We were going to drive through but the line was too long, so we went in to order. We waited for at least 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. The manager (African American woman about 50 yrs of age) started yelling using profanity to a co-worker. He called her a [censored] and she called him a Mother-F*CKER. ( I'd like to Thank you for the experience of explaining the name he used to my 10 yr old). The man continued to rage at her, he threw pans and buns, and trays all over the floor behind the counter. She SCREAMED at him that he was FIRED. He went out the door and she proceeded to lock us all in by locking him out. He came in a different door, went behind the counter, fixed himself some food, and left again. She said she was on the phone with the police but nobody ever came. Meanwhile we are still waiting to order. I would've left at this point but then I thought, what if she locked him out because she knows to be afraid of him for some reason. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting our order was placed. Another young man, Miguel was so nice, tried his best to help, but the food was horrible, cold, order was wrong, soda fountain a sticky wet mess and the syrup was totally out so we got nothing but carbonated water to drink. I am appalled that this could happen in a Wendys restaurant, but I am more bothered by your lack of concern. I have called at least 4 times, promised a call from district managers and still nothing. THIS isn't just a wrong order. It was a nightmare. I have sent my receipt in and pictures of the mess that I snapped while watching the entire thing happen. There are always going to be unruly employees but the manager was just as bad. Screaming, cussing, telling every customer in the drive through about it. RIDICULOUS! She is still there too. My son went back in there recently and she's still there screaming and cussing. I EXPECT TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE REGARDING THIS ISSUE. People use bad language all the time, but it just shouldn't be the norm, or ignored by upper management. It was a disgusting display. There were others in there that day as well.

I placed an order on the app. The order I received was incorrect. I called both the store and support. Was told I would get a refund and a callback in 24 hours. 5 days later no refund. I call back I’m told I have to take store credit by a rude supervisor and hung up on. I just want my money return for the items I never received. Reached out to support again and was told that I was being transferred to a supervisor but ended up being transferring to a guy named Michael’s voicemail. May even have been the same rude gentleman I spoke to earlier. I requested a callback but have received none.

I went to 10864 Virginia Parkway in McKinney 75071 order number 3164 time was 4:54 PM waited in line for at least 20 minutes which I didn’t mind because it was busy. I expect that, but I did not expect my son to bite into raw chicken. My burger was fine but the chicken was raw! There is a good chance. He’ll never wanna eat at Wendy’s again. Hi i’m reaching out due to raymore, missouri wendy’s being disgusting! My family and I went to eat lunch as soon as we walked in it was freezing cold (i’m sure to keep bugs away), floors were very sticky, food all over the floors, flys flying everywhere, the pop machine was filthy pop all over and on the ground, tables were disgusting with food sitting for awhile. Walls are peeling and roof had a leak this is not safe for people to be served in! I can’t imagine the bathrooms or the kitchen to what they would look like but it was the worst restaurant i’ve ever been in! The manager of the store was extremely rude to mike who was taking our order, I could tell he made him feel very uncomfortable and i’m sure embarrassed the manager of this place needs to be fired! Went tonight in Portsmouth NH. No receipt or order # . Double burger combo medium, chicken sandwich combo medium, plain burger. Almost $28. My double turned into a single...smallest sandwiches I've seen in my life. Single burger was tiny. Like 2 bite tiny. Drive thru looked absolutely horrendous with dirt and grime...For the money it was a joke. Hopefully this is not a trend at all Wendys. Thank you very much.

hamburger chicken sandwich
I purchased Dave.s single hamburger this pase Monday. It cost 11.16 for the meal. When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich it was cold and the bun tasted like rubber. The same situation happened when I purchased the chicken sandwhich a few months ago.
I paid 11.16 for the hamburger and the chicken sandwich was a few dollars less.
I would like my money back for both sandwiches.

This Wendy’s is a consistent low quality franchise location. Everytime I come in during lunchtime or evening only register is open. The dining area is always unclean. Tables and floors are always littered with trash. The place is always understaffed and there is no system in place to get customers through. Once I waited 30 minutes for my food. Today at 7:15 pm I was told to come in and order because they weren’t taking orders from the drive through. Corporate really needs to do an internal scan and no notice facility inspection. This place is always in shambles and chaos!

I ordered the Breakfast combo - Sausage egg/chz on a Crnt.
After every bite, there were egg shells.
I also ordered a maple bacon chicken sandwich that I had to throw away.
The chicken was possibly overcooked or dried out.
I loved the fried potatoes. And the service is normally excellent at this location.

