Purchased 4 for $4, with a Jr bacon cheeseburger (upgraded to large), small chilli, and additional Jr bacon. Usually have no problem finishing all of it, but this time was different.
Buns were rock hard, everything seemed stale or maybe sat out under a heat lamp for too long. There was literally what seemed like bacon bits on one of the sandwiches, honestly thought someone had a bad day and took it out on the food? :P
Even the fries were stale:( The chilli was the only thing I was able to somewhat enjoy. Recorded a video of me smacking the buns with a spoon, and it sounded like a rock. For some reason, it won't allow me to upload the video.

We were excited to have chili and fries inside as it was cold out and there was only one car in the lot.once inside we were not greeted by anyone, instead the lady leaving her shift for the day looked at us then back her register and started talkin loudly to a manager about how it wouldn't let her clock out.the manager came over glanced at us, and then back at her failing to acknowledge us either.after a few minutes of their quarreling about the clock out system the manager briefly looked at us and said she will be with u shortly, and then he walked away.after another minute the original girl trying to leave smiled at us and said she will be with you soon cause the only one that can help you is the one signed in as she has to use her fingerprint to sign on.she then walked away.we stood in line for another minute as ppl in the back and drive thru laughed and joked. We then decided this was by far some of the worst customer service we have seen in a long while and decided to spend our money somewhere else.i am a retail store manager and I would not tolerate such blatant disregard to any customer that walked through my business.

I pulled up to the wendy's In Ferndale on Woodward, which looked open, all their lights on and people in the drive through. The first words on the intercom were muffled and i could not hear. Then i waited a couple minutes and when nothing else was said, i said, okay I'm ready to order. Then the reply was harsh and rude "WE'RE CLOSED" and that's all she said. No apology just a rude response.

I don't regularly eat fast food but when I do I do choose Wendys. I will have to think twice about going there again after tonight. Got to the drive-through ordered the number of the meal I wanted before I pulled up to the window to pay, the food was already. I was on my way as I got home I realized the bag was double bags and there was no receipt. opened my sandwich up upon realizing my fries were probably yesterday's is they were so freaking cold. And my sandwich has lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, this should not even come nearer the sandwich that I ordered which was the baconator. I've been in the restaurant business most of my working life and I'm appalled that your employees thought that it was OK to serve somebody that food. It looks like they messed up an order previously and just doubled bagged it and handed it to me. This isn't the 1st time I've had problems with Wendys but it will be the last. I'd like to know if the cashier just pocketed my money and handed me a screwed up order from earlier.

The Wendy's in kinston, NC on herritage St. The manager Tim was very loud, rude and obnoxious. My family were trying to enjoy our meal and will we could here was him yelling at employees. he's very unprofessional. And there were roaches crawling on the chairs. It was really disgusting. I will not ever eat there again. It needs to be clean up and an exterminator called for the infestation.

All of my Jr.bacons were made wrong and I was missing a Jr.cheeseburger as well! Uncalled for. As a former manager for Wendy's this was really disappointing. The bacon on the sandwiches was undercooked I ended up having to throw it out. This store needs to focus on training their employees right and keeping their costumers happy instead of rushing incorrect orders out of the window.

I live in greensburg indiana. I found out from a former employee that since I like bacon burritos, wendys will make them upon request even though they are not on menu. I have been gettin them for a few months now but only about every 2 weeks if that. Not to often. And I would have to say, they were great.
Just a few days ago, I pulled up to wendys and ask if they could make the bacon burritos. They sd sure. I pulled up to pay and all I could hear from people workin inside was complaining that they had to make them. After I paid and pulled up to next window and patiently waited, this rude lady, whom I will never visit again if she is workin, gave me my 4 burritos and sd with an attitude, we were just told we dont have to make these anymore so we are not goin to. If I wanted burritos I would have to settle for the sausage. If I wanted sausage I would have ordered them. Well anyways, not to try and get wendys to start new items, but can u imagine how them burritos would go if they were on the menu? No one else in town has them. You could blow McDonald's out, whom only serves sausage as well.
That would be awesome.
Anyways, my complaint is dont start serving something and not have a problem it, then all of a sudden just stop because one rude butt lady didnt want to make them. Im not goin back to that restaurant for ANYTHING and im gonna make sure my friends whom I told of the wonderful bacon burritos will not go there either.

