My husband and I went to Wendy's in Pataskala, Ohio on 8/2/17 at 3:00 PM. We went through the drive through and ordered 2 - Number 1's and ask for ketchup and salt. We parked in the parking lot and opened the sandwiches right away. Both sandwiches were cold and she only gave up 2 small packs of ketchup and salt. That is one each, which isn't enough for half the fries. They were soggy instead of crispy. Very disappointing since the Wendy's in Newark, Ohio is always very good.

I was previously at your Wendy's location #[protected] and my host, Carl was extremely rude. First of all he rushed me with my order. Secondly, when arrived at the window, somehow my card and my friends card declined and he proceeded to ask, how do you come through a drive through without money. My friend wanted him to take a certain amount via cash then the rest from her card. Then when I asked him to run my card again because I know I have money on it, he proceeded to say, "You just transferred money into your account." He then held my card by his two fingers as if he was discussed with it. Once we asked to see a manager he told us he didn't need his manager, he got this. So I didn't want to eat my food right then but once I got home to eat, I then realized that he had given me the wrong food. I didn't take it back because I stayed too far from the location but I am disgusted with the service I received on yesterday.

I was at the Wendy's located at 1568 Holcomb Bridge Roswell GA .
As I was leaving I got a refill from the Free Style machine and the first swallow from the straw something hit the roof of my mouth. I did not swallow it but was disturbed to find a metal shaving. Hopefully there were not other shavings in the cup that I swallowed while eating my meal.

I went to the Wendy's on Garner 42 at 3:30pm on 7/31/2017. It was so nasty by the fryer station. It was fries on the floor everywhere by the fryer station all under the station. It looked very greasy and not clean. I understand lunch hours can be crazy. It was not busy when I went in there. I didn't even order it looked a mess. I walked in and out thank God I didn't go through the drive thru I would have never known how unclean it was.

I went to the Wendy's in buffalo ny on elmwood ave and ordered my food like normal. When I pulled up to the second window there were about 2/3 girls huddled by the window and another got called over and she proceeded to poke her whole head out the window just to look at me. Then I overheard them talking about my eyebrows or whatever else and another girl yelled y'all better close that window. Now I don't care that they were talking about me because hey clearly I must of sparked their interest that much for them to huddle around and talk all the [censor] they were talking. But it's just rude to talk about the customers when your window is wide open and I'm literally right there. If they would of poked their heads out and said it to me that would of been cool but no. I pulled up in line at 11:45, sat in line for 15 minutes not moving at all. This whole time I was thinking well surely they know I'm in line so I'll still be able to order my food like every other fast food restaurant. Come 12:00 the lights go off as I'm sitting behind the vehicle ordering.(I'm literally the very last vehicle in line) and I get up to the window and they say we're closed. I told them repeatedly that I was in line for 15 minutes they said they never seen my truck because they obviously just wanted to leave. So I take it upon myself to go up to the window while the truck in front of me is recieving their food and asked the people in the truck how long I had been there and they told them i pulled in right behind them. Still they didn't offer nothing, I watched the woman throw Goodin the trash and turn the grill off right in front of me and keep in mind I was THE LAST VEHICLE IN LINE! The woman proceeds to tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about and tells me to leave. This Wendy's is in middlesboro kentucky 40965. I'd really appreciate this being taken care of because I have ate there for 20 years and I've never had bad experiences there until recently. This is not the only incident but it has just taken me over the top. I don't want the fear of people spitting in my food because of the simple fact I was hungry and chose to "try" and eat Wendy's. To beat it all I was very nice and respectful and even asked please through the speaker. ( which she decided to ignore me while I was talking) which is why I want to the window.

Wendy's Greenville texas on july 29 2017. About 5:30 pm. Worst place I've ever been. Waited in the drive-through almost 5 minutes without a response I said hello hello finally somebody said we are very shorthanded wait a minute. There was one car in the drive-through one car in the parking lot so I waited a few more minutes. I go inside there's one customer and I can see five people behind the counter. No one say anything I finally tell them what I want they bring the wrong thing and then look at me like I am crazy. They bring the correct item. No thank you no smile no come again. They look very happy to be working with about [protected] flies. Very sticky and dirty counter. Ok I am done. The windows and doors appeared to have never been cleaned. Food all over the floor.

