the holders. I will not be back

I just read that Wendy’s have terminated a 20 year employee who has Down’s Syndrome ……..that is beyond comprehension. I have a niece who is a Down’s Syndrome individual and what the employment provides for these individuals is beyond measurable.
I hope your company recognizes the devastating consequences of your decision and reverses that position. The financial cost to your company is minuscule in comparison to the good will benefit to your company. I hope you are big enough to change your mind.
If not………I really hope the financial consequences to your bottom line are massive, and I will be contributing to that result. I will not support you.
Crispy Chicken BLT Sandwich
I’m a long time customer and I love your food but this last experience really upset me. I went through the drive-through and ordered three Junior bacon cheeseburgers and a crispy chicken sandwich combo with a Coke. When I received the crispy chicken sandwich there was only chicken in between two pieces of bread. I went inside to get this corrected and the manager in the back threw on a cold piece of cheese and one sliver of bacon. I should’ve checked this right then and there when I was in the store. I figured how hard would it be to put lettuce, tomato and the correct amount of bacon on a sandwich. Apparently this was a task to hard to handle. No lettuce, No tomato and No I’m sorry for the mistake. It’s really starting to anger me with the type of service, the quality of food and how inflated things are these days. Is it too much to ask for someone just to get things right? I just want what I paid for. 😠

Wait time in line for window service and always out of a specific product
I really love Wendy's but I think that I will never go back to the Conway store. It took them 26 minutes to get my order of a Son of baconator and a baked potatoe. There were several cars in front of me and several behind me. 3 cars finally left. I even called them (Bernice) 1 hour earlier to see if they had baked potatoes, she said she didn't but would put them on. Then yelled at someone to put 14 on. There was 5 people standing near the window and 1 at the indoor register. It's not a staffing issue & not the 1st time, its most of the time. The guy taking the orders would wait until the last car in front of me (there was 3) was waited on at the window before taking my order. They are ALWAYS out of baked potatoes especially around the 5oclock pm hour. The wait in line is extremely long through the drive through. This has been going on now for awhile. Can you not get this restaurant up to the Wendy's standards? Or is this your standard?
Desired outcome: I would like a change in the way that this particular Wendy's is conducting its business. I thought that Wendy's held itself to a higher standard and this restaurant is failing to keep those standards or are they?
Disgusting coke from soda stream with really gnarly residue

My husband brought home some food from Wendy's. I received a very disgusting and disturbing coke that tasted burnt and has left a really bad taste in my mouth and the cup had a lot of bits of residue of something in it that should def not be in the coke! The residue stained the cup and bits stuck to the inside walls of the cup. Worse part is I drank some of it and now I just want to puke!
This is also not the first time I received bad food. The other day I received a grilled chicken Ranch burger that had really hard bacon on it. From the same store.
Baconator sandwich
Went to the Wendy's on Airway Rd in Dayton, Ohio for dinner tonight 10/06/22 for my husband and myself. We ordered 2 Baconators because we had a coupon buy 1 get 2nd for $1. We get home with our order and start eating and I just so happened to look at my sandwich before I took a bite and one of the patties was RAW. We have had a constant problem with wrong orders or something being wrong with the food for about a year now and it never gets resolved. I am tired of not getting what I paid for and wasting my hard earned money! This was the last straw I will not go there again and possibly never go to another Wendy's again! I want either a free meal or money it is only fair.

I ordered Double Cheeseburger and my husband's order Triple Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger Pub. I got sick from double cheeseburger. I have no idea why I got sick. I believe that young cookers may be not wash their hands or may not clean on cook service and service line. Triple Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger Pub looked not right, mess up and no cheeses on each burger. He was not very happy! They have no prepared to make food for us when I took an order via online ordering and pick up through the drive thru, but they didn't check up online when my husband showed the order id number from his iPhone with confirmation. My husband waited for food for 15 minutes later while he is driving in drive thru and other cars waiting in line. The workers have no responsibility for checking the online order if customers ordered and paid, they should prepare to make the food before customers drive thru to pick it up and come in to pick it up either.
Desired outcome: I would like to refund back in my credit card, please? Thanks.
