customer service
Went through drive through at Wendy's 10152 Colerain Ave, Cinti/OH this evening about 8:15pm. The gentleman taking my order was prompt & professional. The guy at the window was confused by the $20.20 I provided for a total of $7.19. He took a longer time to return money and apologized. I looked down at my money because he had multiple coins.85 cents. When the window opened back up, I asked why I hadn't received another whole dollar instead. I said it was only 20 cents, but I was confused. He apologized & changed out the coins for a $1 bill.
When I made it home, I realized I never received the ice tea I had requested with my meal. I looked through my bag for a receipt, none present. I looked for the phone # & dialed the restaurant. Barb answered. I explained that I had just been there & hadn't received the tea w my meal. She sounded defensive and replied, "you were here? At this store? On Colerain & 275". I became annoyed. It had been maybe 5 minutes ago & I was inquiring about my ice tea. I said yes, provided description of area & the guy at the window that did not know math or provide me w a receipt. Barb replies, " well ok. What were u supposed to get? Tea? What size" I said whatever comes w the meal, I have no receipt. She replies annoyingly, "must be a small then. U can come back and get it". I said I was not coming back to pick the tea up tonight. She proceeds to ask my name and instructed me to come into the store the next time and it would be in the credit book. Mistakes happen, but Barb could definitely use some customer service classes. Came acroas defensive & rude. No acknowledgment or apologies.
service
Today I went to get a frosty at the Jonesboro Wendy's location in McDonough, Georgia. I was waiting in line for at least 30 minutes just to get 1 frosty. Other people as well had ordered their food and was waiting for over 15 minutes. Citizens started demanding refunds and stepped out of line. I also stepped out of line. I decided to come back an hour later I got in line. It was almost out the door. The same thing happened as it did earlier. People started getting out of line and wanting their money back. At the end of the day I never got my Frosty. This happened on the 23rd of July 2017. I would like a gift card for standing in line to get my Frosty that I never got.

shift manager
Last night was the third night that my daughter called me crying because of the way the shift manager was treating her. I called the store to talk to him (Cody) and he was rude, said he was too busy to talk, and hung up on me. I tried to call back with no answer. My daughter called me back on her cell phone and said he unplugged the phone so that I couldn't call him back.
customer service/food
My boyfriend and I went to Wendy's drive thru around 12:35 AM. The first unacceptable interaction was the cashier taking the order as we repeated numerous times our order, then the cashier yelled at us that she heard us. The experience went downhill from there as we were told there was no "bottle water ", so we picked another option. After we paid for our food we pulled up to the next window where a gentleman handed us a water, but mind you the cashier clearly stated the business did not have any water. The gentleman the closed the window and looked in confusion, as to why we were still waiting. My boyfriend asked where was our food, with the look of confusion the gentleman asked for our receipt to take care of our order. Fifteen minutes later and still no food my boyfriend asked me was he being "punked", like the MTV TV show that aired some tears ago. Finally, the food arrives and it's COLD! The fries looked old the burger was cold and not edible. We asked for a refund because of the circumstances. We did not get an apology or "Customer service" to fix the promblem/issue. I will assume the manager had to give us a refund and when she came to the window, she handed us our money and then turn her back on us. We couldn't believe what just happened. What happen to customer service/satisfaction. This Wendy's will not receive my business anymore.
Wow! Is that how you feel? So, the staff can act anyway they feel like. The staff doesn't show customer service/ concern, yells at the customer and that's ok. I will NEVER eat at a Wendy's again, I guess the attitude of the staff is a reflection of upper management. If the upper management doesn't care about their customers why should the staff they hire.
diaper changing station
Good afternoon. Today my family stopped on our road trip at Wendy's in Wythville, VA for lunch. I went to the bathroom to change my daughter's diaper (1 year old) and there was not a diaper changing space in the bathroom. The dining room was extremely crowded but I had no other place to lay her down to change her so I changed her diaper in the booth. This is NOT the first time I have had a similar experience in a Wendy's restaurant. When my son was a baby (2-3 years ago) I was at a location in Winfield, WV and there was no diaper changing space there either. I did the same as I did today and changed the baby in the dining room. While doing so I overheard a customer complaining that I was doing so. To which I kindly informed her that I wouldn't be changing him in the dining room if someone had provided a proper place in the restroom.
Today as I left the restroom because there was no place to change my baby, another mom commented on how inconvenient and inconsiderate that was. I agree completely. Even your youngest customers deserve to have a space where they can be changed in privacy. No adult would ever be expected to go without a proper toilet in one of your restaurants and the same respect should be given to babies and their mothers.
theft, food, service and management
Went yesterday to restaurant # 2457 my order # 3017.
I waited in d/t 11 minutes to reach the speaker. Because the manager taking the order for the car ahead of me is a complete idiot!