I live in Valley Stream, NY. and have been going to the Wendy's on Merrick rd. In Lynbrook, NY. Up until about 3-5 monthsthe service their was so efficient! They were so courteous and most importantly as quick as they could be with your order even during peak times, all the time. Now it has done a full 360 of what they once were, what happened? The service is so slow and inefficient, the staff is still very courteous but horribly slow, it is not uncommon now to see lines all the way out onto the street for the drive-thru even if you are 4 cars from ordering it is almost guaranteed that you will be there at least 15 minutes and if you walk in it is no different. If there is something that can be done to run the restaurant in a more efficient manner again, please do so. Thank you

My wife has been a valued employee for over 8 years at owego ny franchise. She use to get holiday pay, and 2 weeks vacation. Since a new company bought the franchise they did away with holiday pay and vacation pay. That pisses me off but not as much as now they not only are not paying my wife as they should for running the store (All by herself most days) shes only considered a "shift" manager yet must run the store as a assisant manager would, with no compensation.
Now the capper. Since this store is short of management positions, she must do the work of the assistant managers whom dont exist at this store. So since the lack of management personel, people are stealing money from the drawers! Whos getting the blame? (Since wendys to damn cheap to install cameras!) my wife and other staff. This is the second time in weeks shes been written up for this. She dont steal. Never has. Shes the best employee owego has. Drives in snowstorms to open that damn store. If you people dont rethink how you are treating your best most alligient employee she will find work elsewhere where she is appreciated.
So let me recap. You taken her paid holidays and vacations and she still has loyalty to you, and your making her responsible for your bad management. This is wrong, and if you show no allegiance to her or any employee why should she stay and give exceptional service for your company?
Please answer this. I want to know how much you care for loyal employees. Or is it just money. She works very, very hard to make that store what it is. But when ppl steal and you write her and others up for this all while all you need are cameras! You ppl better get real, and show you want their loyalty, and stop penny pinching. Cause thats why people are stealing from you. A happy employee is a loyal one. If you show no allegiance to them, why should they you?. This is why your franchise will fail. By losing great employees like my wife. I told her to quit, but she still has faith you will do the right thing.

Make a long story short the guy must've been having a bad day. They forgot to put my sauce in the bag so my guy knocked on the window to ask for some. So he opened the window and start throwing the sauce aggressively in the bag and then slamming the window shut. So my spouse thought it was rude and knocked on the window in flicked him off. We drive off to hear something being thrown at the back of my window that's more than his whole salary a year. I'm super upset. Because had he broke my window we both know that person can't afford to replace it.

I received wrong sandwiches going thru the drive-thru and no receipt. After returning home to another town I called and let the Mgr know my order was wrong, she sarcastically admitted she knew it was then proceeded to telll me I had to bring a receipt I. To get the order corrected. I told her I would return s f went inside with my son to correct my order. But I wS mad as hell because I had to edit twice be talked to and chastised by this hateful Mgr. To make matters worse after entering the restaurant and waiting again I overheard the Mgr talking out loud about me and saying more derogatory things about me in front of employees and the customers inside the store. This Mgr needs to be fired! I asked for my money back after letting her know that I was standing there and she refused and started yelling loudly to the cooks my order as if to embarrass me. I will never eat st this place again and will make it my mission to publicize this!

On 12-8-17 @ approximately 1210pm I ordered a number 2 and number 6 got back home to my house in ellinwood which is ten miles away and did not get my number 2 . So I paid $17 dollars for 1 meal... this is not the first time that this has happened, it also happened about a month ago and I never complained about it but however when it happens again I am a little pissed of at the money I paid to not get my food.

I visited Wendy's 8465 stony island in Chicago and the experience was horrible. We don't eat fast food but we wanted to tonight and it was the worst experience I've ever encountered. It was a waste of $30. I'm sure the daytime staff there is awesome along with management but the night crew needs some work. Everything was cold and old and hard from our fries all the way to the chicken. I didn't even get napkins or a receipt. I didn't receive a spoon or straw for my frosty. I called to speak with a manager and they hung up in my face. I don't complain at all because I know how working fast food is, I was a general manager of a hardees and I know the importance of keeping a good reputation for the store you're running but having a bad one especially for dinner time can effect sales and definitely effect the reputation and that's something that needs to be worked on. The employees are either helping or hurting the success of that store and the night crew is definitely hurting that store. I will not be visiting that store again. I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere.

