For 8 months I have been trying to get a repair on a reclining love seat we purchased from Wilson Furniture. I paid for an extended warranty so this item should be covered 2 ways, manufacturer and extended warranty. They refuse to fix it and never activated the extra warranty I paid for. Absolutely no communication unless I contact them and EVERY TIME I do, they have to start all over like I never called before. I purchased here to give them business after the fire, should have went anywhere else.

We got furniture from Wilson's Furniture for our new build
We got furniture from Wilson's Furniture for our new build. When they brought our furniture, they messed up our banister and made a dent in our door. This is a brand new build. I messaged and called them many times. At first, they would reply. They said they would send someone from their warehouse to fix it, but they haven't. We still need one bar stool too. I just want our door and banister fixed. I can't upload all the pictures, but I have them if you ask. Their delivery driver also took pictures of all the damage they caused.

I bought a loveseat and a rocking recliner from Wilson's Furniture in January. Unfortunately, the rocking recliner has a broken part that makes a noise when I rock on it. I've called the company more than 10 times, but I haven't gotten any help. Every time I contact them, they give me excuses. I even spoke to the sales representative, but it didn't help. I sent them a photo of the broken part, but it didn't make a difference. I understand that some of my calls were made during the COVID shutdown, but that shouldn't be an excuse. During one call, they told me to bring the recliner back to the store, but I can't do that. I don't have a way to transport it, and I shouldn't have to. My last call was with a man named ***. He asked if I had filled out a service request, but when he tried to send me the link, it didn't work. This happened on 08/05. I offered to go to the store to fill out the request in person, but they said it had to be done through the link they couldn't send me. None of the previous calls mentioned filling out a service request, so once again, I'm left with no results.

Flex Steel has a life time Warranty. *** ask me to take pictures and email her so I did and she received the photos. She says it was ordered . Now I understand about the shutdown but when the store reopened in April . I called I again and talk to the owner *** . I think he looked in the warehouse . He said to give *** a call so I did . She was to look in the warehouse . Well no one never got back to me I call again June 22 talk to *** She remembers talking to me before and she said the piece was ordered and will get back to me That never happened. Today on August 5th, Wednesday 2020 Time : 5:30 pm I called about 2:00 pm and this lady took my phone number for *** to call me back Nothing as of now . I would like to get the bar that goes under the couch . My husband was going to put the bar in himself because Wilson has a fee for them to work the couch . So I Am fed up . We ordered a mattress from Wilson's Furniture in August . They said it wouldn't be available until the beginning of September. When that date (9.4.20) came, someone from the store called and said it would be available "in a couple of days." But then they changed the available date to September 17th. We emailed them to ask where our mattress was and told them we would never buy from their store again because of their actions. *** called and said the next available date was September 21st. On 9.21, we called to ask when we could pick up our mattress. The lady who answered said she couldn't check on that and told us to call their warehouse. We tried calling, but no one answered. We left a message asking about the mattress, but no one called us back. We called the store again to ask about the mattress. The same lady now said she could check on the order, but not until tomorrow. We don't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, but the ongoing excuses are not acceptable. We paid for a product they won't give us.

I sat in it for 2 days and noticed the left side was higher and had like a bulge in it. I called and told them what was going on. They sent 2 guys out 2 days before Thanksgiving. They looked and measured it and the left side was higher. So they left the chair here and said they would tell them and get back with me. So they called me and said it would be like 4-6 weeks to get the part, that was in November. So January 19 they picked the chair up! They said it would take a week to fix. Well, they called that Friday January 22 and said it was done. They delivered the chair January 23! They set the chair up but the bottom of the chair won’t go down all the way. I can’t have that, I don’t walk, I need the bottom of the chair to go in so I don’t fall. So they lifted the recliner up and looked under it, thinking maybe something was catching. Well, that’s when they found the brackets were cut, the board on the right side was shaved down, and the piece of metal is razor sharp. If my yorkies got under there it could kill them, it's so sharp. They tried to staple the fabric back to the chair and the staples are sticking out! Then when you lay the chair back, on the right side there is a gap between the seat and the back of the chair. If you look, the chair is crooked and the right side of the foot rest is over farther than the left side! So the whole chair is out of whack!

