Whataburger I was shortchanged at drive thru

I gave cashier at drive through a $20 bill and she rang it up as a $10 bill.

Therefore I was shortchanged $10

Desired outcome: I would like my $10 back.

Whataburger Sexually harassment / wrongful termination / unsafe working conditions

I have worked there for two months and I am forty three years old. I understand that I must be able to lift the boxes but I also understand that there are no other females who work the fry station except me. I feel I was targeted hazed and forced to work harder than the other people. On another occassion late february I had got into a shouting match with one of my co workers because they feel like they can boss me around and bully me. The co worker was named Mary she has a son that works there and they receive preferential treatment they can come late and leave early but I have to come on time and stay until the end of my shift at 7 am and sometimes I get no break until four am well most every night I dont get a break til four am and I am a cigarette smoker. I was told that if the manager cant get a break I dont get a break. I was told to work at the manager pace but ihavent even been trained. iw as told that none of them have even finished watching the videos I was told I could not finish my training videos I was told that I could get nohelp and not to ask for help and if I didnt catch on in four days I can go home. I have been yelled at by male s and shouted a t by females and threatened. I have been harassed and had four or five different peoople all talking about me and to me at the same time to wheere I don't know who to listen ot. later. I got overtime in the first thirty days. I come early other times at ten even though I am scheduled to come until 11. I have had no complaints but they wont' even answer my phone calls and I have not been contacted. when I ask to speak with a manager they are rude and disrepesctful and I was told that I ask too many questions.

I was discriminated against and treated differently because I am special needs. I have bipolar and ptsd and I was torched by a male manager reggie, which sent me into a psychotic break.

the other co worker chuck gave me a ride home and he flirted with me and said soemthing sexually inappropriate to me."I want to sit on your face" to be exact.

I addressed him directly in front of the manager I told him he should never speak to me that kind of way. My manager is wade but sandra was aalso present and ebony. A few hours later I was told they had too much labor and sent home. I called and spoke to Adrian and he told me he just need me to come to work and show up. he said he was working on the issue. I was sent home. I have not been back since. I will never be able to work again and trust men around me because reggie touched me then told me that he had sex with other females before or something to that effect I told him never to touch me because I am married and he waas like "they all say that"

Whataburger incorrect order

3/31/2022 5:45 pm. I did not receive my correct order. I ordered a Buffalo chicken strip sandwich meal and a stand-alone patty melt, and I did not receive my buffalo chicken strip sandwich. Missing items have happened multiple times at this location. The location is 1745 Rock Prairie rd college station tx, 77845.

Desired outcome: I want to be refunded for the chicken sandwich that I did not receive.

Whataburger Customer service - wrong order colorado springs

I have been trying for the past three weeks to rectify an order that was completely wrong at the Colorado Springs location on March 7, 2022 for $19.69. The sad part was there was nothing right in the order. When we got home and went to eat, it was a disappointment. I called back for 2 hrs and no one answered the phone, great customer service and management.

I called the 800 customer service line, explained my problem to the rep, who said all the right things, promised to expediate my issue to upper management who would reach out to me the following week, still waiting.

Called back again. The rep found my original complaint and said someone would reach out the following week. Still waiting.

Your customer service sucks, and your promises mean nothing.

Now for the sad point, when I finally got hold of a male voice at the C/S location and explained what happened, he was very I can't do anything unless you drive back to the store. Well, I am a COVID survivor, on oxygen, I have covid lungs now. Its a 30 minute drive each way, and my portable oxygen bottle are only good for an hour and a half, so its not easy to make the trip. If this is the best you guys can hire then I do not need to ever patronize Whataburger ever again. Yes I will be that greasy wheel on social media taking bad of your establishment, telling people how Whataburger treated me and to stop going to a place who treats folks badly because of poor management and customer service.

God help the next person who gets a wrong order, but it sure as hell will not be me, family friends or anyone else I talk to about Whataburger.

Desired outcome: Refund for an order I did not want and at least act like you care.

Whataburger Food served

I went to the Whataburger on 20 in Arlington on February 18th I took me and my two daughters ticket end up being like $24 so I get home picking up any good they didn't have my burger right they had tomatoes I'm allergic to tomatoes my kids fries both said the prize was cold as hell and they damn burger patty don't even look like it's fresh so I'll complain it today on a refund or gift certificate which everyone give y'all trying to do better cuz right now I'm very disappointed and I would never go back and see you do better thank you you can only reach me by e-mail avarundaj.[protected]@gmail.com

Whataburger Rude Employees.

