We were pleased with the estimate process and final installation of our windows. A big improvement over the windows that were replaced! The time between estimate and installation was a bit longer than we had hoped, but it was not an inconvenience.

They gave us an excellent quote on our special size windows. The salesperson, the service person and the actual installer were all great, polite and answered all my questions. They even changed one of our "two set" windows in just one, which is nice. The inside of the house was cleaned up and look great and they did the wrap on the outside of the windows which also look great. Thank you Window World.

It was a very positive experience
It was a very positive experience. They were professional yet friendly, timely and very competent. It was easy having them in the house. Their windows are well made and versatile. Look great inside and out. Price was much less than other quotes. Would definitely recommend them to others. Installed smoke detectors that we had for free.

Super easy from start to finish
Super easy from start to finish. Brad was very easy to work with, spent time going over the windows and options and provided us with some idea's we hadn't considered with the finish work that turned out great and really give our house some character it was missing. Windows were finished and installed about a month earlier than was quoted, which was great as well. .

The windows were professionally installed and the installers did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the work. After two months of dealing with nothing but issues, the job has been completed
After two months of dealing with nothing but issues, the job has been completed. A HUGH shout out and "Thank You" to Adam and Spencer. They did an amazing job fixing everything we had wrong. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I wish we would have had these two gentlemen from the beginning. We are very happy with the end product and are grateful for all their hard work to complete this job. Thank you for everything guys! Be safe out there and take care of yourselves.

Window World made our front porch amazing, since then two more times out new windows second floor and a patio door , the third time was a sharm new slider windows back porch, we love sitting on the back porch more than ever. We ordered the patio door with the blinds between the glass. Hurrah! We both love it. The quality was well worth the price and the wait. Our installer was friendly, clean and courteous. He called to tell us that he was on his way and was very prompt. He proceeded to cover out wood flooring before he started to remove the old door. He also checked to be sure that we did not have any rot or leakage around the opening from our old door. The door was installed perfectly, even our city inspector was impressed. Before he left he showed my husband how to properly use the new door and cleaned up any mess that was there. We will refer others to use this Window World and plan on using them when we replace our windows next year!

We had Window World out 3 times- the first 4 windows they put in were professionally done and turned out great, the next 4 were horrible. They had to come back out 3 times before they got all the issues fixed, sloppy installation damaging the j trim. We needed windows for our bedroom and called them back out just to get an estimate so we would have a bartering tool to use. Our salesman, which was the same as before, promised that wouldn't happen again-that we would have their best team most experienced installers put them in. In addition to installing them much later than promised and their customer support refusing to return calls until the 5th time-they sent out a man that had only been installing windows for A COUPLE OF MONTHS! He had to come back out twice because one of the windows was defective and to recaulk after inspected. I would NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. They did refund us 125.00 for our trouble, which was nothing compared to what they charged.