Took my family to the Wendy's near 50th and L in Omaha, Nebraska about an hour ago. We were the only car in the drive through when we arrived. The first issue, which is really no big deal, was that the person taking my order did not seem to be able to hear me. We all had to yell repeatedly. When we Finally got our order through correctly, we made to pull up to the window. However, the younger girl at the window was leaning out to talk to a car full of what I assume to be her friends in the parking lot. We had to wait until she found a good stopping point in the conversation to pull forward. Arrived at the window and several minutes later were offered our drinks. I asked of we could have a drink carrier and the young man looked as though this was a huge inconvenience for him. Around five minutes later he came back to the window to let us know that one of the spicy chicken sandwhiches that we ordered wouldn't be ready for another 6 minutes and asked if we wanted to wait or switch it for something else. At this point I was a little irked, but I'm fairly easy going and responded that we didn't mind waiting-twice, because he asked me what I wanted to switch it out for after the first time I said we didn't mind waiting. We pulled into a parking spot to wait. It took around 10 minutes before we saw this third young man come out of Wendy's with our order and head towards our car. Before he made it to us, though, he stopped to talk with the people in the car mentioned earlier. I rolled down my passenger window to get his attention and he finally came over. The order was wrong. We returned the items that we did not order and left, pretty exasperated at this point. Before leaving the parking lot, my mom ate a french fry from the bag and said it was cold. I also tried one and they were indeed very cold. The sandwhiches were covered in sauce to the point that they would not stay together (the top buns kept slipping off). This was by far the worst experience as a customer I have ever had. Not only were the staff incompetent and inattentive to their customers, the manager inside made no move to correct their behavior. What we ultimately received for our money was also of very poor quality. I will be advising those I know to avoid this location, if not the whole chain altogether. I believe someone needs to stop in and look over operations at this location and make some changes.
overcharged and incorrect order
I've visited the location at 62 Valley Road, Middletown, RI, 02842 on several occasions. Today I visited on 7/29/2017 around 6 p.m. I ordered a small frosty and small French fries. I was under the impression that the small frostys were .50 cents. When the order came on the screen the total was 2.89. At the window I was told a different number. I was charged 4.19 for my order and didn't receive my receipt. My fries were cold and I didn't even get a spoon or straw to eat the frosty with. There's been several times where I've visited this location and I'm not offered my receipt or my order is wrong. Also, the customer service isn't the best either.

Went to Wendy's in York Pennsylvania at the Carlisle Avenue store waited 25 minutes and still was not waited on I left drove across the street to Burger King and in 6 minutes I was sitting down eating that's absolutely ridiculous I called the store while I'm sitting there eating and told them about that so there are there where of it it's the 29th of August I went in the store at 1:30 left exactly at 5 minutes at 2 I work at Lowe's and can walk to the store as of now there are at least a half-dozen employees at Lowe's you no longer go to that Wendy's for that very reason there is no time to eat their meal something needs to be done different management a definitely are short-staffed that one person can't take the orders and then put the orders on the tray it's entirely too much for one person to do.

Went to Wendy's in Philadelphia Ms on my way to work tonight. Got in line at 10:40 wasn't out of line til 10:58. Finally got to window to pay and girl had her back to us while flirting with the manager. He never said turn around so they can pay. When the car ahead of us went so did we and that's when the girl decided to start opening the window. Got to 2nd window there's the manager again joking and laughing with the pickup window crew. By the way was very late to work. Too much playing around at Wendy's. Pathetic. Not going back.

Went to the drive through at the Wendy's in Garland tx off of 30 and beltline...I was at the drive through around 9:15 pm tonight and finally got my food..no drinks or frostys ...had to wait for them to come back to the window and asked for my drinks then I realized I never got a receipt or my change back..asked for both things and they left me sitting at the window for about 10 mins finally they handed me my $6 change all balled up like it had been in someone's pocket ..then they refused to give me my receipt..so I just drove off very unhappy..it's nothing but a bunch of kids working there who thought it was hilarious..then my Fry's were so old they broke in half ..wondering how many people have left there not asking for thier change and the employees keeping it...I am very unhappy with this place..$6 isn't a lot of money but I have 4 kids so yo me it's a lot..shame on them..something needs to be done before that Wendy's has no more business
rude behaviour by the host at drive thru
last night me and my boy friend pulled to the drive thru at 2005 N Lewis Ave, in Waukegan, IL. We ordered our food and proceeded to the next window to pay. We ordered 2 cheeseburger and 2 Frosties. When my boyfriend asked for some ranch and bbq sauce the lady at the cash(same one who got our orders) said she can only give sauces if we order nuggets. This is actually the second time she is doing this. Before she didn't want to give us some extra sauce even though we ordered 2 full meal.Her name is Irma and I think she is a manager. It is really not professional, she is behaving customers rudely. It felt like as if we went there to get some sauces for free which is ridiculous. The sauces are free when you buy food from here so i don't really get this fuss she is making. I am attaching the receipt too, I would like someone to take care of this problem.

Went to Wendy's today 7/27 worse experience ever. 90% of the tables were dirty (food, trays, grease smudges, ketchup smudges) so I asked for a cloth so that I could clean the table, but was ignored so I got a bunch of napkins, wet them and cleaned the table. My daughter's burger was wrong, returned and still got it wrong, gave up. We got the fries late until I went to ask for them when they weren't brought to our table. Last 2 customers after us got their food first even though ours was there by the salad assembly line getting cold. I, myself am a F&B Supervisor and that was unacceptable.