Was not even a rush lunch yet. I ordered 4 for 4 with the chicken, I got a burger!., never got my change of money nor a receipt. I backed my car to the window and handed him the burger, he called the sandwich maker and started a lengthy discussion with her; pointing to the monitor and counseling her; while i'm waiting (Not spoken to), never got any apologies, I was just handed the stall chicken sandwich (With dead chicken cold from yesterday!). Fries were not any better; not salted at all.
Food you would not even feed an animal with!
Service that I never seen in my 22 years loyal customer to wendy's.
I had to ask for a receipt to call to vent my frustration. So I called and filed a complaint yesterday and told the customer service rep. That I need a director of operation to call me... No one called up to now.
It shows how much wendy's this days cares about customers and their feedback. Oh well customer's service are closed in the weekends... Great job!
service
Customer service is horrible. Mostly anytime I call the phone number there is no answer. Orders are wrong, and service is slow. The managers should be more worried about the customers then getting with the employees. It is disgusting that a manager is allowed to date an employee. I hope this is just at the Wendy's on Belmont and not all Wendy's. I will not be coming back here. Professionalism is very important and affection right in front of customers is not professional.
customer service
I went to my local wendys in norton ohio, where i witnessed, not ONE but THREE people handling food without gloves, i witnessed a girl name tag said "tessa" handle a mans food without gloves and then give it to him. I also heard a few employees talking about maggots in the ice cream. This place was full of health code violations and rude employees.
quality of food
I went through the drive thru around 930pm. I specifically said no salt on the fries as you guys put way too much on them & of course You guys put salt on them. The nuggets were cold & my sandwich was even more cold. Disgusting! I asked the girl at the first window for a receipt and she said I would get it at the next window & I never got one. Very disappointed.
food service

customer service at your altamonte springs store on 436
I pulled into the drive thru at approximately 7pm today. No one was inside and no one was in the drive thru. I pulled up and after about 45 seconds a female employee came over the speaker and said "Order when your ready" no greeting given. I said I wanted a number 7 no mayo, large size, with a lemonade. After another 30 secs and ne asking did you hear me 3 times, a male voice came over the speaker and said "Order when ready again." I then proceeded to leave because the employees where obviously busy, and as I was leaving a male manager wearing a red shirt screamed out the drive thru window at me "I was waiting for you!" This was very unprofessional for one not answering the speaker immediately, not greeting me, and then screaming at me because their service was poor. I do not plan on visiting this store again due to this extreme lack of customer service.
employee
So today my daughter wanted to stop by Wendy's (1593 Union Ave. in Memphis TN) after orientation for a little snack. We went through the drive thru, placed our order and had it repeated. However when we drove to the second window to pick up our order she noticed the drink was incorrect. I brought this to the employee's attention and she was super rude. Her tone was very inappropriate and she told me to get my order right when I order at the speaker. Before I could explain I ordered exactly what we wanted as well as it being repeated correctly she slammed/slid the window closed. When she came back with the correct drink she reiterated in the same disrespectful tone that next time I should order what I wanted and slammed/slid the window shut again and walked off . At this point I felt very disrespected especially since I am spending my money and this could be a place my daughter stops at numerous times a week since its near her new school. When I didn't pull off forcing her to return to the window I asked her for her name (I have no issues with my eyes so I saw her name as she was walking toward the window) she moved toward the right which hid her badge a little and told me her name was Hazel then slammed/slid the window shut and walked off. Her name was Barbara. I then went in to return the food and get a refund. I dealt with a manager named Kimberly who showed no interest in what went on. I informed her I was returning the food I'd just received from the drive-thru and wanted a refund do to the rudeness of the employee. She simply said okay and asked if i wanted it back on my card or cash. After the refund was given I again expressed how the employee was really rude and her response was "okay, I will talk to her". She never asked what happened, whom was I talking about, nothing. I will never return to this location again. I recommend employee Barbara and manager Kimberly attend the same training camp that Chick-fila has. They serve their customers with a smile and are never rude. I eat out according to my bank statement more than 40 times a month so I think I know a negative attitude when I encounter one.
service
Decided to stop tonight at Wendy's on my lunch break at approximately 9:14 p.m. There was a young girl working drive-through by the name of Atlantis and she was very rude I ordered my burger with no Ketchup, no onions, and no pickle but I wanted extra mayo. When I got to the window to pick up my order her and another worker were making comments underneath their breath, and then when she handed me my order she said "here extra mayo" and her and the other girl started laughing. I found that very offensive. That will be the last time I go to Wendys at that location.
being treated unfairly by a manager
Over the past year that I have worked at Wendy's, one manager In particular seemed to have an issue with me and the way i did my job. I never seemed to be good enough to him. Then on Saturday, July 15, 2017 he called me a " pig" because I had ate out the night before and got sick so instead of going in and risking other people getting sick or contaminating the food, I called into work and then he proceeded to message me on social media and told me that if I "would Stop eating friday like a pig then I wouldnt be sick".