We purchased 4 windows, a sliding door, front door and storm door back in November. February 17th-18th, a couple of gentlemen came into our home to put the windows and doors in. Upon putting the window boxes in, they noticed that they had been measured incorrectly and didn't fit properly. We contacted the gentleman that we purchased the windows from regarding this issue and he came back to our home and took pictures. He apologized and assured us that everything would be taken care of. Three weeks later, two other gentlemen came to replace the window boxes. They told us that the two gentlemen that put the windows in originally were no longer working for them. When they completed putting the new window boxes in, they said the inside trim wasn't the right size now and they were going to need to be replaced. We were told this would take about a week. Two weeks later, the "Stay at Home" order came into play, which we understood the situation, so nothing was said. On March 28th, we got our first big thunderstorm. At this time, we noticed our living room window and both of the bedroom windows upstairs were filling up with water. We contacted the salesman to let him know and he said he would have someone contact us right away. We received a phone call form another gentleman telling us that this is normal and that these windows were made to do this. He said any water that comes in will go back out through a channel. He said he would contact us on Monday and send someone out to take a look at the problem. A few minutes later, we went upstairs to find that the water was running down our walls in both bedrooms and the carpet was wet. We proceeded to put towels down and turn a couple of fans on. Once again, we contacted salesman to let him know this. He apologized again and said he would contact someone about this. At approximately 8:30 p.m., he called us back to tell us he had someone coming over right away. This gentlemen came in and started looking at the window in the living room. After taking some of the window apart, he said, "I have never seen anything like this before". We took him upstairs and he looked that the first bedroom window. He said the "flashes" were upside down and that the windows needed to be taken out and put back in properly. He said he couldn't believe what he was looking at. He apologized and said that should never have happened. Monday, March 30th, another gentleman came out to take a look at the issue and proceeded to tell us he had been briefed on our issues. When we tried to tell him what the gentleman told us when he came out Saturday night, but he kind of blew us off. It was like he didn't want to hear what we had to say. He went outside and looked at the living room window and came back in and said the windows weren't caulked on the outside. He proceeded to grab his caulk gun and applied a bead of clear caulk to the bottom of the living room window, went upstairs and did the two bedroom windows and the loft window. We tried to re-explain what all that had been happening to us and he just kept saying they would take care of it all. After hearing what he heard on the 28th of March, it seemed to us that all he did was put a band aid on the situation. We worry every time is supposed to rain now. We certainly don't need anymore water running down or even in our walls. Mold is a terrible thing for anyone. April 5th, we took the day to go over everything the company had done so far. While looking at everything, we noticed a few other issues like there are holes in the tops of the windows in the bedrooms, but no screws in them. This is unacceptable. The front door has light that comes through down on the left side under the hinge, the storm door has a gap at the bottom, so leaves were blowing in and bugs can crawl in, and we can't even lock our storm door because the dead bolt doesn't match up to the hole in the door frame. They broke part of our step up by the front door and there are quite a few broken U-channels, I think that's what they're called, around the windows/sliding door that were broken during installation. They did say they had ordered replacements for them, but we're still waiting. It's like a never ending list of things from little things to much bigger things. This experience has been terrible. No one should have to go through all this. Our home has not been completely put back together since Feb. 16th, which is when we moved everything out of the way for the installation to begin. We feel we just keep getting the run around and we want this fixed and fixed correctly sooner. If there is anything else you need, please let us know. We just want things done and done correctly. We have to pay a lot of money for this and times are hard enough and stressful right now as it is. I took pictures of EVERYTHING. Thank you so much for your time!

I put a deposit down to replace all the windows on my porch 18+ weeks ago. They said it would take 10-12 weeks, but it took longer. Four weeks ago, they came to install, but all four windows were measured and made wrong. They said they would rush order new ones, but it took longer than they said. Today, they came to install again, but all four windows were still wrong. I just found out they didn't even order new windows, they just sat on the old ones for four weeks. The installers brought the same old, incorrect windows. They said they'll put in a rush order now. This company is a mess! Don't use them. They have horrible communication.

I wrote this on Oct 3 2020, but I messed up and wrote about the wrong Window World place. I gave them money and waited 18+ weeks to replace all the windows on my porch. They said it would take 10-12 weeks. Four weeks ago, they came to put them in but all four windows were made wrong. They said they would rush order new ones and it would take 2 weeks. Today they came back to put them in again, but all four were still wrong. I just got off the phone with them and found out they didn't even order new windows. They just kept the old ones for 4 weeks and lied to me about a rush order. The installers today brought the same old, wrong windows. Now they say they will rush order new ones, but it will still take 4 more weeks. They are a mess! Don't use this company. They are terrible at communicating.

I paid like $5500 in August for a front door with sidelight and storm door from Window World. But in December , like 4 months after they put it in, the finish started coming off around the window. I tried to talk to them but they didn't say much so I complained to the ComplaintsBoard.com in March . They finally replaced the door like 3 weeks later. But then in December , like 8 months after they put it in, the same thing happened again, with the finish coming off around the door window and the exterior sidelight. I tried to talk to them again and they said they'd fix it and replace the door again. But now it's February 1st and I haven't heard anything from them. I've sent a bunch of emails but they don't respond. It's not cool that they don't communicate and the product quality is supposed to be good but it's not.

Window World put in a new door, door frame, and storm door on my crib in August . I told them that the multi-point mortise lock I paid $700 extra for was supposed to be bronze finish, but it wasn't (the rest of the door hardware and lock handle was the right color). I've sent them a bunch of emails since then, but it's now February and they still haven't fixed it. They keep saying they'll fix it, but they haven't done anything. They haven't even responded to my last email from a month ago. Also, I told them in December that the finish on the door was coming off around the window pane at the top of the door. They said they'd send someone over with touch up paint, but that's not good enough for a $5,000 door that's only been up for 4 months. They haven't responded to that issue in over a month either.

This is the second house that we have had Window World replace windows for us. Hopefully we are now done replacing windows! From the sales staff to the installers to the office staff it is a well run business. All were very professional and efficient.