Projected time for our order of two meals to be ready was 2:25 A.M. I sat in my car and gave an additional 20 minutes because they were busy, but the drive through was steadily moving. I go inside at 2:45 A.M. and had to wait another twenty minutes for the employee at the front counter to even notice me, due to her flirting with a customer. Then proceeded to have to wait another thirty minutes for our food, and our drinks were forgotten so we had to again wait for the employee. Overall terrible experience, when the worker was not flirting she was talking to customers about nonsense, and was rude when I tried to explain what we needed.

Desired outcome: I just want you to know how your store is being ran, simply because I know nothing more will be done.

Whataburger Whole order completely wrong

Already 3 times that I went to El Campo, Texas Whataburger my order was wrong. I had to go inside for them to correct it. No apology , just gave me my correct order like nothing was wrong and my time didn’t matter. Never have I went to any fast food business and they didn’t at least be apologetic. They kept my receipt this time, but never thought to complain until this third time .

Whataburger Rewards

My rewards account has been blocked for a month now. I call customer service every day, but never get a callback or email. There’s no way to talk to a live person about it. All they will do is make a report and forward it. They must have quite a stack by now. I have rewards that are going to expire, because the app won’t let me use them since it is locked. After a month, it is obvious they are ghosting me. I have stopped eating breakfast at Whataburger every day, and go to McDonald’s instead. Their rewards program works very well.

Whataburger Service at the Frisco location on Preston RD.

I went to the Whataburger located at 5266 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX this morning on February 24th, 2022. I arrived at 10:40 AM and sat in line behind FOUR vehicles for 25 minutes. I finally had the chance to order at 11:07 AM. I ordered two taquitos with no cheese and two bacon taquitos with cheese. I was told that they were not serving breakfast any longer. I told the guy that I had been setting in line for 25 minutes. His response was “sorry we are not serving breakfast now”. After I question him again and did not get a response, I said Hello. He came back with “we are Out of breakfast food”. Seriously, they are out of breakfast food I thought. I asked for the manager and again no response. I said hello again. All that was said was “pull to the second window”. I pulled to the second window, and the guy said how can I help you. I told him what I wanted to order, and he said they were out of breakfast food. I again explained that I sat in the drive-through for 25 minutes and it took a few more minutes for someone to ask for my order. His response was “we do not have any more breakfast food”. Wow, I thought, how can they be completely out of sausage, eggs, tortillas, bacon, and cheese. Then I realized, they were not out just did not want to cook any more “breakfast food”. I again asked for the manager, the guy I was speaking to said” I Am The Manager, with an attitude. I told him I did not know he was the manager since he had never said anything about being the manager. He said, well you asked to speak to the manager, I am the manager again with the attitude. I told him he did not have to get an attitude with me. He said I could order Lunch if I wanted to. Then he proceeded to tell me that they only had four employees and I was lucky that they were even open. I totally understand they only have four employees but to deny someone’s order after sitting in line for 25 minutes is a little frustrating. This is especially when the vehicle ahead of me order two taquitos and french fries. I was not expecting him to solve world hunger, but as the manager, and considering the lengthy wait, he could have shone some discretion and said he would take the order this time. I told him I would leave a bad review due to the quality of service and for the attitude towards me. He said something about a good review, and I said “No, a bad review if I cannot order breakfast after waiting for 25 minutes”. I would have been willing to leave a good review he would have just shone a little discretion and not had an attitude towards me. I started to go inside and place the order when I first arrived since it was 10:40, but the line only had four cars. I thought surely, they can get the order taken in 20 minutes. But no, they could not. By the way, the lobby was closed, so everyone had to go through the drive-through. Just another reason he could have shone some discretion and consideration for patrons in the drive-through. I left with no food after being there for over 30 minutes. I do not know what has happened to Whataburger lately, I do realize now why 25% of the time I order at this location the order is wrong. Just two words explain it, Management Attitude.

I went to a 24hrs Whataburger on 3105 Forest Ln, Dallas and they were closed. What looked like a manager and several employees were sitting in the dining area vaping. The doors were locked and the drive-thru was closed as well. I jiggled the door and they just look at me with a "don't care attitude" and went on about their business or non-business in this case. From other comments this seems par for the coarse. Poor management breeds poor employees. Whataburger seems to be an embarrassment to Texas.

Whataburger Service

The service at Whatabuger #599 was the worst I’ve ever seen. I arrived at 6:05 pm in the lobby, 4 customers ahead of me to place an order. I finally placed my order and paid for it at 6:25 pm. At 7:10 pm I received my order in hand after asking several times what is the hold up? This location is servicing the drive-thru customers before they handle the customers in the lobby and catering to the customers that have call in orders.

I am not the only customer that was very disappointed that night as several others were complaining also. The one manager that was on shift that night was a man called Jeff and he was not nice.

Desired outcome: Figure out a better system to serve the lobby customers faster then the drive-thru.