rudeness and bad service
I went to the wendys on 1178 litchfield rd, goodyear az 85395 on wed july 19 at 11:30am. i went with my family as i was ordering the lady sounded rude from the beginning she kept cutting me off as i was ordering. then i pull up to the window they didnt offer me no ketchup or sauce. They were looking at me with a blank stare and said can i help u. There was no napkins in the bag then they told us to go to Mcdonald's as soon as i was driving away. Worst experince ever wont be going to that location ever again.
harassment
My husband and I went to find our camp spot tonight and as we were headed home we stopped at Wendy's off highway 6 in Spanish Fork Utah. As we sat in the drive through I watched an adult sit and belittle and harass a young man (who couldn't have been more then 17) while the manager was oblivious and co-workers giggled. You could see the kid continue to mop the floor and you could see he was being emotionally abused as this Hispanic female harassed him. His final words to her prior to my departure were "if you hate me that much then just stay away from me." My heart broke as I watched this young man try to contain the obvious hurt he was feeling while he continues to work . I told the manager as he handed me my drinks "how unprofessional" his words "I know right." I pulled away and ate my dinner across the street in the K-mart parking lot, as I sat there fuming I decided to go back, the lobby being locked I drove through the drive through again this time with my camera rolling. The manager seemed not to even care, said they do "aggressive discipline" but it didn't look like that to me. He tried to say that they both razz each other but from The looks of it that wasn't the case here. This kid just stood there and took it, seems to be a common occurrence. The manager finally gave me the names of the employees after asking numerous times, the woman bullying the teen is Rosa, the kid is Daniel. It's people like Rosa that bully people like Daniel so much that they end up hating life and taking matters into their own hands (suicide). I can't not believe how discussed I am with this woman, she needs to learn a lesson in humanity. I'm utterly shocked that Wendy's, a family store that prides itself on respect would allow such a hateful individual to work within their establishments. I for one will not be returning to any Wendy's store as long as it continues to employ people like Rosa!
unsatisfactory employee attitude
Good Evening,
On July 18 2017, I stopped at the Wendy's indicated above for a late night meal ( around 11 or so). Went to order, it was taken. While at the drive thru window, the price was given, meal was paid for. As a sign of appreciation, I thank the cashier and received so response or at least " have a great night".
At least a "you're welcome" would've been appreciated. That's all.
manager has awful customer service
I decided to have lunch with my husband at the Wendy's today at 5906 W Bell Road, Glendale Arizona 85306. We both were enjoying ourselfs until your so called manager made a huge scene in the attempt to embarrass and belittle a young man charging his phone. This young man was minding his own business not disturbing anyone. The manager talked to this young man with absolute disrespect as she shouted at him and threatened to call the police on him. The way your manager treated this young man disgusted me to the point that i could no longer eat anymore. I left your Wendy's feeling disgusted with your manager and disappointed in Wendy's for putting such an aweful person in charge. I feel sick to my stomach how crule she was to him. I saw that young man walking Down the road crying by himself when i left. I decided to write this complaint because something needs to be done immediatly about this managers actions before she does it again to someone else.
poor service
815 N. Germantown Parkway, Cordova, TN 38018 location. Customer order number 3124 at 1:12pm on Tuesday July 18th. Drive Thru order.
Order taker asked what sauce I wanted with chicken nuggets, and I responded "ranch"... when she repeated my order back, she said "BBQ sauce" and I corrected her that it was to be ranch. She apologized and said ranch.
Server at window handed bag of food to me without a word and shut the window back. When I arrived home, I discovered the sauce was BBQ anyway.
This may seem trivial, but this kind of thing has been going on a lot at this location. So much so that it appears to be intentional.
I will go back and order again in a few days, and if it happens again, I will refuse to order Wendy's anymore, due to the lack of anything being done about this problem.

About Wendy’s
One of Wendy's most popular menu items is the Baconator, a double cheeseburger topped with six strips of bacon. This mouth-watering burger has become a fan favorite, and it's easy to see why. The combination of juicy beef, crispy bacon, and melted cheese is simply irresistible.
In addition to its burgers, Wendy's also offers a variety of other menu items, including chicken sandwiches, salads, and sides like chili and baked potatoes. And let's not forget about the famous Frosty, a creamy, chocolatey treat that has been a staple at Wendy's since the beginning.
But Wendy's is more than just a fast-food chain. The company is committed to giving back to the community through its Wendy's Wonderful Kids program, which helps find permanent homes for children in foster care. Wendy's also supports various charitable organizations, including the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and the National Adoption Day Coalition.
Overall, Wendy's is a beloved fast-food chain that has stood the test of time. With its commitment to quality ingredients, delicious menu items, and charitable efforts, it's no wonder why Wendy's has become a household name.
