Called in to see why my bill was so high the first agent offered a $15 dollar credit if I paid my bill that day which is not due until December 26. The agent also offered to send me over to promotion to see if I was eligible for another promotion. Made the payment got transferred to a none working number. Called back in provided my information needed to get into my account the agent asked for a payment. I asked do you have my account open can you see I just called in and made a payment why are you asking for a payment again. The agent got upset yelling and told me to get someone else to help me after I asked her who she was yelling at. She hung up. Called in again the third agent ask me to make a payment again, I asked for a supervisor she said there is not one I could be Called by one if I leave my contact number confirmed the contact number asked for the number for promotions just in case I did not get connected she provided the same number I called in on got transferred the phone rang and rang the automatic system came on like I was calling in again for the first time. The sad part is I paid my bill earlier than I had to and still did not recieve the help I needed as a valuable customer.
