Order wrong almost every time.

Waited in line to pick up my mobile order [[protected]] for over 40 minutes, for about 8 cars in line when I arrived.
All the fries where marked as no salt on my order, instead all the fries seemed to have extra salt...
Disappointed and frustrated by my experience.
Desired outcome: All i really want is to not have to choose between taking the mediphorical shaft or giving the gas and time to drive back to the store and make them fix part of my order while the other part gets cold.Its supposed to be a convienence

After stopping at the mic to place my order for about 4 mins with out anyone greeting me to take my order... finally I said hello? then a female voice said "we aren't taking our next order till 15 mins from now. I said Wait what? Did you say you wernt taking any orders fir 15 mins?...she said :Yes. I then asked for the Corporate phone -# and she said " i don't know it" I said "Can you find out?" then she said "So can you!" I then said "yep i sure can and will.

I do not usually get fast food. Today I decide I would treat my dogs to a hamburger. I went through Wendy's at hwy 210 and Interstate 40. Since it has been about a year since I have been through your drive through, I thought I would give Wendy's another try.
Where do I begin. The double cheeseburger was unacceptable. The fries were cold and the "two plain hamburgers," I ordered came with onions, ketchup and pickles.
I do not know how hard it to get something correct at this particular Wendy's but for some reason it is. When I asked for "two plain hamburgers," for my dogs I repeated myself say "plain."
This meal cost me around $15. Since the double cheeseburger was the only hamburger your staff got right, it was I was unable to eat. It was terrible. So my dogs did get a treat today. I fed the double cheeseburger to the dogs. I hope my dogs appreciate the fact that I paid approximately $15.00 for their treat.
I will never go back to this Wendys and I will make sure that I post this complaint on every social media, including the BBB, I can think of.
I would expect more from Wendys but will not make that mistake again. Wendys, at one time had pretty good food but like everything else you have fallen short on keeping your service and food at the standards that once was.

Hello, I am disappointed after my recent order at the drive through Wendy’s in weatherford.
I ordered 3 Jr bacon cheeseburgers with no tomato. They came with tomato.
I also ordered a medium Fry, which was not given to me, and I did not open my bags until my husband came home, which is when I realized they were not there.
My husband picked the tomato off his burgers, and we can live without the fries to share, but all the food was cold. Every burger.
I respectfully request a refund.

On October 25, 2022. Chocolate frosty not available at two Wendy's. One in Sycamore, IL (#1333) and one in DeKalb, IL (#1010). Had to wait in the drive-thru line at both locations to find out they didn't have chocolate frostys. I am surprised that two Wendys would be out of the same product.
I was so disappointed; I'll never go to the drive-thru again at any Wendy's.
The egg salad in my sandwich that stuck in my car
I bought a sausage n egg croissant and I was eating it and I bit into it a third time and a piece of eggshell stuck up into my gum.
It took a few minutes to pull it out my gum . It started bleeding and I'm very upset. I called you a store and the lady told me that she could either replace my sandwich give me my money back because she don't have corporate number right off.

I went to wendys on broadway in fort wayne Indiana to use my boo book. My son tried to go in to get them but the lobby was closed. The coupons expire tomorrow we thought because the only date on it was how long they were being sold. We have used them to get 4 and even 9 at a time. My son went inside to get 9 a week ago. There was 3 people in the car. I asked to get 12. He said no. You can only use one per order that you will have to drive around over and over again.. ok I was thinking could we just do 3, one per person because I didnt see on them saying it was one per order being confused because this wasnt an issue before but then he proceeded to say they expire in December. The boo books came from there. I said it says tomorrow, and I will drive up there to show you. He was laughing the whole time. He openned the window and refused to look at my coupon. All I did was ask him to look at the expiration date! He just laughed the entire time saying I wont take that or look at it, it says dec. This was so immature. I even said you are laughing this entire time, and you wont even look, since he refused to take them, they fell on the concrete in front of the drive-thru window. He immediately yelled, you littered and to pick it up. I said, I have no use for this and was driving away. He kept yelling, I am taking your plate number and calling the cops, and you will get a litter fine. Finally, I yelled back, I handed them to you and you refused to grab them and they fell, so go ahead. Still shouting at me about a ticket, i said you are now harrassing me etc. Finally, I was able to turn to leave. I dont think I was on wendys property when I yelled back, I was trying to turn to leave! He shouted at me the entire time even when I said to look, dropped them, and left! I wasnt agrueing back. This is so immature and not professional. You refused your own coupon which I was cool with getting one or one per person and thats it not even using all. Why would I pick up coupons I cant use to a guy that wouldn't even take them! Very unprofessional to donate to a charity to make wendys image look great when in reality, you did not even honor your actual own charity to raise money. I hope he did call the cops for harrassment when everyone in my car saw he wouldn't take them! I assume you have carmeras so watch the video! If they fell, how is it my fault? I should post this public! You didn't honor your own charity and harrassed me calling the cops lying saying I littered taking my license plate number which that isnt even my plate, its a rental because we were in a horrible crash! Your coupons need an expiration date and if it didnt say how much could be used at a time, it needs to say that too or you violated your own policy calling the cops on me harrassing me. I will attach a pic that just says when the program ran... show me where it says something else because if its dec, how would I know when he's representing Wendys laughing and not helping me with showing me on the coupon. It is immature period. My sons school provided him with boo books for Junior Frosty’s. We took him to get only a junior frosty” from Wendy’s, the workers refused to take” the coupon they had a problem” that we did not order anything else! All we wanted was the junior frosty! Why provide coupon books if it’s a problem to use them? I’ve even sent an email to complain no response

My wife and I traveling from Florida back to Indiana. We have stopped at several Wendy's in our travels but none like the restaurant in Waldo, FL. It was terrible. I must say this is the first time I have every complained on a fast-food chain.

Major complaint: A customer approached the counter and said her chicken nuggets were really bad and she wanted a refund. A man who appeared to be the cook came from the back and began arguing with her. He got extremely loud and basically told her if she didn't like them, don't come back. Several customers coming in turned around and left. The restaurant patrons were shocked and became extremely quiet.
My wife and I left as they were still arguing.
I have never witnessed a totally non-professional fast food restaurant. Loud talk and laughing by the staff were very distracting.

I went to the twinsburg ohio wendys on aurora road the worst experience they had no cars in the drive thru took them 8 mins to come to the speaker to take the order, then ordered basic things that should be prepared told me to pull up theyll bring it out took another 15 to 18 mins to do that they had at least 5 people in there ridiculous. Lobby isnt open either doors locked always cant walk in cant ever talk to a manager, also unprofessional young kids running it inside also playing around inside. Should be closed always screw up orders cold food or everything is out.

My wife and grandchildren have traveled across this nation and never found such a disgusting Wendy's as here in my own county as Palm Coast Florida on Palm Coast Parkway. We walked out as we found the outside, lobby, and counter area in such and filthy mess that we thought if this is the way the outer area is, then the kitchen, etc. behind the scenes is far worse.