I wouldn't to the store on July 26, 2017 at approximately 3 o'clock 3:30 PM. I first went to the drive-through I waited at the first speaker the second speaker Did not have anyone in it the person on the first speaker had just pulled away to go to the window to pay literally five other cars came to the second speaker orders were taken I decided that I would get out of the drive-through and go inside. Upon going inside I noticed there was a line of maybe four people and standing in the line people were complaining about the smell that was really overriding the Food in my head I agreed. Upon approaching the cashier some people were stating as well as the cashier do you smell that do you smell that the lady in the black behind the counter stated yes I smell that. It smells like a toilet is backing up Cashier stated yes it does. The tall lady behind the counter it appeared she was the manager stated in these words " This don't make no damn sense, I have been here 16 hours I am not janitor I don't clean toilets if it is the toilet I'm not cleaning it I don't give a [censor] about no smell, one of the ladies behind the counter mentioned something about security and she stated security is not to come in until 4 o'clock". I said as I was standing in front of the cashier wow. The cashier looked at me with this look I stated I was not talking about you I made my order with her, She ask my name for the water I said Mack and proceeded to go over to get my fountain drink. It was wet, messy, garbage, really no lids, Straws were thrown around as to where I had to go to the counter to ask for a straw. Lobby very untidy. This is when I decided to take a picture of the license on the wall to make a complaint. I stood there may be another 15 to 20 minutes waiting for my name to be called. Yes that was about three or four people in front of me order were given to them. I ordered a number two with a Coke. Another five minutes past the lady in the black called my name to come up I said Mack is on her way due to me standing there in the lobby where the chairs are. I walk to the counter I waited, she came back she gave a bag someone else who was behind me, I said calmly and quietly excuse me did I hear you call Mack. She never said anything to me she looked at me and turned around and continue to do what she was doing. So she came back the next bag I repeated the question excuse me did you call Mack again she turned away, who she came back the third time I say hello did you call Mack. By this time her and the one that I assumed to be the manager will both standing there neither said anything. So I stated he was just sold or May I please have my money back. No one said anything I repeated myself again here is my soda May I please have my money back no one said anything. I said excuse me are you the manager she turned and looked at me I stated I need before I could say anything else that Cashier turned around and stated in a loud very loud tone Look you have to wait. I stayed excuse me I was not talking to you I was talking to the manager in front of me. Her words to me was she did not care Who I was talking to she was talking to me and he will be her who have to refund my money so I need to be patient. I told her OK I understand but I was not talking to her I was talking to the manager The cashier got a little belligerent stating that I was ignorant. I kept my cool. Proceeded to talk to the manager. The cashier one on talking As she was taking orders of the customers that were in front of her stating she will never get another job like this because people do not know how to act and the [censor] don't make sense to her. I proceeded to tell her that I have taken her picture in everyone else picture and I will be making a complaint She stated she did not care about me making a complaint do what I had to do. While this was going on the young lady in the black one I know you can see the expression on her face was arguing with another customer because she stated that the cashier was very disrespectful. She stated that she was not going to be disrespected either . The one that I perceived to be the manager stepped in and asked her to be quiet and complete her or she continued to talk. The manager went to the cashier get my money For the refund, said thank you. I said you're welcome got my money and I left the store. I just thought someone needed to be informed of the situation before inspectors come out to inspect that location. I watched the manager pick up food drop it And kick it under the fryer. single burger
Can you tell me how you can charge someone for a cheeseburger whom only orders a hamburger? I would think purposely charging someone for a item they do not order is ethically wrong!
When I asked the cashier and then manager as to why I have to pay for a single cheese burger although I want a single hamburger I was told, " we only have a button for cheeseburgers".
If you have a different price point for a jr cheeseburger vs jr hamburger, then I would think this logic translates with more beef!
This Wendy's has a history of discrimination as well, were they discriminate those individuals with an IDD diagnosis. But it seems this Wendy's goes as petty as discriminatory pricing for those with can't eat cheese!
I had to tell the Cashier, I do not exaggerate 6 times I wanted a jr cheese burger ketchup only. I asked for a single hamburger with lettuce tomatoe only and guess what that came wrong!
Staff look at you like you're nuts for their errors. The manager is so timid he can't even discuss things and informs you to contact muy burger! Guess what couldn't find any contact on the Wendy's website for this store!

grilled chicken wrap
The grilled chicken that was in my wrap was inedible. It was like rubber and one bite had so much gristle that I had to spit it out. I order this often from this same location which is why I am filing a complaint today. It's usually very good. It's only $1.89 so it's not about the money. I was pretty repulsed as well as having to do without protein in my lunch today.

I ordered the number 10 from Wendy's and my fries were cold, my siracha sauces were partially opened, and my chicken nuggets taste like they have been sitting out all day and maybe cooked in old oil. I am highly disappointed with the company and will not come back to this place again. This is the second time that something like this has happened to me. A few months ago I ordered a salad that had old rotten lettuce in it and smashed tomatoes. I believe this company is unsanitary and the employees do not seem to care about the satisfaction of its customers.

At 7:30 PM, Employees "goofing off" with one another while customers waiting to order. No clean trays for dine-in customers. Employee seen eating French fries from customer's bag; then kicked spilled fries across the floor. Very distasteful experience. We don't usually visit during the evening, but I feel the establishment should be up to standards regardless of the time of day.
You do not deserve a full refund or free meal. If you are that desperate for free food, there are soup kitchens and food drives. Or better yet get a job so you can afford to eat out. Quit lying on the internet.