I was recently hired at a Wendy's Restaurant, my first day being December 2, 2017. I have always been pleased with the service, so I figured why not work there. I only lasted two days after repeatedly being disregarded and treated like I was a bother rather than an employee. The manager, Jamie, was very disrespectful to her employees from what I heard and saw. The first day wasn't too bad although two males were very open and talked explicitly about a female customer while I was trying to 'train'. The manager did not check on me AT ALL that day. I was not told how much I was going to be paid or what the proper procedures were while I was behind the counter i.e. do I need my hair up? Am I allowed to walk through the kitchen area to go to the restroom? Nothing. I sat there my entire shift and the only thing that she helped me was with clocking in and out. The next day I returned and was hopeful for a change in attitude from the manager. I was in for a big surprise that day. I got there and she tells me I will be on register and she proceeds to walk away. 1) I have never used their POS system, 2) I never watched the video for the instructions on how to use it due to running out of time the previous day, and 3) I need to be properly trained before jumping into a job that I still knew almost nothing about other than the mission statement of the founder Dave. I stood there in confusion and attempted to ask another employee what all the buttons meant until she came back and yelled at him for training me while a customer was waiting in line (understandable). I guess she realized that I had no idea what to do so she put me on sandwiches. I was actually learning something for about 5 minutes, granted the employee that was training me complained about his job the entire time. He left me there to go complain to the manager and she told me to follow her to the back. I told her I had to specify what days I could work and she was very short tempered about the situation. She put me back on the computer to watch more videos about sandwiches and register and I was not complaining due to the tense environment up to that point. She sent an employee after about 2 hours and what felt like 20000 videos later, to check on me. I finished the videos and this time she told me to be up front by the register to see what I would be doing. The girl trained me as best as she could, she said she had only been there a few months. She was very sweet and taught me a lot more than any other employee. Don't get me wrong, about 2 to 3 other workers were very nice and understanding of the situation I was in. About 30 minutes until I would be clocking out, the manager that hired me came in. She did not ask me how I was doing so far and was a completely different person compared to when she hired me. The girl I was working with that day, Genna, I think her name was, complimented her outfit and the manager who hired me, Robin, completely disregarded her and walked to the back to gossip with Jamie. The two were basically yelling F - this F-that and I recall hearing "and if you hear a complaint about me, I don't F-ing care. I'm done with this BS." this came from Jamie, as I would expect from her at that point. Before I clocked out, I went to ask Jamie how to properly do it. She interrupted me mid sentence to tell Genna that she needs to show me how to do it. As I gathered my things, I watched as Robin and Jamie went to the dining room. I guess a customer stopped them to tell them that a sandwich was made wrong. Robin proceeds to yell across the store at the new guy that he made the sandwich wrong and that the customer was not pleased. You DO NOT call out an employee, especially not a new one on sandwiches by himself, across a restaurant. I vowed to never work in food again after I left that store on December 3rd. Today, December 4th I went in to quit and I spoke to Robin at the register. I told her that I could no longer work there. She said "that's okay, I can cover your shifts". Although it was sarcastic, that was the most professional I had seen her behave. I said thank you and walked out with a smile on my face. It's one thing for one manager to be terrible, but two?! No ma'am. I will not be returning to that store to eat and I will recommend my friends and family to never return. The lack of professionalism and respect is very present. The fact that people were arguing over not wanting to train an employee is absurd. That is the worst job that I have ever had. I am hoping I will have better success working across the street at the local Walmart.

I puchased 2 double stacks and a large fry through the drive-thru this afternoon at 4:40pm. After ordering I waited 15min in line. I finally received my meal. I returned home literally 5 min from the store. I removed the fry from my bag and instantly noticed they had been sitting in the bin for a while. I removed a double stack from the bag and unwrapped it. Again the burger looked like it had been sitting for a while. The other burger wasn't any better. Once again I gave the store an opportunity to satisfy me beyond their Frostys and they failed. I will not be buying food there again. Back to Subway, Jimmy Johns and Arby's.

We walked in the resterant at the Wendy's in Cranberry twp pa at around 7:30 pm on 12/1/17 and as soon as I walked in I noticed that all the trash cans were all completely full and overflowing. And trash still on 3/4 of all the empty tables in the resterant. After we place our order I went over to get out drinks, catchup and, etc. there was no sweet tea over there. It's was sitting on counter were we ordered and only found it after we ask and they found it there. There was absolutely zero napkins and zero catchup cups. Had to ask for all that. As I was getting all that stuff. I looked around and under every table in there, there was trash and food on the floor. I have never been in a resterant that was so dirty in my life. I understand they were a little bit busy for the holiday shoppings going on. Just really suprised with it all

I have complained about 7 plus store and no none contacts me back and the sAmerican [censor] keep happening... just went and spend 30 mins in line with 3 people in line and my chicken on my chicken salad wasn't even on it and much more so than gs but i hope u loss all buisness around this area bc ur service and cleanness is a joke and should be shut down due to it .