The conduct of the drive thru employee and shift manager
I have never been treated as horribly as I was at the Wendy’s on Dingens and North Ogden in Buffalo, New York. I was actually called a [censored] and given the finger by both the drive-in employee and the shift manager because I asked for hot french fries.
My order was ready and had been sitting about two minutes before it was handed to me. The drive-in employee actually fixed 4 drinks and went around to the front of the counter to do something before she walked back and handed me my bag. It would have taken her two seconds to give me my order before she fixed the drinks and walked around to the front. When I was finally handed, the bag - I told her that I wanted new french fries because these were now cold. She was immediately VICIOUSLY hostile and said she was not giving me [censored]. She was very angry at something. Another employee who I presumed was the shift manager (a guy) came to the window and also started immediately arguing with me. I was
appalled. They cursed at me. They said I had not even been in line 3 minutes and they refused to give me a fresh order of french fries. I really could not believe it! I waited in the drive-through for approximately five minutes as they continued cursing at me and telling me to Move on. I said I was not leaving until I got fresh fries. (I did leave after about five minutes because I had to get home.)
Also as I was sitting in the drive thru, (holding up about 5 cars behind me) I discovered I did not have the receipt. When I asked for my receipt the girl said: “you are not getting nothing [censored].” This should all be on camera. Please review your drive-through camera. The date would be 4/4/23 immediately before midnight - 4/5/23 immediately after midnight.
PLEASE REVIEW YOUR DRIVE THRU VIDEO.
These two employees need to be terminated.
OR perhaps Wendy’s need to train their
employees in customer service. I am NOT an advocate of the “customer always being right.” That is simply not true. But in this case, I did nothing to deserve this type of treatment. It was simply uncalled for. These were two very angry employees. The simple solution would have had just been to apologize and give me fresh fries. That’s all. I’m almost positive that this is how management would have taught their employees to handle such a situation. I do not wish to take away anyone’s livelihood, but these two employees need fired! I will also take this matter up the corporate chain as far as possible. It was beyond bad customer service. Under no circumstances do you treat a customer the way I was treated.
I hope and pray that you have audio and video in the drive-thru so you can see for yourself how these two employees treated a customer. I did not in anyway provoke this situation.
I do have a picture of the girl in the drive-through. I will attach it. I wish I would have had thought to start taking a video from the very beginning. This is why I hope you have your own audio and video surveillance. I have no doubt that both employees will be fired after you review it.

2 jr bacon cheeseburger biggie meals
on 4/6/23 my husband went thru the drive thru at Wendys #[protected] to pick up a mobile order for 2 jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie meals. When he got home from the 30 minute trip each way to Wendys I opened the bags to find 2 plastic containers with only lettuce, burger patty, cheese, tomato, onion and pickles in the containers. No buns or bacon. I called the Wendys location and talked to the manager who informed me I would have to contact corporate about the mistake. We have been getting this same meal twice a week for months now at this location with no problem. We feel we deserve 2 free biggie meals to clarify this mistake they made.

managers puppy tied to table in wendys
4/4/23 at 7;10 pm stopped at wendys in siler city n.c. a puppy was tied to a table a barking non stop. i asked the boy at the register why there was a puppy in there. he said he did not know it was the managers. we had paid for our order and had to take it to go because of the puppy barking so loud and non stop. then we get home and the order is wrong. i know this was on purpose. it made them angry i questioned why the puppy was in there. before we left the manager came out , sat down at the table where the puppy was and was doing something on his cell phone. will be contacting the health dept. and if needed the local news . this is a huge health violation and the public needs to be aware of it. i would appreciate a response with in 24 hrs. thank you. Frost and fries
I ordered fries and chocolate frosty store number #[protected] ticket#3420. The fries were not the fries advertised. They didn’t have potato skins, she’s were thinner and oil saturated. As the Wendy’s employee handed me the frosty I told her I ordered chocolate. She snapped at me and told me it was chocolate. The frosty was not chocolate and not even a frosty it was thick and pasty like whipped cake frosting it did not gave the consistency of a frosty and it did not taste of chocolate. I’ve called the store manager and I’ve submitted a customer complaint thru your portal. Your Facebook page is a joke. I just want my money back. I didn’t get what I ordered.

About 3 weeks ago, I visited the Wendy's in New Hartford, NY via the drive-thru. I ordered the "2 for $6" special (Single, and Classic Chicken sandwich). When I got to the window, the woman there said: "$36.50". I told her that wasn't correct, that I had ordered the $6 special. So then without apologizing or saying anything else, she said: "$6.50" I gave her my credit card, and she made the transaction, the whole time sitting here playing with her tongue-ring. She gave me my card back and closed the window. A few minutes later, she opened the window and thrust my order at me, and never even thanked me, just closing the window again. I was LIVID! When I looked on the receipt to see what her name was, I saw that a "Kenneth" was supposed to be the cashier, so she wasn't even supposed to be working that position. When I got home, I immediately filled out the survey that was noted on the receipt, detailing my experience. I also wrote to corporate, since surveys normally don't generate a response. A short time later, I was contacted by the manager of that location, a "Thea", who apologized for the poor service, and offered to make it right. I thanked her for her response, and explained that I also contacted corporate to ensure my complaint was addressed. I never heard back from her again, nor any response from corporate. I eat at Wendy's at least weekly, but after this lack of response, and uncaring attitude, I'll take my business elsewhere. I'll also leave a review anywhere that I can so others don't patronize that location, or any others. Arby's always treats customers better.
Parking lot Wendy's signs/ menu have no working lights
Willard Ohio location….I hate pulling in to the drive thru because the parking lot is so rough & torn up. I just went there & noticed the big wendys sign by the road no longer has any lights that work. Made me think they were closed.Pulled up to the menu at the drive thru & no lights work on that either. Of course it is after dark right now. Not a good experience. Not a good image for your restaurant either Imo.

Apple pecan grilled chicken salad.
For a long time I have been a fan of your apple pecan salad, always with double chicken, eating them 2 to 3 times a week. I just recently got 2 more as is my usual, I eat one the day I purchase it and the other one the next day. These last 2 I purchased,were disgusting. The grilled chicken was cut into diced pieces, having an odd texture and tasted nothing like before. The pieces of chicken reminded me of 'junk' pieces I would have fed to my dog. The wonderful flavor was gone. I understand this will get me nothing but a chance to vent. I never understand why companies change things that aren't broken. I stopped at the drive through at the Wendy's at 2159 Savoy Dr, Chamblee, GA 30341 today. I was several miles down the road before I got my classic chicken sandwich ($5) out of the bag. I rarely eat fast food but I'd just left a memorial service and was hungry. The sandwich was chicken and a bun. No mayo. No lettuce. No tomato. No nothing. This is what $5 gets you? How little do you have to care about your job to serve this to a customer?