They didnt deliver this furniture till May. They have had a piece in their shop for repair continuously or there have been parts on order since the day it was delivered. The chair has been stuck in the open position since the end of December. When they delivered the couch after it was repaired after having it for two month, I told them sometimes the chair quits working, its electric. They said they would order the part. Well it finally broke in the reclined position and I called about the part to see if it was in and they told me it wasnt ordered so they ordered it. I called in late January and they said it would be in the end of February that it was ordered December 1 st. I called today March 11. Still not in. Ive emailed the manager she said through email she was off the next day but would call me the next she never did call me. The arms on the couch are crooked and make a knocking noise when you lounge them back the chair has been stuck in reclined position since the end of December. There have been something wrong with each of the 3 pieces since the day they were delivered. I have given them a year to solve these problems because I know its hard to get parts because of Covid, but they do not try to give me any updates or anything. No contact what so ever. The first repair I called two times and they told me they werent in yet. The 3 rd time I called he said let me go to wear house and see Ill call you back. When he called me back he said they have been there for weeks, they didnt know who they belonged to. Im tired of there being something wrong with each of the three pieces Since the day they were delivered. Its been a year now.

I called the sales associate who sold it to me and explained what happened. He said it doesn't matter because it's not real wood anyway. Then they came to deliver part of my living room set. I had asked the sales associate ahead of time if it would fit through a 32-inch doorway. He assured me it would and that there wouldn't be any problems. But when they tried to deliver the loveseat, it wouldn't fit. They couldn't even get it through the entryway or door by standing it up on end. The loveseat was 37 inches wide, so there's no way the couch would have fit either. The whole set wasn't delivered at the same time because the end table and couch hadn't arrived yet. The delivery guys told me that the sales associate was difficult to deal with and only cared about making the sale. They asked me what I wanted to do. I told them to take it all back since I bought it as a complete living room set. The owner, Mr. Wilson, left me a message saying he would call back, but he never did. A week later, the sales associate called me and said he understood there was a problem with delivering the furniture. I confirmed and reminded him about the standard doorway. He said he wasn't aware that there was a hallway leading to the door, which is larger than the standard interior doorway. I told him I wanted a full refund. He said there would be a restocking fee, or I could get in-store credit and buy something else. I told him I wasn't interested in anything else they had. He said the only thing he could do was give me in-store credit. But I want a full refund for my purchase without a restocking fee. I paid in cash and I want every cent I spent there refunded to my bank account without having to pay a restocking fee.

We bought an *** table in October . In March , the table broke when we tried to remove the leaf and put it back together. We filled out the forms Wilson's needs and they started the process to replace it. Covid made it take longer to get the replacement, which is understandable and we had no issues with. In August , the replacement table was delivered. However, it had defects on the table top and side - parts of the stain finish were missing. The delivery guy tried using a paint marker to fix it, but it made it worse because the color was not the same. I filled out their same form immediately as instructed by the store owner, ***, to have another replacement shipped to us. On 11/20, the 3rd table came. My wife immediately refused it. There was a big gap in the leaf section, so you could see the floor below when the table was together. This issue is why I am filing this complaint. I called and texted *** immediately about the issue and it took him weeks to get back to me. He told me their warehouse had one in stock. Call them, go look at it, and if I approve, I can have it. I called the warehouse over and over, left messages, and still to this day, never heard back. I've tried calling *** since and never got a call back. On [protected], I submitted another service ticket saying I now want to keep the defective table and just get money back as if I were buying a "scratch n dent" item from them. Still to this day, no one has contacted me. I spent around $9,000 at this store and am tired of having to go out of my way to get decent customer service and get my problem resolved. If you google reviews of Wilson's furniture, you get the same story from most people - HORRIBLE customer service. I want money back as if they would sell this table as scratch n dent. I'll never spend another penny here and will spread the word to everyone I can. Again, google reviews of them. They are very consistent with my same issue.