Whataburger Drive thru ordering

2-22-22 7:05 PM Cuero Texas I drove to the speaker to make my order. After a legnthy silence I said hello to get an employee's attention.

I was greeted with the employee saying we will be right with you you don't have to shout darlin I said you do if you can't tell if anyone was there. The employee said " You know you don't have to eat here. I said 'Your right and i'm not going to eat here but I will write a letter.

I did not spend the $ 20 dollars at your restaurant, As a manager I would be furious if one of my employees dared to treat a customer like that. I don't know if they treated all customers like they did me. I did notice there was only one other car in the drive thru. I would check if the employees were drinking or stoned.

I usually eat breakfast or lunch twice a week and the employees are always great The evening crew needs a visit from corporate and much retraining

Whataburger Dr. Pepper Shake plus additionally always long wait-especially at Houston Texas Highway 59 and Weslayan.

I plan on calling them about this matter... Or maybe not. I think when people are "fans" of something... They put up with a lot without complaining. I'll keep this short... As I can. I may be the only one experiencing this. I love the dr. Pepper shake. Whataburger only seems to have it a few months each year? Then, they try to push off peach and chocolate mint shakes as their featured shakes. Early this month a sign came up for dr. Pepper shakes at a store I was at only the girl at the counter said "not really" when I asked for one. Which meant "no, I couldn't get one as advertised." (houston, texas - fuqua between sabo and i-45) so, I waited again. Next week i'm at another store, this girl acted like this would be impossible but she would try. Omg... Is it this hard?! She brings me a small shake and I immediately drank all the flavor up in the first sip and was stuck with a vanilla shake. (pearland, texas-288/at silverlake) next store a few days later, late at night drive thru-long wait. I drive away with a dr. Pepper shake in my hands... But it's vanilla, with slight brown-ish color (i-45 gulfgate, houston). Don't want to go back around and wait in line. (the lines are terrible at whataburgers lately... All times of day/night... Except maybe you'll get lucky in the morning times). Final place: (january 13, 2022: houston: edgebrook-near i-45) late at night again. Breakfast sandwich and a dr. Pepper shake. Long, long line 20 minutes plus... Easily. We discussed dr. Pepper shake twice. The guy at the check out is smiling ear to ear. Seems nice. Maybe he is thinking: "sucker" (2 panhandlers there while you are in line... Btw... Every time you go there). I drive off - get away from the store: chocolate shake. Not getting back in that line. Wondering if i'll ever get a dr. Pepper shake from whataburger? Wondering if should even try? If this comment doesn't speak to this as a problem... Then there is no hope for "whataburger" to remain the quality store I have frequented all these years. (4 tries spread out over 2-3 weeks is a pretty bad indicator for getting the right dr. Pepper shake as advertised) oh... While i'm at it... It was often hit or miss with getting this particular shake "right' in the past... Anyways. Sometimes. It was just a vanilla shake with a light brown color.

Desired outcome: Stop making the Dr. Pepper shake if you can't get it right...the few times a year that you make it.

Whataburger Store

We were in the drive thru at 11:10 tried to order breakfast and the girl in the drive thru was very rude and told us that they didn't have any breakfast ready. So I asked her if we should wait a bit and drive back thru she said that on u I already told u we don't have any right now. Like if this is how ur employees treat their customers then I would rather not be a customer. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and it seems like this company and their respect level has hit an all time low. Well I'm not the one and I plan on telling everyone that I know that eats their not to because of how rude their employees r. And I called beforehand and a girl answered and told me that breakfast starts at 11 and then hung up in my face. Probably the same rudre girl that I spoke to in the drive thru. What a shame.

App order, three orders of chicken tenders and all were room temperature, the onion rings were burned, the fries were hard and cold, condiments we requested we not in the order either. We were also missing our reward order of onion rings. Our order was number 2052204. Kemah Texas Store on FM518 near HWY146. 40+ year customer and first time this has happened. New owners should be ashamed.

Whataburger Poor food quality and inability to get order correct

We had to leave our home at 4:30 am and were looking forward to getting breakfast at Whataburger in our area. At 5am the front doors were closed but the drive through is 24 hours (we usually go in to order). The employee was civil enough and I even heard him order our jalapeno biscuits "without cheese" as he spoke to someone in the back. The drive through line was long and time consuming.
Outcome:
Both biscuits had cheese even though we were clear about the "no cheese". The biscuits seemed as though they were from the previous week - HARD and dried out completely. The eggs contained therein were cold. The potatoes were cold and soggy. The coffee we ordered was "so so". We had to through out the potato fries. We did not have time to go back through the slow drive through and we noticed they didn't provide a receipt in the sack anyway. Would have preferred a danish out of a vending machine honestly.

Desired outcome: Improved service in the future. Waste of time and money.
